本发明涉及一种集装箱船尾部外板焊接方法,按集装箱船尾部侧边外板外侧形状下料中龙筋板,中龙筋板自由边打磨光顺;中龙筋板厚度方向插入尾部两侧边外板间隙内,侧边外板开设大于45︒外坡口与中龙筋板满焊,中龙筋板外侧留其宽度1/10—1/8的板边在侧边外板外部;中龙筋板上部与集装箱船尾部上部外板对接,上部外板内口开设40︒坡口与中龙筋板拉开5‑7mm间隙烧焊;中龙筋板下部与集装箱船尾部铸钢件对接,两者对接均开设20︒外坡口且拉开0‑2mm间隙满焊。其工艺简单,能大幅降低施工难度,提高建造效率,兼顾焊接成型质量和焊接精度,有效避免焊缝开裂。

一种集装箱船尾部外板焊接方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种船舶建造方法,具体说是一种集装箱船尾部外板焊接方法。
背景技术
目前,在集装箱船的设计中,为了满足经济型、绿色环保、航速要求等,集装箱船的首尾线型都需要经过优化,但在线型满足后,船舶尾部位置尖翘,空间狭小,对船舶建造施工是一个严峻的挑战,传统的建造方法是:两侧边外板对接焊并同时上接上部外板、下接下部铸钢件焊接成型,尖翘的外板线型焊接后焊缝极易开裂,且与上部外板和下部铸钢件的焊接精度要求高,建造质量受影响,同时存在焊接困难,生产效率低,施工困难等问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种工艺简单,能大幅降低施工难度,提高建造效率,兼顾焊接成型质量和焊接精度,有效避免焊缝开裂的集装箱船尾部外板焊接方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种集装箱船尾部外板焊接方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1) 按集装箱船尾部侧边外板外侧形状下料中龙筋板,中龙筋板自由边打磨光顺;
(2)中龙筋板厚度方向插入尾部两侧边外板间隙内,侧边外板开设大于45︒外坡口与中龙筋板满焊,中龙筋板外侧留其宽度1/10—1/8的板边在侧边外板外部;
(3)中龙筋板上部与集装箱船尾部上部外板对接,上部外板内口开设40︒坡口与中龙筋板拉开5-7mm间隙烧焊;
(4)中龙筋板下部与集装箱船尾部铸钢件对接,两者对接均开设20︒外坡口且拉开0-2mm间隙满焊。
焊接后清理处理。
中龙筋板下料250mm宽、30mm厚,中龙筋板外侧留25mm的板边在侧边外板外部。
侧边外板开设45︒外坡口与中龙筋板满焊。
本发明的优点是:改变传统两侧边外板直接对接并与上部外板、铸钢件直接焊接的方式,在两侧边外板间加设中龙筋板,可避免因尾部尖翘结构导致的空间狭小无法焊接问题,以及杜绝尖翘结构焊接导致的侧边外板间焊缝开裂问题,有利于尾部侧边外板与上部外板和铸钢件的对接调整,有效确保与铸钢件形状的焊接精度,提高焊接质量,该方法施工方便、效率高,适用于线型优化的船舶首尾应用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例作进一步说明。
图1-4所示,一种集装箱船尾部外板焊接方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按集装箱船尾部侧边外板外侧形状下料中龙筋板4,中龙筋板下料250mm宽、30mm厚,中龙筋板自由边打磨光顺;
(2)中龙筋板4厚度方向插入尾部两侧边外板1间隙内,侧边外板开设45︒外坡口与中龙筋板满焊,中龙筋板外侧留25mm的板边41在侧边外板1外部;
(3)中龙筋板4上部与集装箱船尾部上部外板2对接,上部外板内口开设40︒坡口与中龙筋板拉开5-7mm间隙烧焊;
(4)中龙筋板4下部与集装箱船尾部铸钢件3对接,两者对接均开设20︒外坡口且拉开0-2mm间隙满焊;
(5)焊接后清理处理。

1.一种集装箱船尾部外板焊接方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
按集装箱船尾部侧边外板外侧形状下料中龙筋板,中龙筋板自由边打磨光顺;
中龙筋板厚度方向插入尾部两侧边外板间隙内,侧边外板开设大于45︒外坡口与中龙筋板满焊,中龙筋板外侧留其宽度1/10—1/8的板边在侧边外板外部;
中龙筋板上部与集装箱船尾部上部外板对接,上部外板内口开设40︒坡口与中龙筋板拉开5-7mm间隙烧焊;
中龙筋板下部与集装箱船尾部铸钢件对接,两者对接均开设20︒外坡口且拉开0-2mm间隙满焊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种集装箱船尾部外板焊接方法,其特征在于:焊接后清理处理。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种集装箱船尾部外板焊接方法,其特征在于:中龙筋板下料250mm宽、30mm厚,中龙筋板外侧留25mm的板边在侧边外板外部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种集装箱船尾部外板焊接方法,其特征在于:侧边外板开设45︒外坡口与中龙筋板满焊。
