comparing each side length of the goods position to be stored with each side length of a current empty storage goods position in the intelligent community express cabinet, and if the side lengths of the current empty storage goods position are larger than the side lengths of the goods position to be stored, the background information system searches the space coordinate position of the empty storage goods position closest to the goods storage port and the position number of the virtual cell for the goods to be stored according to the octree allocation principle, so that self-adaptive storage goods position allocation is realized;
after goods are stored to corresponding storage goods positions, transmitting goods information and the storage goods position information to a background information system, finishing storage operation of the goods to be stored, and calculating the number of the remaining empty storage goods positions and the virtual cells in the intelligent community express cabinet;
repeating the steps to realize the storage operation of all the goods to be stored; if any side length of the current empty storage goods position is smaller than each side length of the goods position required to be stored, the storage fails;
the step of picking up goods comprises:
the background information system acquires the space coordinate position of the storage goods position of the goods and the position number of the virtual cell according to the information of the goods to be fetched;
the goods in the storage goods position are clamped by a goods conveyor and then conveyed to a goods taking port and released;
releasing the storage cargo space information, and calculating and updating the space coordinate position of the empty storage cargo space and the position number of the virtual cell by the background information system;
and repeating the steps to finish the goods taking operation.
The inventory steps are as follows:
after the goods are transported to the community, the depositor (distributor/unmanned vehicle/unmanned aerial vehicle) inputs an order number through a man-machine interaction device, or scans a two-dimensional code/bar code through an access code scanning device to carry out information interaction;

comparing each side length of the goods position to be stored with each side length of a current empty storage goods position in the intelligent community express cabinet, and if the side lengths of the current empty storage goods position are larger than the side lengths of the goods position to be stored, the background information system searches the space coordinate position of the empty storage goods position closest to the goods storage port and the position number of the virtual cell for the goods to be stored according to the octree allocation principle, so that self-adaptive storage goods position allocation is realized;
if any side length of the current empty storage goods position is smaller than each side length of the goods position required to be stored, the storage fails; the background information system feeds back return information of delivery failure, and returns the goods to the goods storage port by using the first resisting block;
if the length of each side of the current empty storage goods position is longer than that of each side of the needed storage goods position, the background information system feeds back the successful delivery, the space coordinate position of the empty storage goods position and the position number of the virtual unit grid, the goods are pushed to the objective table by using the second resisting block, the control cabinet sends a lifting instruction, the elevator is controlled to deliver the goods to the storage warehouse of the appointed layer and stop, the control cabinet sends a transportation instruction, the goods transporter is controlled to rotate to the appointed angle, and the early-stage preparation work of the goods is finished;
before the goods arrive at the appointed storage goods position, the goods transporter clamps the goods on the objective table, lifts the goods to suspend the goods, stores the goods to the corresponding storage goods position through stretching and vertical lifting, transmits the goods information and the storage goods position information to the background information system, completes the storage operation of the goods, and calculates the number of the residual empty storage goods positions and the virtual cells in the intelligent community express cabinet;
and repeating the steps to realize the storage operation of all the goods to be stored.
The steps of picking are as follows:
after a user arrives at the intelligent community express cabinet, a goods taking code or order number is input through a human-computer interaction device, or a two-dimensional code is scanned through a code taking and scanning device for information interaction, data are transmitted to a control cabinet, the control cabinet transmits measurement data to a background information system, the background information system acquires the space coordinate position of a goods storage position and the position number of a virtual cell of goods according to information of goods to be taken, and returns the space coordinate position of the goods storage position and the position number of the virtual cell to the control cabinet;
the control cabinet sends a lifting instruction to control the lifter to stop at a stock warehouse of a specified layer, and the control cabinet sends a transportation instruction to control the goods conveyor to rotate to a specified angle to complete the preparation work in the earlier stage of goods taking;
when the goods arrive at the appointed storage goods position, the order number is obtained through scanning of the goods taking scanning device, the measurement data are transmitted to the control cabinet, the control cabinet transmits the measurement data to the background information system, after the information of the goods is fed back accurately by the background information system, the goods taking operation is executed, the goods in the storage goods position are clamped by the goods conveyor, and the goods are lifted to be suspended;
the control cabinet sends a lifting instruction, the lifter is controlled to stop when reaching the height of the goods taking port, the goods conveyor is rotated, stretched and vertically lifted, then the goods are released in the goods taking port, and the third abutting block is used for pushing the goods to the goods taking port to finish the goods taking;
and releasing the storage cargo space information, and calculating and updating the space coordinate position of the empty storage cargo space and the position number of the virtual cell by the background information system to finish the pickup operation of the cargo.

Claims (7)

1. Intelligent express delivery cabinet of community with goods position is stored to self-adaptation, its characterized in that: the storage space of the one-layer storage bin is divided into n virtual cells, each virtual cell of the one-layer storage bin is numbered and stores a corresponding space coordinate value (i, j, k), m virtual cells form a storage cargo space, m is more than or equal to 1 and less than n, and the length, width and height of each virtual cell are far less than that of a cargo;
the cabinet body is also internally provided with a cargo transporter (105) for storing cargos into a storage cargo space or taking the cargos out of the storage cargo space, and a control cabinet for controlling the cargo transporter (105) to transport; the community intelligent express cabinet is also provided with a background information system, and the background information system is in communication connection with the control cabinet;

the background information system calculates the number of virtual cells required by the object to be stored according to the length, width, height and weight of the object to be stored and each side length of the virtual cells, and acquires each side length of the storage goods space;
comparing each side length of the goods position to be stored with each side length of the current empty storage goods position, if each side length of the current empty storage goods position is larger than each side length of the goods position to be stored, the background information system searches the space coordinate position of the empty storage goods position closest to the goods storage opening and the position number of the virtual cell for the goods to be stored according to the octree distribution principle, and the distribution of the goods storage goods position is realized;
if any side length of the current empty storage goods position is smaller than each side length of the goods position required to be stored, the storage fails; the background information system feeds back return information of delivery failure, and returns the goods to the goods storage port by using the first resisting block;
if the length of each side of the current empty storage cargo space is longer than that of each side of the required storage cargo space, the background information system feeds back the successful delivery, the space coordinate position of the empty storage cargo space and the position number of the virtual cell, and the cargo is pushed to the objective table by using the second resisting block; the control cabinet sends a transportation instruction to control the goods transporter to rotate to a specified angle, and the stock early-stage preparation work is completed;
before the goods arrive at the appointed storage goods position, the goods transporter clamps the goods on the objective table, lifts the goods to suspend the goods, stores the goods to the corresponding storage goods position through stretching and vertical lifting, transmits the goods information and the storage goods position information to the background information system, completes the storage operation of the goods, and calculates the number of the residual empty storage goods positions and the virtual cells in the intelligent community express cabinet;
repeating the above actions to realize the storage operation of all the goods to be stored;
when goods are taken, the control cabinet transmits the measurement data to the background information system, the background information system acquires the space coordinate position of the goods storage position and the position number of the virtual cell of the goods according to the information of the goods to be taken, and returns the space coordinate position of the goods storage position and the position number of the virtual cell to the control cabinet;
the control cabinet sends a transportation instruction to control the goods conveyor to rotate to a specified angle, and the preparation work in the earlier stage of goods taking is completed;
when the goods arrive at the appointed storage goods position, the order number is obtained through scanning of the goods taking scanning device, the measurement data are transmitted to the control cabinet, the control cabinet transmits the measurement data to the background information system, after the information of the goods is fed back accurately by the background information system, the goods taking operation is executed, the goods in the storage goods position are clamped by the goods conveyor, and the goods are lifted to be suspended;
the control cabinet controls the goods conveyor to rotate, stretch and vertically lift, then the goods are released in the goods taking port, and the third abutting block is used for pushing the goods to the goods taking port to finish the goods taking;
and releasing the storage cargo space information, and calculating and updating the space coordinate position of the empty storage cargo space and the position number of the virtual cell by the background information system to finish the pickup operation of the cargo.

The intelligent express delivery cabinet of community with adaptive storage goods yard of claim 1, characterized in that: when the storage bins are more than two layers, a vertical transport channel (104) and a lifter (106) which vertically moves in the vertical transport channel are further arranged in the cabinet body, the vertical transport channel is communicated with the outlet side and the goods taking port of the test table, the vertical transport channel is communicated with the storage bins on each layer, and the goods conveyor is borne by the lifter;
