本发明提供的具有电源接口的移动设备支架基座,支架基座通过位于其中心位置的磁吸头电源接口组件或DC接头电源接口组件为阅读灯或移动设备支架装置进行供电,根据在所述电源接口组件与支架基座的面壳之间有围绕所述电源接口组件设置的环形支架支撑槽能够方便的与支撑管状支撑接头相连,在所述环形支架支撑槽上方设置有弹簧支架以避免支架支撑槽内掉入异物并起到抱紧设备的弹性挡板的作用,弹性夹持臂通过压簧实现,外接设备导入母座时克服压簧弹力,夹持臂向外张开,外接设备导入指定位置实现供电,同时夹持臂抱紧设备避免松动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种智能家具技术领域,特别是涉及一种具有电源接口的设备支架基座。
背景技术
一些组合家具中,需要使用连接件固定于基座上,再将其他可拆装部件与连接件连接,带固定零件为桌面或其他可组合安装部件,从而将可拆装部件固定于基座上,实现家具整体的组装,部分可拆装部件只是为了拓展家具等的用途而安装的部件,家具也可以在不安装可拆装部件的情况下进行使用。
现有技术中,设备支架基座用于实现将可拆装部件固定于基座上的功能,设备支架基座通过螺杆与螺母配合将自身固定于基座上,设备支架基座上设有连接孔或连接槽,可拆装部件设有伸出的连接柱或连接键用于与连接孔或连接槽连接固定,在未安装可拆装部件时,固定于设备支架基座上的连接孔或连接槽暴露在外,一方面,连接孔或连接槽易积累灰层或其他杂碎垃圾而被堵塞,另一方面,由于连接孔孔径较小并具有一定的深度,儿童在家具周围玩耍时易将手指插入连接孔而卡住难以拔出,并且有造成手指骨折的风险。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有电源接口的设备支架基座,能够作为基座支撑阅读灯、手机支架的同时利用支架基座内部的电源接口对所连接设备进行供电。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种支架基座,所述支架基座包括支架基座上表面中心区域的电源接口组件(10)、支架基座的面壳(8)、支架基座上表面非功能区覆盖有装饰面板(1),以及围绕所述电源接口组件(10)设置的环形支架间隙槽。
其中,所述环形支架间隙槽开口端具有弹簧支架(4)作为环形支架间隙槽开口的弹性挡板结构。
其中,所述面壳(8)呈圆筒状,所述面壳(8)顶端形成凸缘,所述面壳(8)的凸缘的边缘设置有一组卡槽用于固定所述装饰面板(1),面壳8的凸缘上表面具有一组凹槽。
其中,所述弹簧支架(4)设置在面壳(8)的凸缘上表面的凹槽内,并在每个弹簧支架(4)与所述凹槽侧壁之间设置有一个压簧(5),通过压簧(5)结构将弹簧支架(4)向所述电源接口组件(10)方向弹压。
其中,所述电源接口组件(10)置于电源接口容置底壳(9)内腔之中,所述电源接口组件(10)的外径与所述电源接口容置底壳(9)内腔的尺寸相匹配。
其中,所述支架基座包括灯管支架(6),所述灯管支架(6)与面壳(8)内部空腔的直径相匹配,灯管支架(6)内壁与电源接口容置底壳(9)外壁之间的间隙与插入支架基座的支架管壁厚度相对应,成为支架间隙槽。
其中,所述底壳(9)的底端具有凸缘,所述凸缘下表面在底壳导通内腔下部开口的周围设置有方形凹槽,所述方形凹槽与电源接口组件(10)下端的方形凸缘形状相对应。
其中,所述底壳(9)的凸缘上表面具有四个卡槽,所述卡槽与所述灯管支架(6)的下端的四个凸出的卡扣元件结构对应设置。
其中,所述灯管支架(6)的材料包括塑胶、树脂或橡胶。
其中,所述电源接口组件(10)为磁吸头电源接口组件或DC接头电源接口组件。

其中,如图1所示,所述电源接口组件10位于支架基座上表面中心区域的电源接口容置底壳9之中,电源接口组件为磁吸母头电连接组件,所述电源接口容置底壳9呈圆筒状,包括上下导通的内腔,所述内腔的直径与磁吸头电连接组件的外径相匹配;在电源接口容置底壳9与面壳8之间具有一环形支架支撑槽围绕电源接口组件设置。所述支撑槽的顶部开口处设置有弹簧支架4,在支架基座上表面四周非功能区覆盖有装饰面板1。
本支架基座用于支撑支架,所述支架包括手机、平板电脑等移动终端设备的支架或者夹持其它生活用品的支架,通过移动设备支架基座中的电源接口组件为支架供电。
如图2为本发明实施例中具有电源接口的移动设备支架基座的分解结构示意图,图3为本发明实施例中具有电源接口的移动设备支架基座的剖视结构图。结合图2和图3可以看出所述面壳8呈圆筒状,面壳8内壁具有四个沿面壳8轴线方向延伸的凹槽,所述面壳8其顶端形成凸缘,所述面壳8的凸缘的边缘设置有一组卡槽用于固定所述装饰面板,将面壳8的凸缘上表面具有一组凹槽和四个固定通孔,凹槽内具有8个固定孔,所述面壳8的下端具有四个圆柱状突起结构,突起结构下表面有螺纹孔。
所述电源接口容置底壳9呈圆筒状,包括上下导通的内腔,所述电源接口容置底壳9的底端具有凸缘,所述底壳9的凸缘上表面具有四个通孔与卡槽,所述通孔与面壳8的下端的四个圆柱状突起结构对应设置;电源接口组件10具有圆柱形外部轮廓,磁吸头电连接组件的外径与所述电源接口容置底壳9内腔的直径相匹配;所述底壳9的凸缘下表面在导通内腔下部开口的周围设置有方形凹槽并在方形凹槽两侧分别设置有一个凹孔,所述方形凹槽与电源接口组件10下端的方形凸缘形状相对应,当电源接口组件10从下方置入所述电源接口容置底壳9内腔后,电源接口组件10下端的方形凸缘嵌入底壳9的凸缘下表面方形凹槽内。
本支架基座中在所述电源接口组件10底部设置有压块11,所述压块由一组两个组件构成,两个组件组成一个整体为圆形的压块结构,在压块中心具有圆形线路通孔,在对应于电源接口组件10底部的位置设置有方形凸起结构,该方形凸起结构的形状对应于电源接口组件10下端的方形凸缘形状;压块11上具有一组螺丝固定孔,螺丝孔的位置对应于所述面壳8的下端的四个圆柱状突起结构的位置。
在电源接口容置底壳9与面壳8之间具有一环形间隙,灯管支架6嵌入该环形间隙内,所述灯管支架6呈圆筒状,其外径与面壳8内壁直径相匹配,所述灯管支架6的底端设置有四个凸出的卡扣元件,当灯管支架6套在电源接口容置底壳9外侧时,灯管支架6底端的卡扣元件插入电源接口容置底壳9凸缘上表面卡槽之中进行固定,此时灯管支架6内壁与电源接口容置底壳9外壁内壁之间的间隙与插入支架基座的支架管壁厚度相对应,所述间隙成为环形支架支撑槽。灯管支架6的材料包括塑胶、树脂或橡胶等弹性材料。
在本实施例中因为面壳内腔和电源接口容置底壳的外形均为圆柱状,因此之间形成的间隙构成圆环形间隙,在嵌入灯管支架构成的环形支撑槽结构也为圆环形支撑槽结构。
对于该实施例的变形,能够调整面壳内腔和电源接口容置底壳的外形结构,将其调整为方形(含长方形、正方形结构)或椭圆形形状,从而该环形支撑槽的形状呈方形(长方形、正方形)环、椭圆环或其它形状的槽型结构。
作为具有电源接口的移动设备支架基座方案的优选实施例,为了防止支架间隙内落入杂物并提供支架夹紧功能,在支架间隙上方设置有一组四个弹簧支架4,所述弹簧支架4放置在面壳8的凸缘上表面的凹槽内,所述弹簧支架4指向电源接口容置底壳9外壁的一端呈斜面设置。
每个弹簧支架的远离中心一侧具有压簧引导柱,并在每个弹簧支架与所述凹槽侧壁之间设置有一个压簧5,压簧套在压簧引导柱上,压簧长度大于压簧引导柱的长度,通过压簧5结构将弹簧支架4向中心方向弹压,在移动设备支架未插入基座环形支架支撑槽时弹簧支架4指向电源接口容置底壳9外壁的一端与电源接口容置底壳外壁相接近,当移动设备支架插入基座的环形支架支撑槽后弹簧支架4的呈斜面的一端与移动设备支架相接触,其接触的压力使得移动设备支架在基座内放置的更为稳固。
在弹簧支架4的上方设置有一组弹簧压块3,所述弹簧压块3覆盖弹簧支架4和压簧5,一并置于面壳8的凸缘上表面的凹槽内;所述一组弹簧压块3的每个组件上有两个固定孔,能够使用螺钉将穿过通过弹簧压块3上的固定孔和面壳8凸缘上表面的凹槽内的螺纹孔,将其下的弹簧支架4、压簧5固定在面壳8凸缘上表面的凹槽内。
在具有电源接口的移动设备支架基座上表面覆盖有装饰面板1,所述装饰面板1的中间具有开孔露出核心的功能区域,装置面板1的下表面的外缘具有一组卡扣,能够与面壳8的凸缘的边缘的卡槽相结合。
图4A和图4B为本发明实施例中具有电源接口的移动设备支架基座上安装对应接口的阅读灯的剖面结构示意图。阅读灯的底部设置有由与所述直接基座接口对应的支架接头组件,所述支架接头组件,所述支架接头组件包括阅读灯的支撑管19,所述支撑管19为空心的管材,其具体材料可以选自不锈钢管、铝合金管、碳纤维管或其它类似的硬质材料管,所述支撑管19内部具有驱动控制电路板20,驱动控制电路板具有触控感应单元,能够感应支撑管上的触碰或其它振动动作,从而触发驱动控制电路板调节发光单元的开启、关闭或亮度的调节。
所述支撑管的底部通过基座连接部与基座相连接,在本实施例中采用磁吸公头连接线材组合作为电源接口组件25设置在支撑管19的下部空间内。
支撑管19下端插入基座中心母头电源接口组件10周围的支架间隙槽内,所述电源接口组件25设置在支撑管内靠近底端的口的上部区域,电源接口组件距离支撑管底端的距离等于基座的支架间隙槽深度,当支撑管插入基座的支架间隙槽之后磁吸公头电源接口组件25与基座上表面的磁吸母头电源接口组件电连接。在支撑管内磁吸公头电源接口组件25的上部设置有公头支架23对电源接口组件电连接和支撑,在公头支架23的一侧设置有压线块21结构,压线块和公头支架组合部分构成圆柱状结构与支撑管内腔的尺寸相匹配。
在上述实施例中,基座和阅读灯的电连接组件均为磁吸电源接口组件,作为替换的实施方案,基座和阅读灯的电连接组件也可以采用DC电接头连接线材组合作为电源接口组件。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。
Claims (10)
1.一种支架基座,其特征在于,所述支架基座包括支架基座上表面中心区域的电源接口组件(10)、支架基座的面壳(8)、支架基座上表面非功能区覆盖有装饰面板(1),以及围绕所述电源接口组件(10)设置的环形支架间隙槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的支架基座,其特征在于,所述环形支架间隙槽开口端具有弹簧支架(4)作为环形支架间隙槽开口的弹性挡板结构。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的支架基座,其特征在于,所述面壳(8)呈圆筒状,所述面壳(8)顶端形成凸缘,所述面壳(8)的凸缘的边缘设置有一组卡槽用于固定所述装饰面板(1),面壳8的凸缘上表面具有一组凹槽。
4.如权利要求3所述的支架基座,其特征在于,所述弹簧支架(4)设置在面壳(8)的凸缘上表面的凹槽内,并在每个弹簧支架(4)与所述凹槽侧壁之间设置有一个压簧(5),通过压簧(5)结构将弹簧支架(4)向所述电源接口组件(10)方向弹压。
5.如权利要求1所述的支架基座,其特征在于,所述电源接口组件(10)置于电源接口容置底壳(9)内腔之中,所述电源接口组件(10)的外径与所述电源接口容置底壳(9)内腔的尺寸相匹配。
6.如权利要求5所述的支架基座,其特征在于,所述支架基座包括灯管支架(6),所述灯管支架(6)与面壳(8)内部空腔的直径相匹配,灯管支架(6)内壁与电源接口容置底壳(9)外壁之间的间隙与插入支架基座的支架管壁厚度相对应,成为支架间隙槽。
7.如权利要求6所述的支架基座,其特征在于,所述底壳(9)的底端具有凸缘,所述凸缘下表面在底壳导通内腔下部开口的周围设置有方形凹槽,所述方形凹槽与电源接口组件(10)下端的方形凸缘形状相对应。
8.如权利要求7所述的支架基座,其特征在于,所述底壳(9)的凸缘上表面具有四个卡槽,所述卡槽与所述灯管支架(6)的下端的四个凸出的卡扣元件结构对应设置。
9.如权利要求6所述的支架基座,其特征在于,所述灯管支架(6)的材料包括塑胶、树脂或橡胶。
10.如权利要求1-2、4-9之一所述的支架基座,其特征在于,所述电源接口组件(10)为磁吸头电源接口组件或DC接头电源接口组件。
