Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the storage layer 31 includes a support table 32, a plurality of second conveyor belts 33, a third telescopic bar 34, a first code scanning mechanism 35, and a plurality of second code scanning mechanisms 36; the plurality of second conveyor belts 33 are positioned on the support table 32, and the plurality of second conveyor belts 33 are sequentially connected end to form a closed loop and are used for driving the articles in the storage layer 31 to move; a third telescopic rod 34 for pushing the articles on the support platform 32 near the entrance of the storage layer 31 out of the storage layer 31; a first code scanning mechanism 35 is arranged on the top of the storage layer 31 and close to the inlet of the storage layer 31; a plurality of second code scanning mechanisms 36 are uniformly arranged on the top of the storage layer 31 along the closed loop formed by the second conveyor belt 33. A plurality of second conveyor belts 33 on the support table 32 are connected end to form a closed loop, and can move and convey each article in the storage layer 31, and since the driving direction of the second conveyor belts 33 is variable, each article in the storage layer 31 can be moved and conveyed toward a plurality of directions.
In order to ensure that the articles can move and pass along with the second conveyor belt 33, as shown in FIG. 6, the side lengths a and b of the stored articles are respectively smaller than the width x and the length y of the supporting platform 32, and the width c of the inlet of the storage layer 31 is more than or equal to x and more than c and more than b; at the same time, the article height needs to be less than the layer height of the storage layer 31.
Alternatively, the third telescopic rod 34 may be a single rod cylinder located at the central axis of the storage layer 31 and close to the entrance of the storage layer 31, and the third telescopic rod 34 may be mounted on the support table 32 and can be extended and retracted towards the entrance of the storage layer 31, so as to push the article to be taken out of the storage layer 31 and drop it into the lifting table 5.
Optionally, a plurality of code scanning mechanisms, which may be infrared scanners, are mounted on top of the storage layer 31 for scanning the sheet information on the article. Wherein the first code scanning mechanism 35 is located near the entrance to the storage layer 31 for identifying and confirming the entry and exit of articles into and out of the storage layer 31; the plurality of second code scanning mechanisms 36 are uniformly distributed along the closed loop formed by the second conveyor belt 33 and used for recording the position information of each article in the storage layer 31, so that the position information of each article after moving can be positioned by the plurality of second code scanning mechanisms 36 no matter which direction the second conveyor belt 33 is driven.
When the distance between adjacent articles is smaller than the first distance threshold and larger than the second distance threshold, the article distance is adjusted by changing the moving speed and/or direction of the second conveyor belt 33, so that the space utilization rate in the storage layer 31 is improved. When the distance between adjacent articles is greater than the first distance threshold, the empty position between adjacent articles is operated to the entrance of the storage layer 31 by changing the speed and/or direction of movement of the second conveyor 33, waiting for the articles to be deposited.
If the storage layer of a certain layer is filled with articles, the top view is shown in fig. 7 a. Fig. 7a shows simply seven items stored in the storage layer, with limited space remaining in the storage layer, and items may also be stored between item No. 1 and item No. 7, provided that the movement of the other items is not affected.
If the innermost item in the storage layer (e.g. item No. 4) is to be removed, the individual items are moved as follows:
first, the second conveyor belt drives the article nos. 1-3 to move leftward, as shown in fig. 7 b.
The second conveyor then moves item number 4 downward, as shown in fig. 7 c.
And then, the second conveyor belt drives the No. 5-7 articles to move rightwards, as shown in FIG. 7 d.
Then, the second conveyor belt moves article number 1 upward, as shown in fig. 7 e.
Similarly, the second conveyor belt moves the article up, down, left, and right, gradually removing article No. 4, as shown in fig. 7 f.
And finally, the second conveyor belt drives the No. 4 article to move upwards, the No. 4 article is moved to the central axis of the third telescopic rod, and the third telescopic rod is started to push out the No. 4 article, as shown in fig. 7 g.
Optionally, the storage layer 31 further comprises a storage door 37 disposed at an entrance of the storage layer 31, an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 38 disposed at a top of the storage layer 31, and a fixing plate 39 disposed around the support table 32. A storage door body and a fixing plate 39 around the support platform 32 are arranged at the inlet of the storage layer 31 and used for blocking articles and preventing the articles from falling; and a plurality of ultraviolet disinfection lamps 38 distribute at the top of storage layer 31, and after the article got into storage layer 31, ultraviolet disinfection lamp 38 was automatic to be opened, for depositing the disinfection of article, ensured article access safety and sanitation.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1-2, a touch display screen 15 and a sheet printer 16 are disposed on both side walls where the access port 2 is disposed. When the courier or the sender/receiver accesses the courier, the command is sent to the system through the touch display screen 15, and relevant information is obtained. And a bill printer 16 is respectively arranged under the two touch display screens 15 and used for self-help printing of bills during mailing of express, and articles can be identified through the bills.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the bottom of the cabinet body 1 is provided with a plurality of consumable boxes 17, packaging consumables are stored in the consumable boxes 17, and the specifications of the packaging consumables stored in different consumable boxes are different. When a sender mails an article, the required material is selected through the touch display screen 15, the corresponding separation port is automatically opened, and the packaging consumables with corresponding specifications are pushed out. Optionally, the side of the storage area 3 is further provided with a cabinet door 20, and a courier can open the cabinet door 20 to place packaging consumables, handle abnormal problems and the like.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, a top cover 19 is arranged at the top of the cabinet body 1, so as to have a shielding protection function; the monitoring cameras 18 are respectively arranged on the periphery of the top cover 19 and used for ensuring the safety of the surrounding environment for storing and taking articles and also identifying the identity of a user.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a method for sending the express delivery cabinet in any embodiment. Fig. 8 is a schematic main flow chart of a method for sending a package to an express delivery cabinet according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, as an embodiment of the present invention, the method for sending a parcel to an express delivery cabinet includes the following steps:
step 801, receiving a mail sending instruction of a mail sending user, and controlling the access door 4 to open.
The user of posting is in one side of the cabinet body 1, through touch-control display screen 15 trigger the instruction of posting, and express delivery cabinet receives the instruction of posting the user, then controls the access door body 4 with one side and opens, and convenience of customers puts article on elevating platform 5.
Optionally, step 801 may include: receiving a mail sending instruction of a mail sending user, and displaying the bill information to be perfected on a touch display screen; perfecting the bill information according to the mail information input by the mail user, and printing the bill by a bill printer 16; controlling the access door 4 to open. In this embodiment, the sending user triggers a sending instruction through the touch display screen 15, and after the express delivery cabinet receives the sending instruction of the sending user, the waybill information to be completed is displayed on the touch display screen 15; the mail sending user inputs mail sending information through the touch display screen 15 so as to perfect the bill information; after clicking the submitted bill information, the bill printer 16 prints the bill and then controls the access door 4 to open; the mail user sticks the bill to the article, places the article on the lifting table 5, and makes the bill face upward.
Optionally, if the sending user needs to purchase the packaging consumable, the user can also trigger the packaging purchasing instruction through the touch display screen 15, select the required packaging consumable, scan the collection code shown in the touch display screen 15 by the sending user to complete the payment, automatically open the packaging consumable box 17, push out the required packaging consumable of the sender, and complete the packaging of the goods by the sender.
And step 802, measuring the weight information of the article through the weighing mechanism 8, and calculating the freight according to the weight information of the article.
The weighing mechanism 8 on the lifting platform 5 measures the weight information of the article, calculates the freight according to the weight information of the article, the sending information and the receiving information on the bill and transmits the information back to the touch display screen 15.
And 803, receiving a payment completion message, controlling the access door body 4 to be closed, and measuring the size information of the article through a size measuring mechanism.
The mail user scans the collection code shown by the touch display screen 15 to settle the freight rate, the express cabinet receives the payment completion message, the access door body 4 is controlled to be closed, and then the size information of the article is measured through the size measuring mechanism.
Optionally, measuring dimensional information of the article by a dimensional measuring mechanism, comprising: the width panels 11 are controlled to be close to each other through the first telescopic rods 13 and then reset, so that the width information of the article is measured; the length panels 12 are controlled to be close to each other through the second telescopic rods 14 and then reset, so that the length information of the article is measured; the height panel 10 is controlled to approach the lifting table 5 by the first lifting rod 61 and then reset to measure the height information of the article. In this step, the express delivery cabinet controls the first telescopic rod 13, the second telescopic rod 14 and the first lifting rod 61 to extend and retract, so as to control the width panel 11, the length panel 12 and the height panel 10 to move back and forth, and simultaneously, the distance measuring sensors mounted on the width panel 11, the length panel 12 and the height panel 10 respectively measure the width information, the length information and the height information. It should be noted that the measurement sequence of the information such as width, length and height is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
It should be noted that the height panel 10 may not be reset temporarily before the elevating table 5 is raised, and reset after the article on the elevating table 5 reaches the storage layer 31, so that the stability of the article raising process can be ensured.
Step 804, determining a target storage layer 31 of the article according to the size information of the article, lifting the article to the target storage layer 31 through a lifting rod 6, and pushing the article into the target storage layer 31 through a first conveyor belt 9.
After obtaining the size information of the article, it is judged whether the length, width and height of the article satisfy the storage condition of the storage layer, if so, the length, width and height of the article and the vacant position in each storage layer are combined to determine the target storage layer 31 suitable for the article. Then the express cabinet controls the lifting rod 6 (including the first lifting rod 61 and the second lifting rod 62) to start, the lifting rod 6 drives the article on the lifting platform 5 (the height panel 10 can also lift together) to lift to the target storage layer 31, and the storage door body 37 is opened; and finally, controlling the first conveyor belt 9 to start, and pushing the articles on the lifting platform 5 into the target storage layer 31 through the transmission of the first conveyor belt 9. The lifting rod 6 drives the lifting platform and the height panel 10 above the lifting platform to reset.
The item is transported 805 to the destination location by the second conveyor 33.
After the articles enter the target storage layer 31, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 38 is turned on to sterilize the articles. The article is then transported to the target location by full or partial actuation of the second conveyor belt 33.
Optionally, step 805 comprises: scanning the bill information of the article through a first code scanning mechanism 35, and sending a mail sending success message; the articles are conveyed to the target position by controlling the transmission of all or part of the plurality of second conveyor belts 33. The first code scanning mechanism 35 at the entrance of the target storage layer 31 scans the information of the item list to confirm that the item enters the target storage layer 31, the express cabinet sends a mail sending success message to the user or displays the message to be confirmed on the touch display screen 15, and the mail sending user confirms the mail sending success through the touch display screen 15. The articles are then transported to the target location by controlling the plurality of second conveyor belts 33 to drive in full or in part.
Optionally, step 805 further comprises: scanning the order information of each article in the target storage layer 31 through a plurality of second code scanning mechanisms 36 to determine the position of each article; calculating the distance between adjacent articles according to the position and the size information of each article; if the distance between the adjacent articles is smaller than the first distance threshold and larger than the second distance threshold, controlling the second conveyor belt 33 where the articles are located to transmit, so that the distance between the adjacent articles is smaller than the second distance threshold, and the space utilization rate in the target storage layer 31 is improved; if the distance between the adjacent articles is larger than the first distance threshold value, the second conveyor belt 33 on which the articles are positioned is controlled to transmit, so that the empty position between the adjacent articles is operated to the entrance of the target storage layer 31 to wait for the articles to be stored. After the adjustment is completed, the second conveyor belt 33 stops.
According to the method for sending the express delivery cabinet, parameter information such as the length, the width, the height and the weight of the article can be measured through the size measuring mechanism and the weighing mechanism, so that the storage layer where the article is suitable to be stored is judged, the freight required when the article is sent is calculated, meanwhile, the parameter information of the article can be fed back to a courier or a person who takes/sends the article, the intelligence of the express delivery cabinet is enhanced, and the convenience in sending the article is improved. The space of every layer of storage layer communicates each other, and no baffle design no matter be big article or smallclothes article do not receive the restriction of separating a mouthful size, can adjust the article interval through the second conveyer belt moreover, consequently can fully improve the space utilization of storage area. And send a user no longer need frequently move the position, only need put into the access hole with article, the express delivery cabinet will match out suitable parking position, send the convenience of a process and show the improvement.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a pickup method of the express delivery cabinet in any embodiment. Fig. 9 is a schematic main flow chart of a pickup method of an express delivery cabinet according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, as an embodiment of the present invention, the express delivery method of the express delivery cabinet includes the following steps:
step 901, receiving pickup information of a pickup user, and positioning a target storage layer 31 and a target object by a second code scanning mechanism 36; the menu information attached to the target object comprises pickup information.
The pickup user receives pickup information such as a pickup code, an order number and the like, and inputs a pickup instruction through the touch display screen 15 on the other side of the express cabinet. It should be noted that, since the weight parameter of the article is already obtained when the article is sent, the article taking information received by the article taking user may further include the weight parameter, so that the article taking user can conveniently carry an appropriate auxiliary tool to go to the article taking user in advance.
After receiving pickup information input by a pickup user, the express delivery cabinet positions the target storage layer 31, the target object and the position of the target object through the second code scanning mechanism 36.
In step 902, the target item is transferred to the entrance of the target storage layer 31 by controlling the plurality of second conveyor belts 33 of the target storage layer 31 to be driven in full or in part.
After the positions of the target storage layer 31 and the target article are determined, the target article is conveyed to the entrance of the target storage layer 31 by controlling all or part of the second conveyors 33 of the target storage layer 31. The moving process of the target object is shown in fig. 7a-7g, and will not be described in detail. The express delivery cabinet adjusts the transmission running direction of the second conveyor belt 33 according to the article position located by the second code scanning mechanism 36 and the shortest conveying distance strategy, and transfers the articles to be taken to the central axis of the storage door body 37.
Step 903, scanning the order information of the target object by the first code scanning mechanism 35, and if the pickup information in the order information is consistent with the pickup information of the pickup user, driving the lifting table 5 to lift to the target storage layer 31 by the lifting rod 6.
The first code scanning mechanism 35 scans the information of the surface sheet of the object, confirms that the object to be taken conforms to the pickup information, and then the express cabinet controls the lifting rod 6 to ascend, so as to drive the lifting platform 5 to ascend to the target storage layer 31.
Step 904, pushing the target object out of the target storage layer 31 through the third telescopic rod 34, so that the target object falls into the lifting platform 5.
The express delivery cabinet controls the storage door body 37 to be opened, and then controls the third telescopic rod 34 to push the target object out of the target storage layer 31, so that the target object falls into the lifting platform 5.
And step 905, driving the lifting platform 5 to descend to the access port 2 through the lifting rod 6, and controlling the access door body 4 to be opened.
The express cabinet control storage door body 37 is closed, and the control lifter 6 descends simultaneously, drives the elevating platform 5 and falls to access opening 2, then the control access door body 4 is opened, gets a personnel and takies article on the elevating platform away, and the express cabinet control access door body 4 is closed, accomplishes and gets goods.
The express delivery cabinet pickup method provided by the embodiment of the invention can accurately position the target storage layer and the position of the object to be picked up, then automatically convey the object from the storage layer to the access opening, and the pickup user does not need to frequently move the position and only needs to wait for the object at the access opening, so that the convenience of the pickup process is obviously improved.

Claims (15)

1. An express delivery cabinet, comprising:
a cabinet body (1);
the access ports (2) are respectively positioned on two opposite side walls of the cabinet body (1);
the access door body (4) is used for opening or closing the access opening (2);
the storage area (3) is positioned in the cabinet body (1) and comprises a plurality of storage layers (31), and the spaces of the storage layers (31) are communicated with each other; and the number of the first and second groups,
the lifting mechanism is positioned in the cabinet body (1) and used for lifting articles between the access opening (2) and the storage area (3).
2. The courier cabinet of claim 1, wherein the lift mechanism comprises:
an elevating platform (5);
the lifting rod (6) is used for driving the lifting rod (6) of the lifting platform (5) to lift;
a dimension measuring mechanism for measuring a dimension of the article; and the number of the first and second groups,
the weighing device comprises a weighing mechanism (8) and a first conveyor belt (9), wherein the weighing mechanism is located on the lifting platform (5), and the first conveyor belt (9) is used for pushing the articles on the lifting platform (5) into the storage area (3).
3. The courier cabinet of claim 2, wherein the dimensional measurement mechanism comprises:
the height panel (10) is arranged on the opposite side of the lifting platform (5) and is provided with a first distance measuring sensor for measuring the height of an article;
the width panels (11) are arranged on two opposite sides of the lifting platform (5) and are provided with second distance measuring sensors for measuring the width of an article; and the number of the first and second groups,
the length panel (12) is arranged on two opposite sides of the lifting platform (5) and is provided with a third distance measuring sensor used for measuring the length of an article, and the width panel (11) is adjacent to the length panel (12).
4. Express cabinet according to claim 3, characterized in that the lifting lever (6) comprises:
the two ends of the first lifting rod (61) are respectively connected with the height panel (10) and the top of the cabinet body (1) and used for driving the height panel (10) to be close to or far away from the lifting table (5); and the number of the first and second groups,
the two ends of the second lifting rod (62) are respectively connected with the lifting platform (5) and the bottom of the cabinet body (1) and are used for driving the lifting platform (5) to lift between the access opening (2) and the storage area (3);
the dimension measuring mechanism further includes:
the two ends of the first telescopic rod (13) are respectively connected with the width panel (11) and the access door body (4) and are used for driving the width panel (11) to approach or move away from each other; and the number of the first and second groups,
the two ends of the second telescopic rod (14) are respectively connected with the length panel (12) and the cabinet body (1) and used for driving the length panel (12) to be close to or far away from each other.
5. Express cabinet according to claim 1, characterized in that the storage layer (31) comprises:
a support table (32);
the second conveyor belts (33) are positioned on the supporting table (32), and the second conveyor belts (33) are sequentially connected end to form a closed loop and are used for driving the articles in the storage layer (31) to move;
-a third telescopic bar (34) for pushing the objects on the support table (32) close to the entrance of the storage layer (31) out of the storage layer (31);
a first code scanning mechanism (35) arranged on the top of the storage layer (31) and close to the inlet of the storage layer (31);
a plurality of second code scanning mechanisms (36) are uniformly arranged on the top of the storage layer (31) along the closed loop formed by the second conveyor belt (33).
6. The cabinet according to claim 5, further comprising a storage door (37) disposed at an entrance of the storage layer (31), an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp (38) disposed at a top of the storage layer (31), and a fixing plate (39) disposed around the support platform (32).
7. Express cabinet according to claim 1, characterized in that the height of the storage levels (31) decreases from bottom to top.
8. The cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the two side walls provided with the access opening (2) are provided with a touch display screen (15) and a sheet printer (16).
9. The express delivery cabinet of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the cabinet body (1) is provided with a plurality of consumable boxes (17), packaging consumables are stored in the consumable boxes (17), and the specifications of the packaging consumables stored in different consumable boxes are different.
10. A method of mailing for a cabinet according to any of claims 1-9, comprising:
receiving a sending instruction of a sending user, and controlling the access door body (4) to be opened;
measuring weight information of the article by a weighing mechanism (8), and calculating a freight fee according to the weight information of the article;
receiving a payment completion message, controlling the access door body (4) to be closed, and measuring the size information of the article through a size measuring mechanism;
determining a target storage layer (31) of the article according to the size information of the article, lifting the article to the target storage layer (31) through a lifting rod (6), and pushing the article into the target storage layer (31) through a first conveyor belt (9);
the article is conveyed to a target location by a second conveyor belt (33).
11. A method of mail according to claim 10, wherein measuring dimensional information of said article by a dimensional measuring mechanism comprises:
the width panels (11) are controlled to be close to each other through the first telescopic rods (13) and then reset, so that the width information of the article is measured;
the length panels (12) are controlled to be close to each other through the second telescopic rods (14) and then reset, so that the length information of the article can be measured;
the height panel (10) is controlled to be close to the lifting platform (5) through the first lifting rod (61) and then reset, so that the height information of the article can be measured.
12. A method of mail according to claim 10, wherein conveying the articles to a destination location by a second conveyor (33) comprises:
scanning the bill information of the article through a first code scanning mechanism (35) and sending a mail sending success message;
the articles are conveyed to the target position by controlling the transmission of all or part of a plurality of second conveyor belts (33).
13. A method of mail according to claim 12, wherein conveying the article to a destination location by a second conveyor (33) further comprises:
scanning the order information of each article in the target storage layer (31) through a plurality of second code scanning mechanisms (36) to determine the position of each article;
calculating the distance between adjacent articles according to the position and the size information of each article;
if the spacing between the adjacent articles is smaller than the first distance threshold value and larger than the second spacing threshold value, controlling the second conveyor belt (33) where the articles are located to transmit, so that the spacing between the adjacent articles is smaller than the second spacing threshold value;
and if the distance between the adjacent articles is larger than the first distance threshold value, controlling the second conveyor belt (33) where the articles are positioned to transmit, so that the vacant position between the adjacent articles runs to the inlet of the target storage layer (31).
14. A method according to claim 10, wherein receiving a mail order from a mail user to control the access door (4) to open, comprises:
receiving a mail sending instruction of a mail sending user, and displaying the bill information to be perfected on a touch display screen (15);
perfecting the bill information according to the mail information input by the mail user, and printing the bill by a bill printer (16);
controlling the access door body (4) to open.
15. A method of retrieving courier cabinets according to any of claims 1-9, comprising:
receiving pickup information of a pickup user, and positioning a target storage layer (31) and a target object through a second code scanning mechanism (36); the menu information attached to the target object comprises pickup information;
-causing said target item to be transferred to the entrance of said target storage level (31) by controlling the complete or partial transfer of a number of second conveyor belts (33) of the target storage level (31);
scanning the order information of the target object through a first code scanning mechanism (35), and driving a lifting table (5) to lift to the target storage layer (31) through a lifting rod (6) if the pickup information in the order information is consistent with the pickup information of a pickup user;
pushing the target item out of the target storage layer (31) by a third telescopic rod (34) so that the target item falls into the lifting table (5);
the lifting platform (5) is driven to descend to the access opening (2) through the lifting rod (6), and the access door body (4) is controlled to be opened.
