Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly brick prepared by using construction waste reclaimed materials, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 65-75 parts of construction waste recycled materials, 3-5 parts of straw powder, 4-6 parts of modified diatomite, 8-14 parts of cement, 3-5 parts of glass fiber, 4-6 parts of silicon oxide, 2-3.5 parts of a water reducing agent and 0.8-1.2 parts of a reinforcing agent; the construction waste recycled material comprises 68-85 parts of recycled fine aggregate, 18-23 parts of recycled coarse aggregate and 8-13 parts of recycled sand. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the construction waste reclaimed materials twice according to the mass parts, sequentially adding straw powder, modified diatomite, cement and glass fiber, mixing in a shaker, adding a proper amount of water into the mixed raw materials, stirring, sequentially adding silicon oxide, a water reducing agent and a reinforcing agent, stirring, standing for precipitation, and pouring out supernatant filtrate to obtain a lower-layer mixed base material; pouring the mixed base material into a brick making mold, pressurizing and then carrying out steam curing to obtain the environment-friendly brick prepared by using the construction waste reclaimed material.
