Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于导电材料紧固连接的拉铆钉。由铆钉和套环组成,铆钉包括冒头、光杆、锁紧槽、拉槽和短尾,套环包括法兰、变形区和卡齿,冒头内侧与紧固联接件接触面设置有尖锐的凸起;凸起的高度是冒头厚度的1/5~1/12;凸起一种结构是均匀布置在冒头内侧与紧固联接件接触面上的多个独立齿状凸起;凸起另一种结构是环绕在冒头内侧与紧固联接件接触面上的1或2圈环状凸起。本发明尖锐凸起能够嵌入紧固件表面,防止紧固联接件与铆钉的滑动,由于尖锐凸起嵌入紧固联接件表面成为紧密贴合的一个整体,提升铆钉与边框的导电能力,有效解决铝合金边框紧固连接时,电化学腐蚀、板材损坏、导电性差等问题,保障太阳能光伏系统的安全运行。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于铆接技术领域,尤其属于一种用于连接导电材料的拉铆钉铆接紧固件的设计与制造,属金属机械加工的铆接类(B21J)和紧固件类(F16B)。
背景技术
拉铆钉是现有紧固联接方式中常用的紧固联接件,一般用于需栓接或铆接的部件联接。使用紧固作业时采用拉铆钉专用设备将两个待结合件夹紧后,挤压套入的环状套环的金属并充满栓柱的多条环状沟槽的凹坑内,使得套环与栓柱严密结合紧固。拉铆钉紧固件在组装完成后具有相同的紧固力及永不松动等特性。
现有拉铆钉紧固简单,功能单一,紧固作业后拉铆钉与联接件常常仅仅完成了简单的紧固联接,对于拉铆钉与紧固联接件的进一步结合没有要求。在太阳能电池板的联接加工中,不仅需要对联接板进行紧固联接,还要求能够进一步改善联接部的导电性能;而常常由于金属联接件表面的氧化膜、锈蚀层等降低了导电性能,采用平面接触的紧固联接不能满足现有电池板的联接加工需要。
发明内容
本发明根据现有技术的不足公开了一种用于导电材料紧固连接的拉铆钉。本发明要解决的问题是提供一种能够改善金属联接件之间导电性能,性能更优的用于导电材料紧固连接的拉铆钉。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
用于导电材料紧固连接的拉铆钉,拉铆钉由铆钉和套环组成,铆钉包括冒头、光杆、锁紧槽、拉槽和短尾,套环包括法兰、变形区和卡齿,其特征在于:所述冒头内侧与紧固联接件接触面设置有尖锐的凸起。
所述凸起的高度是冒头厚度的1/5~1/12。
本发明凸起一种结构是均匀布置在冒头内侧与紧固联接件接触面上的多个独立齿状凸起。
本发明凸起另一种结构是环绕在冒头内侧与紧固联接件接触面上的1或2圈环状凸起。
本发明凸起也可以包括均匀布置在冒头内侧与紧固联接件接触面上的多个独立齿状凸起和环绕在冒头内侧与紧固联接件接触面上的环状凸起。
本发明拉铆钉用于铝合金导电材料。
本发明拉铆钉应用于导电材料紧固连接时能够进一步增加导电性能,并防止因紧固联接件较薄,在进行拉铆钉紧固联接时因施拧扭矩过大导致损坏。
如本发明拉铆钉在太阳能电池板的铝合金边框的紧固连接时,由于铝合金边框材质较软,经常因施拧扭矩过大导致板材压坏、报废。同时,碳钢和铝合金材质之间因为电位差不同,在应用过程发生电化学腐蚀,导致连接失效螺栓脱落等现象。使用铝合金螺栓进行铝合金边框的紧固连接时,由于铝合金螺栓强度较低,施拧后无法是铝合金边框与螺栓完全贴合,在遇到强电流时,螺栓与铝合金板之间的缝隙产生放电,导致边框或螺栓损坏,无法保证其构件的安全性。
本发明在铆钉内侧面设置具有强度的尖锐凸起,在进行紧固联接后,尖锐凸起嵌入紧固件表面,不仅防止紧固联接件与铆钉的滑动,由于尖锐凸起嵌入紧固联接件表面,如,刺入铝合金板材后,刺穿了铝合金表面金属与氧气形成的氧化膜或阳极氧化膜,使铆钉与铝合金材料成为紧密贴合的一个整体,提升铆钉与边框的导电能力。有效解决了铝合金边框紧固连接时,电化学腐蚀、板材损坏、导电性差等问题,保障了太阳能光伏系统的安全运行。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明,具体实施方式是对本发明原理的进一步说明,不以任何方式限制本发明,与本发明相同或类似技术均没有超出本发明保护的范围。

如图所示,用于导电材料紧固连接的拉铆钉,拉铆钉由铆钉和套环组成,铆钉包括冒头1.1、光杆1.2、锁紧槽1.3、拉槽1.4和短尾1.5,套环包括法兰2.1、变形区2.2和卡齿2.3,本发明在冒头1.1内侧与紧固联接件接触面设置有尖锐的凸起1.6。
本发明设置凸起1.6的高度是冒头1.1厚度的1/5~1/12。
铆钉和套环可以采用铝合金材料进行生产制造。铆钉采用固溶时效处理,表应进行清洗处理;套环采用软化处理,以适用于冷挤压铆接。
拉铆钉采用常规安装方法,凸起高度H应为冒头1.1厚度的1/5~1/12,以便于其刺入被连接的导电材料且不对导电材料造成过大损伤而降低强度。凸起1.6嵌入导电板材后,可以防止铆钉冒头与被连接件之间发生相对滑动,提升了紧固连接的强度;同时刺穿了导电材料表面金属与氧气形成的氧化膜或阳极氧化膜,使铆钉与导电材料成为紧密贴合的一个整体,提升整体导电能力。
本发明凸起可以多种结构,下面实施例仅用于说明其中的应用。
实施例1
如图3、图4所示,图3是实施例1铆钉冒头内侧面结构示意图;图4是实施例1铆钉横截面结构示意图。图中,在冒头1.1内侧与紧固联接件接触面均匀间隔布置了六个凸起1.6,凸起1.6成尖锐结构,高度是冒头1.1厚度的1/5~1/12。
实施例2
如图5、图6所示,图5是实施例2铆钉冒头内侧面结构示意图;图6是实施例2铆钉横截面结构示意图。图中,在冒头1.1内侧与紧固联接件接触面环绕布置一圈圆环状凸起1.6,凸起1.6成尖锐结构,高度是冒头1.1厚度的1/5~1/12。

1.一种用于导电材料紧固连接的拉铆钉,拉铆钉由铆钉和套环组成,铆钉包括冒头、光杆、锁紧槽、拉槽和短尾,套环包括法兰、变形区和卡齿,其特征在于:所述冒头内侧与紧固联接件接触面设置有尖锐的凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于导电材料紧固连接的拉铆钉,其特征在于:所述凸起的高度是冒头厚度的1/5~1/12。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于导电材料紧固连接的拉铆钉,其特征在于:所述凸起是均匀布置在冒头内侧与紧固联接件接触面上的多个独立齿状凸起。
4.根据权利要求2所述的用于导电材料紧固连接的拉铆钉,其特征在于:所述凸起是环绕在冒头内侧与紧固联接件接触面上的1或2圈环状凸起。
5.根据权利要求2所述的用于导电材料紧固连接的拉铆钉,其特征在于:所述凸起包括均匀布置在冒头内侧与紧固联接件接触面上的多个独立齿状凸起和环绕在冒头内侧与紧固联接件接触面上的环状凸起。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的用于导电材料紧固连接的拉铆钉,其特征在于:所述导电材料是铝合金材料。
