Claims (7)
1. A lutein effervescent tablet for protecting eyes and relieving visual fatigue is characterized in that: the fertilizer consists of active ingredients, acid-base pairs and auxiliary materials:
the active ingredients consist of the following components in parts by weight:
blueberry powder: 1.5 to 5 percent
Lutein: 1.3 to 3 percent
Vitamin C: 0.05 to 0.3 percent
Taurine: 0.03 to 0.2 percent
Zinc gluconate: 0.03 to 0.11 percent
Beta-carotene: 0.01 to 0.08 percent
Vitamin D: 0.0002 to 0.0009 percent
The acid-base pair comprises the following components in parts by weight:
citric acid: 25 to 45 percent
Sodium carbonate: 15 to 35 percent
The auxiliary materials comprise the following components in parts by weight:
sorbitol: 10 to 30 percent
Lactose: 10 to 30 percent
Edible essence: 1.0 to 5 percent
Sucralose: 0.1 to 2 percent
Lemon yellow: 0.015 to 0.06 percent.
2. The lutein effervescent tablet for protecting eyes and relieving asthenopia according to claim 1, wherein: the composition is as follows in parts by weight:
blueberry powder: 1.5 to 2.5 percent
Lutein: 1.5 to 2 percent
Vitamin C: 0.1 to 0.3 percent
Taurine: 0.08 to 0.15 percent
Zinc gluconate: 0.05 to 0.1 percent
Beta-carotene: 0.01 to 0.08 percent
Vitamin D: 0.0005 to 0.0008 percent
Citric acid: 30 to 40 percent
Sodium carbonate: 15 to 30 percent
Sorbitol: 15 to 25 percent
Lactose: 10 to 20 percent
Edible essence: 1.0 to 5 percent
Sucralose: 0.1 to 2 percent
Lemon yellow: 0.015 to 0.06 percent.
3. The lutein effervescent tablet for protecting eyes and relieving asthenopia according to claim 1, wherein: the composition is as follows in parts by weight:

The lutein effervescent tablet for protecting eyes and relieving asthenopia according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the citric acid is an acidic compound, and can be replaced by one or more of tartaric acid, potassium hydrogen tartrate, sodium fumarate, adipic acid, malic acid, ascorbic acid, boric acid, glutamic acid or aspartic acid acidic compounds.

The lutein effervescent tablet for protecting eyes and relieving asthenopia according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the sodium carbonate is an alkaline compound and can be replaced by one or more of sodium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate or glycine sodium carbonate alkaline compounds.
6. The lutein effervescent tablet for protecting eyes and relieving asthenopia according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the sorbitol and lactose are both bulking agents, and can be replaced by one or more of sucrose, mannitol, maltose, fructose or natural fruit powder bulking agents.
7. A method for preparing lutein effervescent tablet for eye protection and asthenopia relief according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) material picking: anhydrous citric acid, sodium carbonate, lactose, sorbitol, blueberry fruit powder, sweet orange powder essence, lutein, sucralose, vitamin C, taurine, zinc gluconate and beta-carotene which meet the standards and are qualified through inspection are taken; all raw and auxiliary materials enter a production clean area through an air lock chamber according to the Material in and out clean area operating regulations;
(2) pretreatment: the anhydrous citric acid and the sodium carbonate are operated according to the operating regulations of material crushing and sieving, and are respectively sieved by a 80-mesh sieve for later use after being crushed;
(3) granulating with an acid source: respectively weighing anhydrous citric acid, lactose, blueberry fruit powder, lutein, sucralose, taurine, zinc gluconate and beta-carotene according to the formula amount, adding the anhydrous citric acid, the lactose, the blueberry fruit powder, the lutein, the sucralose, the taurine, the zinc gluconate and the beta-carotene into a high-speed wet granulator, adding a proper amount of adhesive after mixing for 10 minutes to prepare a mass-contact instant soft material, granulating by using a 20-mesh screen, controlling the drying temperature in an oven at 60-65 ℃, drying for 60 minutes until the water content is less than 1%, sieving by using an 18-mesh screen, bagging the obtained acid particles, and weighing for later use;
(4) and (3) granulating by using an alkali source: respectively weighing sodium carbonate, sorbitol, lutein, sucralose, taurine, zinc gluconate and beta-carotene according to the formula amount, adding the mixture into a high-speed wet granulator at the rotation speed of 1200 r/min, mixing for 10 min, adding a proper amount of adhesive to prepare a kneaded mass-contact instant soft material, granulating by using a 20-mesh screen, controlling the drying temperature in an oven at 60-65 ℃, drying for 60 min until the water content is less than 1%, sieving by using an 18-mesh sieve, bagging the obtained alkali particles, and weighing for later use;
(5) total mixing: calculating the weight of the obtained acid particles and alkali particles and the proportion of the material amount, multiplying the material amount of the formula by the proportion, weighing the sweet orange powder essence and the vitamin C according to the calculated value, uniformly mixing the blueberry powder essence and the vitamin C, sieving the mixture by a 60-mesh sieve, mixing the mixture with the dried alkali particles by an equal ratio dilution method to 5kg, putting the rest alkali particles and the obtained acid particles into a total mixer together, mixing for 30min (18 revolutions per minute) to obtain total mixed particles, and filling the particles into a double-layer plastic bag for later use;
(6) intermediate product detection: detecting according to 'quality standard of effervescent tablet intermediate';
(7) tabletting: tabletting the qualified total mixed granules at room temperature of less than or equal to 25 ℃ and relative humidity of less than or equal to 30% to obtain plain tablets, wherein the disintegration time is less than or equal to 5 minutes, and the hardness is more than or equal to 15N;
(8) inner packaging: the tablets were tubulated.
