5)将步骤4)制得的混合液加入到步骤3)制得的混合物料中,启动搅拌机,继续以100r/pm的转速旋转搅拌30分钟,然后通过双杆螺旋挤出机挤出并造粒,粒径大小为1mm,然后使用气压机将颗粒物冲压成型,得到厚度为20-30mm的砖坯,备用;
6)将步骤5)制得的砖坯送入窑炉内,在700℃的环境下烧制1小时,保温30分钟后,降温到100℃低温烘干,再将烘干后的砖坯进行磨边、抛光处理,制得地砖;
7)将步骤6)制得的地砖放置在干燥通风的仓库内保存,即可。
实施例3
一种高强度生态环保地砖,由以下重量份的原料制成,硅藻土45份、页岩25份、麦秸15份、竹炭粉13份、紫砂土11份、水玻璃8份、草木灰7份、硅酸盐水泥6份、椰油丙基酰胺甜菜碱5份、氧化锌4份、二氧化锡3份、刺梧桐胶粉2份、海泡石2份、膨胀珍珠岩2份、薄荷油11份和去离子水110份。
一种高强度生态环保地砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取竹炭粉13份、草木灰7份、硅酸盐水泥6份和刺梧桐胶粉2份混合均匀,然后过40目筛,得到混合微粉,备用;
2)取硅藻土45份、页岩25份、麦秸15份、紫砂土11份、海泡石2份和膨胀珍珠岩2份投入到高速球磨机内,以2500r/mi n的速度球磨15分钟,制得球磨粉,备用;
3)将步骤1)制得的混合微粉、步骤2)制得的球磨粉投入搅拌机内,然后加入去离子水110份,启动搅拌机以110r/pm的转速旋转搅拌1.5小时,得到混合物料,备用;
4)取水玻璃8份、薄荷油11份投入配料罐中,然后依次加入椰油丙基酰胺甜菜碱5份、氧化锌4份和二氧化锡3份,用搅拌棒以25r/mi n的速度搅拌9分钟,得到混合液,备用;
5)将步骤4)制得的混合液加入到步骤3)制得的混合物料中,启动搅拌机,继续以110r/pm的转速旋转搅拌35分钟,然后通过双杆螺旋挤出机挤出并造粒,粒径大小为1.5mm,然后使用气压机将颗粒物冲压成型,得到厚度为25mm的砖坯,备用;
6)将步骤5)制得的砖坯送入窑炉内,在750℃的环境下烧制1.5小时,保温35分钟后,降温到110℃低温烘干,再将烘干后的砖坯进行磨边、抛光处理,制得地砖;
7)将步骤6)制得的地砖放置在干燥通风的仓库内保存,即可。
实验例
实验对象:将作为市场上普通的以水泥为主要原料的地砖作为对照组一,将市场上优质陶瓷地砖作为对照组二,将本发明的实施例三制得的地砖作为实验组。
实验要求:按照GB/T 4100-2006中的测试方法,分别对上述三组地砖进性能测试,并分别记录三组地砖的实验情况。
具体结果如下表所示:

结合上表,对比对照组一和二,在相同的实验方法下所得的结果,本发明的地砖强度高、能承受重压、不易破裂,同时能够净化空气、抗菌杀菌,绿色环保。
本发明技术效果主要体现在以下方面:本申请通过将硅藻土、硅酸盐水泥、麦秸份作为主要原料,用于提高地砖强度的紫砂土、海泡石、膨胀珍珠岩和页岩作为填料,并在其中加入具有抑菌除菌、吸附异味功能的竹炭粉、草木灰、薄荷油、二氧化锡和氧化锌,同时加入活性剂椰油丙基酰胺甜菜碱,增稠剂刺梧桐胶粉和粘结剂水玻璃,通过本申请特定的过筛、球磨、搅拌、混合、造粒、冲压成型、烧结、磨边以及抛光制作工序,制得的地砖强度高、能承受重压、不易破裂,同时能够净化空气、抗菌杀菌、去除异味、绿色环保,适用于各种建筑路面及墙面,具有良好的市场前景。
当然,以上只是本发明的典型实例,除此之外,本发明还可以有其它多种具体实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种高强度生态环保地砖,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成,硅藻土40-50份、页岩20-30份、麦秸10-20份、竹炭粉10-15份、紫砂土10-12份、水玻璃7-9份、草木灰6-8份、硅酸盐水泥5-7份、椰油丙基酰胺甜菜碱3-6份、氧化锌3-5份、二氧化锡2-4份、刺梧桐胶粉1-3份、海泡石1-3份、膨胀珍珠岩1-3份、薄荷油10-12份和去离子水100-120份。
2.如权利要求1所述的高强度生态环保地砖,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成,硅藻土50份、页岩30份、麦秸20份、竹炭粉15份、紫砂土12份、水玻璃9份、草木灰8份、硅酸盐水泥7份、椰油丙基酰胺甜菜碱6份、氧化锌5份、二氧化锡4份、刺梧桐胶粉3份、海泡石3份、膨胀珍珠岩3份、薄荷油12份和去离子水120份。
3.如权利要求1所述的高强度生态环保地砖,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成,硅藻土40份、页岩20份、麦秸10份、竹炭粉10份、紫砂土10份、水玻璃7份、草木灰6份、硅酸盐水泥5份、椰油丙基酰胺甜菜碱3份、氧化锌3份、二氧化锡2份、刺梧桐胶粉1份、海泡石1份、膨胀珍珠岩1份、薄荷油10份和去离子水100份。
