Wherein associating the materials in the material rule pool with the sub-scenes respectively may comprise the steps of:
step S31, associating the multiple sub-scenes with different label contents, wherein the label contents are used for searching different target materials;
in step S32, the content of the tag is associated with different materials.
Through the steps S31-S32, the automobile sales can conveniently search materials on the page.
In an optional embodiment, after matching the target materials from the material rule pool according to the communication information and the initial information, the apparatus further comprises the following steps:
step S41, obtaining the update rule of the material rule pool;
and step S42, updating the material rule pool according to the updating rule.
Through the steps S41-S42, the material rule pool can be updated in real time, so that the materials in the material rule pool can be matched with the latest content.
Optionally, the above apparatus further comprises the following steps:
step S51, generating a video course;
in step S52, the video tutorial is displayed to the first object for the first object to learn.
Through the steps S51-S52, the automobile sales can check the marketing course in the current learning stage on the same page of the search target material.
The present embodiment will be described below with reference to specific examples.
It should be noted that, although the following 2 examples refer to a marketing device, they are merely described as an application scenario of the present device.
Example 1
In this example, a life cycle-based marketing apparatus is provided, in which a plurality of marketing means such as posters, articles, personal business cards, customer evaluations, and the like are integrated for different marketing scenes in each life cycle by dividing scenes before sale, during sale, and after sale into a plurality of marketing life cycles. Therefore, the cooperation of various marketing means is completed on one page, and the marketing efficiency is improved. In addition, in the same page, the marketing course of the current learning stage can be checked.
The method comprises the following specific implementation steps:
step S61, establishing a marketing scene based on the marketing requirement of automobile sales:
the marketing scenario includes: marketing of friend circles, marketing of intent customers, marketing of deal customers, and marketing of after-sale customers.
And step S62, establishing marketing scenes based on the marketing demands of the users, and further refining and classifying the marketing scenes.
The marketing module that refines under the marketing scene is:
the marketing scenario of "marketing of circle of friends" can be further divided into: building trust feeling, improving affinity, transferring product advantages and stimulating purchasing desire.
This marketing scenario for "intended customers" can be further divided into: the old customer is good appraised, the image (name card, etc.) is established, the commodity impression is strengthened, and the additional product is attracted to be purchased.
The marketing scenario for "clients to deal" can be further divided into: a pick-up waiter, a pick-up progress reminder, customer care;
the marketing scenario for "after-sales customers" can be further divided into: thank you from the store, customer maintenance.
Step S63, marketing materials are associated under each marketing module, and contents of different labels are associated under different marketing modules, so that sales retrieval is facilitated;
the marketing materials comprise: posters, articles, events, courses, business cards, ratings applets.
Step S63, in response to the marketing scenario selection operation of the user, displaying the associated marketing material.
By the method, the multiple marketing means are matched and used on one page, and marketing efficiency is improved. In addition, in the same page, the marketing course of the current learning stage can be checked.
Example 2
In this example, the marketing scenario and the marketing module are fully combined with the CRM system, and the marketing material under the marketing module should be fully combined with the client data in the CRM, as shown in fig. 3, at least the following steps are included:
step S71, obtaining data source 1(CRM data: sales follow-up customer record) and data source 2(AI customer representation: user preference data);
step S72, obtaining the psychological appeal of the client;
step S73, matching a marketing material rule pool according to the psychological appeal of the client, wherein the marketing material rule pool stores content images;
and step S74, acquiring the recommended marketing materials according to the matching structure.
By the above example, the scenes before and after sale are divided into a plurality of marketing life cycles, and various marketing means such as posters, articles, personal business cards, customer evaluations and the like are integrated according to different marketing scenes in each life cycle.
For specific definition of the material acquisition means, reference may be made to the above definition of the material acquisition means, which is not described in detail herein. All or part of the modules in the material acquisition device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a material acquisition method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
acquiring communication information between a first object and a second object stored in a customer management system (CRM);
acquiring initial information of the second object, wherein the initial information is used for selecting a target object;
and matching target materials from a material rule pool according to the communication information and the initial information so as to display the first object to the second object, wherein the material rule pool stores materials corresponding to a plurality of different scenes.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
before matching the target materials from the material rule pool according to the communication information and the initial information, the method further comprises the following steps: establishing a display scene of the target material, wherein the display scene comprises at least one of the following: the method comprises the steps of showing a circle of friends, showing a user group at a first stage, showing a user group at a second stage, and showing a user group at a third stage, wherein the first stage, the second stage and the third stage form a whole scene in a specified scene, the first stage occurs before the second stage, and the second stage occurs before the third stage.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
after the display scene of the target material is established, the method comprises the following steps: dividing each display scene in the display scenes into a plurality of sub-scenes, wherein the sub-scenes are divided according to conditions set by the first object, and the sub-scenes are used for improving the assessment results of the first object;
and respectively associating the materials in the material rule pool with the sub-scenes.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
acquiring communication information between a first object and a second object stored in a customer management system (CRM);
acquiring initial information of the second object, wherein the initial information is used for selecting a target object;
and matching target materials from a material rule pool according to the communication information and the initial information so as to display the first object to the second object, wherein the material rule pool stores materials corresponding to a plurality of different scenes.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
before matching the target materials from the material rule pool according to the communication information and the initial information, the method further comprises the following steps: establishing a display scene of the target material, wherein the display scene comprises at least one of the following: the method comprises the steps of showing a circle of friends, showing a user group at a first stage, showing a user group at a second stage, and showing a user group at a third stage, wherein the first stage, the second stage and the third stage form a whole scene in a specified scene, the first stage occurs before the second stage, and the second stage occurs before the third stage.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
after the display scene of the target material is established, the method comprises the following steps: dividing each display scene in the display scenes into a plurality of sub-scenes, wherein the sub-scenes are divided according to conditions set by the first object, and the sub-scenes are used for improving the assessment results of the first object;
and respectively associating the materials in the material rule pool with the sub-scenes.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (12)

1. A method for obtaining material, the method comprising:
acquiring communication information between a first object and a second object stored in a customer management system (CRM);
acquiring initial information of the second object, wherein the initial information is used for selecting a target object;
and matching target materials from a material rule pool according to the communication information and the initial information so as to display the first object to the second object, wherein the material rule pool stores materials corresponding to a plurality of different scenes.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to matching target material from a rule pool of material based on the communication and the initial information, the method further comprises:
establishing a display scene of the target material, wherein the display scene comprises at least one of the following: the method comprises the steps of showing a circle of friends, showing a user group at a first stage, showing a user group at a second stage, and showing a user group at a third stage, wherein the first stage, the second stage and the third stage form a whole scene in a specified scene, the first stage occurs before the second stage, and the second stage occurs before the third stage.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after the presentation scene of the target material is created, the method comprises:
dividing each display scene in the display scenes into a plurality of sub-scenes, wherein the sub-scenes are divided according to conditions set by the first object, and the sub-scenes are used for improving the assessment results of the first object;
and respectively associating the materials in the material rule pool with the sub-scenes.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein associating the materials in the rule pool of materials with the sub-scenes respectively comprises:
associating the plurality of sub-scenes with different label contents, wherein the label contents are used for retrieving different target materials;
and associating different materials with the label content.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after matching target materials from a rule pool of materials based on the communication information and the initial information, the method further comprises:
obtaining an updating rule of the material rule pool;
and updating the material rule pool according to the updating rule.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
generating a video course;
and displaying the video course to the first object for the first object to learn.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the communication information comprises at least one of:
the number of times that the first object and the second object communicate at the specified position, the number of times that the second object is followed by the first object through a communication tool, and whether the second object executes the specified operation.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the initial information comprises at least one of:
the grade of the second object under a preset scene, an intention target object of the second object, and the exchange condition for acquiring the target object set by the second object.
9. The method of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the target material comprises at least one of:
posters, articles, events, courses, personal business cards, customer ratings.
10. A material acquisition apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the communication information between the first object and the second object stored in the customer management system CRM;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring initial information of the second object;
and the third acquisition module is used for matching a target material from a material rule pool according to the communication information and the initial information so as to display the first object to the second object, wherein the material rule pool stores materials corresponding to a plurality of different scenes.
11. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 9 when executing the computer program.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
