As shown in fig. 9 to 10, the cutting device 60 of the sugarcane harvester may have a conventional structure, preferably, the cutting device 60 includes a mounting frame 61, an auxiliary conveying roller 62 disposed on the mounting frame 61, and two cutting rollers 63 with opposite directions, the cutting rollers 63 include a cylinder 631, a cutting blade 632 disposed on the cylinder 631, a cutter block 633 for fixing the cutting blade 632, a cutting motor 634 connected to one end of the cylinder 631 and driving the cylinder 631 to rotate, and a synchronous gear 635 fixed to the other end of the cylinder 631, wherein the synchronous gears 635 of the two cutting rollers 63 are meshed, and one cutting roller 63 drives the auxiliary conveying roller 62 to rotate through chain transmission. The auxiliary conveying rollers 62 are used for feeding cut sugarcane into the sugarcane collecting hopper 82, and the synchronizing gear 635 is used for ensuring that the two cutting rollers 63 synchronously rotate reversely so as to cut the sugarcane.
The sugarcane chopping device 40 is used for chopping off upright sugarcane, the conveyor 50 is used to dump the chopped cane into the cane harvester to effect harvesting while reducing feed inlet blockage. Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the sugarcane cutting device 40 comprises a cutter body 41, a sugarcane cutting blade 42 arranged on the cutter body 41 and a cutter motor for driving the cutter body 41 to rotate; a sugarcane pressing roller 43 and an auxiliary feeding roller 44 are arranged above the sugarcane cutting blade 42. The auxiliary feeding rollers 44 can bend the sugar cane and assist in feeding the cane harvester, and the auxiliary feeding rollers 44 can allow the erected sugar cane to fall into the cane harvester after being cut off and reduce blockage of the feeding port. The conveying device 50 includes a fixed roller 51 and a floating roller 52, and the floating roller 52 is floatingly provided above the fixed roller 51, specifically, the floating roller 52 may float along a rotation axis of the floating roller 52. Cutter head 41 can cut, lift and convey sugarcane. Meanwhile, because the floating roller 52 is arranged in a floating way, the floating roller can float up and down along with the passing of the amount of the sugarcane, and the design has the advantages that the force pressed on the sugarcane does not exceed the maximum damage force of the sugarcane, so that the pressing force required by conveying is achieved, and the sugarcane can be protected from damage caused by overlarge pressure.
In the above-mentioned sugarcane harvester, preferably, the frame 10 is further provided with a cab 11, a steering wheel is disposed in the cab 11, the traveling system 20 includes front wheels 21, rear wheels 22, a driving motor for driving the rear wheels 22, and a steering cylinder 23 for driving the front wheels 21 to steer, and the steering wheel drives the steering cylinder 23 to act through a hydraulic steering machine. As the sugarcane harvester adopts the wheel-type running system, the steering is flexible, the transition is convenient, the moving speed is high, and the harvesting efficiency is high. Meanwhile, the power system 90 comprises a diesel engine 91, a transfer case 92, a traveling hydraulic pump 93 and a working hydraulic pump 94, wherein the diesel engine 91 is in driving connection with the traveling hydraulic pump 93 and the working hydraulic pump 94 through the transfer case 92, the traveling hydraulic pump 93 is used for driving the traveling system 20 to act, and the working hydraulic pump 94 is used for driving the sugarcane supporting device 30, the sugarcane cutting device 40, the conveying device 50, the cutting device 60, the separating device 70 and the sugarcane collecting device 80 to act. The power system 90, the diesel engine 91 outputs to the traveling hydraulic pump 93 and the working hydraulic pump 94 respectively through the transfer case 92, and the two hydraulic pumps supply oil to hydraulic elements such as each hydraulic motor and hydraulic cylinder, so as to realize all transmission functions of the sugarcane combine harvester (functions of lifting lodged sugarcane, cutting sugarcane, conveying, cutting off, separating and collecting sugarcane, etc.), and the working principle is that: the power output of the diesel engine 91 is output through a transfer case 92 to drive a traveling hydraulic pump 93 and a working hydraulic pump 94 to work respectively, the traveling hydraulic pump 93 supplies oil for a driving motor, the driving motor drives a rear wheel 22 to rotate through a gearbox and a driving axle (of course, the driving motor can also be arranged to drive a front wheel 21 at the same time), and meanwhile, the driving motor can be transmitted to a tire through a traveling reduction gearbox and a wheel edge reduction device to realize a self-walking function; the oil supply of the working hydraulic pump 94 is used for driving the sugarcane supporting device 30, the sugarcane cutting device 40, the conveying device 50, the cutting device 60, the separating device 70 and the sugarcane collecting device 80, so that the sugarcane supporting, sugarcane cutting, conveying, cutting, impurity removing, screening (separating) and sugarcane collecting of the sugarcane harvester are realized.
It should be noted that, the steering control of the front wheel 21 may be performed by rotating a steering wheel, driving the hydraulic steering gear via a driving shaft, supplying oil to the steering cylinder 23 according to the steering of the steering wheel, and the steering cylinder may perform steering control in the direction via a link mechanism connected to the steering cylinder. Meanwhile, the walking control of the sugarcane harvester can control the walking hydraulic pump 93 (preferably a variable pump) by a handle in the cab 11, the variable pump and a driving motor for driving walking form a closed hydraulic control loop, and the oil supply size and the output direction of the variable pump can be changed by controlling the control handle, so that the output steering and the rotating speed of the driving motor are controlled, and the walking control of the sugarcane harvester is achieved. In addition, the cab 11 can be hinged on the frame 10, and the cab can be turned 45 degrees through the hydraulic cylinder, so that the maintenance and repair of the sugarcane harvester are very convenient.
