The blueberry goat milk micro-effervescent tablet as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1800 parts of full-cream goat milk powder, 500 parts of blueberry powder, 100 parts of lutein ester, 1500 parts of maltitol, 220 parts of anhydrous citric acid, 300 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 5 parts of sucralose, 200 parts of resistant dextrin, 60 parts of magnesium stearate, 550 parts of maltodextrin and 50 parts of essence.
6. The preparation method of the blueberry goat milk micro-effervescent tablet as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) mixing materials: pouring the whole goat milk powder and the anhydrous citric acid weighed according to the proportion into a mixing tank, mixing in a three-dimensional mixer, drying, and sieving with a 60-mesh sieve to obtain a material A;
(2) granulating materials: adding the material A into a one-step granulating pot for granulating, taking water as a binder, wherein the air inlet temperature is 55-75 ℃, the material temperature is 40-50 ℃ during discharging, and the binder is added and controlled by a constant flow pump at the speed of 10-30 rpm to prepare a material B;
(3) drying materials: drying the material B and sodium bicarbonate at 40 ℃, and then sieving the sodium bicarbonate with a 60-mesh sieve, and sieving the material B with a 40-mesh sieve;
(4) total mixing of materials: weighing the sieved sodium bicarbonate, the material B, maltitol, blueberry powder, lutein ester, sucralose, resistant dextrin and magnesium stearate according to the proportion, pouring the materials into a mixing tank, and mixing the materials in a three-dimensional mixer to obtain a total material;
(5) tabletting: and tabletting the total materials on a tabletting machine, setting the main pressure of 17-25 KN and the rotating speed of 12-20 rpm, adjusting the filling amount to the required tablet weight, and tabletting to obtain the blueberry goat milk micro-effervescent tablets.

9. The preparation method of the blueberry goat milk effervescent tablet as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step (5), the main pressure is controlled to be 17-25 KN and the rotation speed is controlled to be 12-20 rpm in the tabletting process.
10. The preparation method of the blueberry goat milk effervescent tablet as claimed in claim 6, wherein the environmental humidity is controlled below 30% in the preparation process.
