Abstract
本发明属于制墨领域,具体涉及一种防腐型墨锭及其制备方法,防腐型墨锭制备方法包括下述步骤:1)炼烟;2)熬胶;3)和料:将12‑30份步骤1)得到的烟料与100‑200份水、0‑10份酒精混合,室温条件下用机械搅拌器搅拌均匀,缓慢加热至60‑80℃时,加入上述胶液以及1‑10份防腐型缓释胶囊,边加热边搅拌,蒸发掉多余的水分,直至呈现凝胶膏状,即得坯料;4)成型。本申请在胶料中加入微胶囊,使微胶囊中的芯材即防腐药物得到更好的缓释效果,提高了墨锭的保存时间。

技术领域
本发明属于制墨领域,具体涉及一种防腐型墨锭及其制备方法。
背景技术
墨锭,历来备受文人、书法、绘画家们的喜爱,并加以收藏。自宋以后,名墨就逐渐成为文人书案上的陈设、欣赏品。要求墨质精良,而且追求形式与装饰美观,这就促使墨锭形成了一种工艺美术门类,成为人们珍藏的艺术品。
由于墨锭的主要成分为动物胶,因此久置后易产生防腐问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防腐型墨锭及其制备方法。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种防腐型墨锭制备方法,包括下述步骤:
1)炼烟:将主油放置在油盏内,让后将烟碗置于灯头上方,之后定时搜烟,得到烟料,备用;
2)熬胶:将3-6份骨胶加入2-3倍的蒸馏水中,加热熔成液体状,随后加入1-3份阿拉伯树胶和0-0.5份冰片,搅拌混合得到胶液,备用;
3)和料:将12-30份步骤1)得到的烟料与100-200份水、0-10份酒精混合,室温条件下用机械搅拌器搅拌均匀,缓慢加热至60-80℃时,加入上述胶液以及1-10份防腐缓释胶囊,边加热边搅拌,蒸发掉多余的水分,直至呈现凝胶膏状,即得坯料;
4)将制作好的坯料放置在料桶内,然后通过不同模具制作成不同形状的墨锭坯料,静置成型;即得。
所述的防腐型缓释胶囊包括壳聚糖和脲醛树脂均匀混合的单壳层,以及置于单壳层内的防腐药物;所述的防腐药物与脲醛树脂的质量比为1:100~10:100。
所述的防腐药物为包括肉桂精油以及丁香精油中的一种或者多种混合。
所述的防腐型缓释胶囊采用下述方式制备:1)将尿素溶解在水中,加入甲醛,调节其pH为8-9,加热至60-90℃搅拌40-60mins,得到脲醛树脂预聚液;2)将防腐药物与乳化剂混合得到O/W乳化液;3)将壳聚糖加入醋酸溶液,搅拌直至溶解得到壳聚糖溶液;4)将脲醛树脂预聚液、O/W乳化液、壳聚糖溶液混合,进行缩聚反应,得到包覆有防腐药物的壳聚糖/脲醛树脂单壳层缓释微胶囊。
所述的尿素和甲醛的质量比为1:0.5~1:1,壳聚糖与尿素的质量比为1:10~1:50。
所述的乳化剂为非离子型乳化剂或阳离子型乳化剂
本申请还包括一种根据所述制备方法得到的防腐型墨锭。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本申请利用微胶囊的缓慢释放特性使得精油的抑菌能力能够延长,能够明显抑制微生物的生长和繁殖,使墨锭的使用周期增长。
具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:防腐型缓释胶囊的制备方法:
所述的防腐型缓释胶囊包括壳聚糖和脲醛树脂均匀混合的单壳层,以及置于单壳层内的防腐药物;所述的防腐药物与脲醛树脂的质量比为5:100。防腐药物包括1重量份肉桂精油以及1重量份丁香精油。
所述的防腐型缓释胶囊采用下述方式制备:1)将尿素溶解在水中,加入甲醛,调节其pH为8-9,加热至60-90℃搅拌40-60mins,得到脲醛树脂预聚液;2)将防腐药物与乳化剂十二烷基氯化铵混合得到O/W乳化液;3)将壳聚糖加入醋酸溶液,搅拌直至溶解得到壳聚糖溶液;)溶解壳聚糖使用的是质量分数2%的醋酸溶液,质量比壳聚糖:醋酸溶液=1:250;4)将脲醛树脂预聚液、O/W乳化液、壳聚糖溶液混合,进行缩聚反应,得到包覆有防腐药物的壳聚糖/脲醛树脂单壳层缓释微胶囊。所述的尿素和甲醛的质量比为1:0.7,壳聚糖与尿素的质量比为1:20。
实施例2:
所述的防腐型缓释胶囊包括壳聚糖和脲醛树脂均匀混合的单壳层,以及置于单壳层内的防腐药物;所述的防腐药物与脲醛树脂的质量比为1:100。防腐药物包括1重量份肉桂精油以及1重量份丁香精油。所述的防腐型缓释胶囊采用下述方式制备:1)将尿素溶解在水中,加入甲醛,调节其pH为8-9,加热至60-90℃搅拌40-60mins,得到脲醛树脂预聚液;2)将防腐药物与乳化剂混合得到O/W乳化液;3)将壳聚糖加入醋酸溶液,搅拌直至溶解得到壳聚糖溶液;4)将脲醛树脂预聚液、O/W乳化液、壳聚糖溶液混合,进行缩聚反应,得到包覆有防腐药物的壳聚糖/脲醛树脂单壳层缓释微胶囊。所述的尿素和甲醛的质量比为1:0.5,壳聚糖与尿素的质量比为1:10。
实施例3:
所述的防腐型缓释胶囊包括壳聚糖和脲醛树脂均匀混合的单壳层,以及置于单壳层内的防腐药物;所述的防腐药物与脲醛树脂的质量比为10:100。防腐药物包括1重量份肉桂精油以及1重量份丁香精油。所述的防腐型缓释胶囊采用下述方式制备:1)将尿素溶解在水中,加入甲醛,调节其pH为8-9,加热至60-90℃搅拌40-60mins,得到脲醛树脂预聚液;2)将防腐药物与乳化剂混合得到O/W乳化液;3)将壳聚糖加入醋酸溶液,搅拌直至溶解得到壳聚糖溶液;4)将脲醛树脂预聚液、O/W乳化液、壳聚糖溶液混合,进行缩聚反应,得到包覆有防腐药物的壳聚糖/脲醛树脂单壳层缓释微胶囊。所述的尿素和甲醛的质量比为1:1,壳聚糖与尿素的质量比为1:50。
实施例4:一种防腐型墨锭的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
1)炼烟:将主油放置在油盏内,让后将烟碗置于灯头上方,之后定时搜烟,得到烟料,备用;
2)熬胶:将4骨胶加入2.5倍的蒸馏水中,加热熔成液体状,随后加入2份阿拉伯树胶和0.25份冰片,搅拌混合得到胶液,备用;
3)和料:将20份步骤1)得到的烟料与150份水、5份酒精混合,室温条件下用机械搅拌器搅拌均匀,缓慢加热至60-80℃时,加入上述胶液以及5份实施例1得到的防腐型缓释胶囊,边加热边搅拌,蒸发掉多余的水分,直至呈现凝胶膏状,即得坯料;
4)将制作好的坯料放置在料桶内,然后通过不同模具制作成不同形状的墨锭坯料,静置成型;即得。
实施例5:一种防腐型墨锭的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
1)炼烟:将主油放置在油盏内,让后将烟碗置于灯头上方,之后定时搜烟,得到烟料,备用;
2)熬胶:将3份骨胶加入2倍的蒸馏水中,加热熔成液体状,随后加入1份阿拉伯树胶,搅拌混合得到胶液,备用;
3)和料:将12份步骤1)得到的烟料与100份水混合,室温条件下用机械搅拌器搅拌均匀,缓慢加热至60-80℃时,加入上述胶液以及1份防腐型缓释胶囊,边加热边搅拌,蒸发掉多余的水分,直至呈现凝胶膏状,即得坯料;
4)将制作好的坯料放置在料桶内,然后通过不同模具制作成不同形状的墨锭坯料,静置成型;即得。
实施例6:一种防腐型墨锭的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
1)炼烟:将主油放置在油盏内,让后将烟碗置于灯头上方,之后定时搜烟,得到烟料,备用;
2)熬胶:将6份骨胶加入3倍的蒸馏水中,加热熔成液体状,随后加入3份阿拉伯树胶和0.5份冰片,搅拌混合得到胶液,备用;
3)和料:将30份步骤1)得到的烟料与200份水、10份酒精混合,室温条件下用机械搅拌器搅拌均匀,缓慢加热至60-80℃时,加入上述胶液以及10份防腐型缓释胶囊,边加热边搅拌,蒸发掉多余的水分,直至呈现凝胶膏状,即得坯料;
4)将制作好的坯料放置在料桶内,然后通过不同模具制作成不同形状的墨锭坯料,静置成型;即得。

Claims (7)
1.一种防腐型墨锭的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
1)炼烟:将主油放置在油盏内,让后将烟碗置于灯头上方,之后定时搜烟,得到烟料,备用;
2)熬胶:将3-6份骨胶加入2-3倍的蒸馏水中,加热熔成液体状,随后加入1-3份阿拉伯树胶和0-0.5份冰片,搅拌混合得到胶液,备用;
3)和料:将12-30份步骤1)得到的烟料与100-200份水、0-10份酒精混合,室温条件下用机械搅拌器搅拌均匀,缓慢加热至60-80℃时,加入上述胶液以及1-10份防腐缓释胶囊,边加热边搅拌,蒸发掉多余的水分,直至呈现凝胶膏状,即得坯料;
4)将制作好的坯料放置在料桶内,然后通过不同模具制作成不同形状的墨锭坯料,静置成型;即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防腐型墨锭的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的防腐型缓释胶囊包括壳聚糖和脲醛树脂均匀混合的单壳层,以及置于单壳层内的防腐药物;所述的防腐药物与脲醛树脂的质量比为1:100~10:100。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防腐型墨锭的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的防腐药物为包括肉桂精油以及丁香精油中的一种或者多种混合。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防腐型墨锭的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的防腐型缓释胶囊采用下述方式制备:1)将尿素溶解在水中,加入甲醛,调节其pH为8-9,加热至60-90℃搅拌40-60mins,得到脲醛树脂预聚液;2)将防腐药物与乳化剂混合得到O/W乳化液;3)将壳聚糖加入醋酸溶液,搅拌直至溶解得到壳聚糖溶液;4)将脲醛树脂预聚液、O/W乳化液、壳聚糖溶液混合,进行缩聚反应,得到包覆有防腐药物的壳聚糖/脲醛树脂单壳层缓释微胶囊。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防腐型墨锭的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的尿素和甲醛的质量比为1:0.5~1:1,壳聚糖与尿素的质量比为1:10~1:50。
6.根据权利要求4所述的防腐型墨锭的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的乳化剂为非离子型乳化剂或阳离子型乳化剂。
7.一种根据权利要求1-6任一项所述制备方法得到的防腐型墨锭。
