Abstract
The invention discloses a magnolia officinalis and exploded bead essential oil and a preparation method thereof, comprising 1-5 parts of green tea essential oil, 1-5 parts of fig essential oil, 5-10 parts of magnolia officinalis oleoresin, 0.1-1 part of tween 80, 100-500 parts of tricaprylin, 0.1-0.5 part of fat-soluble vitamin and 0.1-0.3 part of fat-soluble antioxidant; the preparation method comprises grinding cortex Magnolia officinalis to particle size of 2-10 mm; adding solvent and cellulase, ultrasonic heating and leaching for 5-10 hr, centrifuging at 1000r/min for 3-5min until water and oil are separated, and collecting oil phase to obtain Magnolia officinalis oleoresin; dissolving 1-5 parts of green tea essential oil, 1-5 parts of fig essential oil, 5-10 parts of magnolia officinalis oleoresin, 0.1-1 part of tween 80, 0.1-0.5 part of fat-soluble vitamin and 0.1-0.3 part of fat-soluble coenzyme Q10 in 500 parts of tricaprylin 100, filtering and collecting filtrate; degassing the filtrate at 20-60 deg.C under negative pressure for 0.5-2 hr, standing for 2-24 hr to obtain cortex Magnolia officinalis and explode pearl essential oil, which has high content of cortex Magnolia officinalis extract, long storage time, no reaction of explode pearl essential oil with wall material, stable molding, comfortable, pure and natural fragrance, lasting and stable fragrance, and controllable fragrance intensity.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tobacco essence and flavor, and particularly relates to magnolia officinalis and pearl burst essential oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The bead blasting is a special process for perfuming auxiliary materials for cigarettes, is a great innovation in the tobacco industry, improves the safety of cigarette products in a bead blasting and perfuming mode, and greatly enriches the types of fragrant raw materials. In recent years, the investment of bead blasting of various large tobacco enterprises is increased, a large number of bead blasting cigarette products rich in self characteristics are provided, and the bead blasting of cigarettes is a brand new perfuming mode and is becoming an important direction of cigarette innovation in recent years. The essence for the bead blasting essential oil is basically a synthetic essence, plays an important role in the aspects of improving the aroma quality of bead blasting, enriching the tobacco aroma and the like, has thinner aroma and active chemical properties in the prior art, is very easy to react with base oil, wall materials and the like, and leads to an unstable state in the online bead blasting forming process, so that bead blasting forming is influenced, and the natural perfume is limited by the permission list of tobacco additives, so that the selectable aroma type is limited.
The magnolia bark-magnolia bark extract is a common traditional Chinese medicine and clinically has the effects of relieving cough and eliminating phlegm, helping digestion and guiding qi downward, and resolving dampness and harmonizing stomach, and the pharmacological test proves that the magnolia bark-magnolia bark extract has the obvious effects of reducing blood pressure and inhibiting pathogenic microorganisms, the smell of the magnolia bark is spicy, the chemical components are volatile oil, alkaloid, saponin, tannin, trace nicotinic acid and the like, and the magnolia bark-magnolia bark extract mainly contains magnolol and magnolol, eugenol-4' -O- β -D-glucopyranoside, magnolia bark lignan A, magnolia bark lignan B, magnolia bark lignan C, magnolia bark lignan D, magnolia bark lignan E, magnolia bark lignan F, magnolia bark lignan G, magnolia bark lignan H, magnolia bark lignan I, borneol magnolol and the like, and various magnolia bark extracts have a fresh and sweet taste in tobacco, are coordinated with smoke, and can obviously reduce the throat irritation in smoking, and are good natural tobacco flavors, and related magnolia bark-magnolia bark extracts are not reported at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides the magnolia officinalis exploder essential oil and the preparation method thereof, the prepared magnolia officinalis exploder essential oil has high magnolia officinalis extract content and long storage time, the exploder essential oil does not react with wall materials, the forming is stable, the fragrance is comfortable, pure and natural, the fragrance is lasting and stable, and the fragrance intensity is controllable.
The technical scheme of the invention is that the magnolia officinalis and bulbus fritilariae essential oil is provided, and comprises the following components: 1-5 parts of green tea essential oil, 1-5 parts of fig essential oil, 5-10 parts of magnolia officinalis oleoresin, 0.1-1 part of tween 80, 100-500 parts of tricaprylin, 0.1-0.5 part of fat-soluble vitamin and 0.1-0.3 part of antioxidant.
Preferably, the fat-soluble sanitary vitamin comprises vitamin K and vitamin A.
Preferably, the antioxidant is fat-soluble coenzyme Q10.
Further, a preparation method of the magnolia officinalis and bulbus fritilariae essential oil is also provided, and comprises the following steps:
s1, grinding the particle size of the magnolia officinalis to 2-10 mm;

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. when the magnolia officinalis is applied to cigarette flavoring, a remarkable fresh, spicy and sweet flavor can be brought by a small using amount, the fragrance is strong, the fragrance is comfortable and natural, and the stimulation during smoking can be obviously reduced;
2. the tricaprylin has better anti-corrosion effect and stable property, and cannot react with wall materials;
3. adding fat-soluble antioxidant into essential oil to prevent the rancidity of tricaprylin or essential oil, and prolong the storage time of essential oil;
4. the mangnolia officinalis oleoresin is released more thoroughly by using enzymolysis, the extraction rate is higher, on one hand, the use activity of enzyme is ensured by extracting with 20-40% ethanol water, on the other hand, the extraction efficiency is improved, nonpolar substances are removed as much as possible, and the essential oil is purer;
5.1000-2000 molecular weight polyethylene glycol is in gel state at normal temperature, and melts into liquid when heated, and can well lock fragrance when in gel state, the porosity is uniform and fine, the external fragrance is not penetrated, the fragrance is kept for a long time, and no obvious negative effect is caused, if the fragrance intensity is required to be enhanced, the polyethylene glycol can be broken by pinching or the part of a filter tip wrapping the polyethylene glycol is contacted with a mouth for continuous low-temperature heating, so that the polyethylene glycol melts, the magnolia officinalis essential oil is released, and the fragrance intensity is enhanced;
6. the green tea essential oil has effects of refreshing brain, treating common cold, cough, rhinitis and asthma, recovering activity, and resisting depression, and can be absorbed by steam; the fig essential oil can effectively cover up the miscellaneous gas of cigarettes, enables the smoke to be soft, has fine fragrance, has the effect of obviously improving the smoke quality and neutralizes the fragrance of the magnolia officinalis oleoresin, and the combination of the three components enables the fragrance to be more layered, and meanwhile, the fat-soluble vitamins are added to be beneficial to health.
