Abstract
一种以LED为光源的照明装置,其能将多个LED的点光源转换成长条状光源,而能作为照明设备使用。本装置包含:一电路板及一长条状的弧形透明板。该电路板上设置有至少二个并排成一列的LED。该透明板是设置在该电路板的下方,并遮盖住各LED。该弧形透明板的外侧面是具有密集排列的弧形凸条。该各LED所发出的光线经过该弧形透明板上各弧形凸条的聚光作用,各弧形凸条形成新的光源,则该各弧形凸条集合成一长条状的面光源。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型是有关于一种利用LED作为光源的照明装置,特别是一种将点光源转换成长条状的面光源,而能作为照明设备的装置。
背景技术
目前所见到的照明设备多为日光灯管与灯泡。其中,灯管多为长条状光源与环状光源。灯泡多为球面状光源,或由较细的灯管卷绕成螺旋状光源的型态。
LED(发光二极管)具有省电、发光效率高、体积小等优点,现多作为电路中的显示灯用。现今LED的生产技术已极为成熟,其亮度已可达照明用的程度。故已有业者将LED使用在投射灯上。
当要将LED运用到照明设备上时,必须将数个LED集结成一个照明设备,才能产生足够的亮度,以取代传统的照明用灯具。然而LED为体积较小的点光源,而二个以上的点光源投射在物体上时就会产生复影,造成视觉上的偏差。故如何将LED有效地运用在照明设备上,是业界极欲解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的,在提供一种以LED为光源的照明装置,其能将LED的点光源转换面光源,以提供较为均匀的投射光线,提高照明效果。
本实用新型所提供的以LED为光源的照明装置,其包含:一电路板、一长条状的弧形透明板、以及一灯座装置。该弧形透明板是设置在该电路板的下方,使得该电路板上的LED所发出的光线是经穿透该透明板后射出。该电路板上设置有至少二个排成一列的LED。该弧形透明板的外侧面是具有密集排列的弧形凸条。该各LED所发出的光线经过透明板上各弧形凸条的聚光作用,而使光线分布在各弧形凸条处而形成许多线光源,通过紧密集合的各线光源,而使得该弧形透明板整体上形成为一面光源。
本实用新型所提供的以LED为光源的照明装置,其中,该弧形透明板的长度与宽度以足以遮蔽该电路板上的所有LED为原则。该弧形透明板上的弧形凸条即为一种凸透镜,具有聚光作用。
本实用新型所提供的以LED为光源的照明装置,其中,该灯座装置主要在供该电路板及该弧形透明板组装固定。
本实用新型的所提供的以LED为光源的照明装置的有益效果在于,其可将多个电光源转化为面光源,从而消除多个点光源所造成的复影现象。进而为LED照明装置取代传统照明装置提供了便利。

具体实施方式
由于两个以上LED的光线投射到物体上时,会产生复影的情形,致使LED用在照明设备上的照明效果尚无法被消费者接受。申请人乃研创本实用新型内容,使得二个以上的LED点光源能转换成面光源,以消除复影问题。兹列举实施例,并结合附图,详述本实用新型的技术特征与使用功效。
请参阅图1至图4,本实用新型是揭示一种以LED为光源的照明装置,其包含:一电路板20、一长条状的弧形透明板30、以及一灯座装置10。该弧形透明板30是设置在该电路板20的下方,使得该电路板20上的LED 21所发出的光线必须穿透该弧形透明板30后射出。
该电路板20上设置有一列的LED 21,该LED 21的数量为至少二个。在本实施例中该LED 21的数量为九个。该照明装置的光线为向下投射,故该各LED21是设置在该电路板20的下端面。
该弧形透明板30的长度与宽度以足以遮蔽该电路板20上的所有LED 21为原则。该弧形透明板30的外侧面是具有相互平行并密集排列的若干弧形凸条31。该各弧形凸条31即形成一平行凸透镜,具有聚光作用。亦即,该弧形透明板30上是密集分布设置有若干条聚光透镜。该弧形透明板30的弧度选择,为以LED21作为圆心的圆弧为较佳。该弧形透明板30上的各弧形凸条31的延伸方向是与该各LED 21的排列方向呈垂直交错状态。
该灯座装置10主要供该电路板20及该弧形透明板30组装固定用,而形成完整照明装置的结构体。该灯座装置10内部包含设置有电路系统(图上未示出),该电路系统主要提供正常的电源输送路径。该电路系统是为现有知识,且非本实用新型的技术特征,故不作赘述。
前述电路板20上的LED 21向下投射出的光线,经过该弧形透明板30时,会因该弧形透明板30上的各弧形凸条31的聚光作用,而使每一个弧形凸条31形成一线状的发光体。由于各弧形凸条31是紧密连接设置,则由各弧形凸条31透出的线光源,可集结成一面光源。亦即,该电路板20上各LED 21所投射出的光线,经过该弧形透明板30时,能使光线均匀分布在整个弧形透明板30内,使得该弧形透明板30成为一个面光源。
本实施例中,该透明板30上的各弧形凸条31的延伸方向为前、后延伸。该电路板20上所设置的一列LED 21,其排列方向为左、右延伸。故各弧形凸条31延伸方向是与该各LED 21的排列方向呈垂直交错状。如此,能在该弧形透明板30底面设置较多数量的弧形凸条31,而使光线能更均匀地分布在该弧形透明板30上。
该电路板20上的各LED 21是为等间隔排列。该弧形透明板30的设置位置必须能使整个弧形透明板30都受到LED 21投射光线的照射。若该弧形透明板30与该电路板20距离太小时,会使该弧形透明板30上有的部分位置未受到光线照射,而使该弧形透明板30上造成黑暗区块,无法形成整个面光源。实际操作中,该电路板20与该弧形透明板30的距离,以相等或略大于相邻二LED 21的间距为较佳。
上述实施例中,虽然各LED 21为点光源,但经过该弧形透明板30的设置,使由该弧形透明板30所透出的投射光为整个面光源,故可消除灯下物件的复影现象。
前述的弧形透明板30的内侧面可制作成雾状面,使LED 21的光线在进入该弧形透明板30内后产生漫射作用,使光线在该弧形透明板30内分布更为均匀。再经过各弧形凸条31的聚光作用,使透射出来的光线更为均匀。
本实用新型所提供的以LED为光源的照明装置,其利用具有若干密集弧形凸条的弧形透明板,将二个以上的LED点光源转换成面光源,而消除复影问题。本装置除了可运用在长条状的台灯上以外,也能设置在天花板上使用,以取代传统的长条状照明装置。
Claims (4)
1.一种以LED为光源的照明装置,其特征在于,包含:
一电路板,其上设置有至少二个并排列成一列的LED,该各LED是设置在该电路板的下端面;
一弧形透明板,其是设置在该电路板的下方,且足以遮蔽该电路板上的所有LED;该透明板的外侧面具有若干相互平行且密集排列的弧形凸条;该各弧形凸条的延伸方向是与该各LED的排列方向呈垂直交错状态;以及,
一灯座装置,用来将该电路板与该弧形透明板组装固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以LED为光源的照明装置,其特征在于,该电路板上的LED是为等间隔排列,而相邻二LED的间距是接近于该电路板到该弧形透明板的距离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的以LED为光源的照明装置,其特征在于,该LED是位于该弧形透明板(30)的圆弧的圆心位置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的以LED为光源的照明装置,其特征在于,该弧形透明板的内侧面是为雾状面。
