本发明公开了一种防裂地砖,涉及建筑材料技术领域,这种防裂地砖,采用如下重量份的原料制成:膨润土:16份~19份,石灰石:25份~35份,粘土:12份~14份,重晶石:5份~10份,刺梧桐胶粉:2份~5份,玻璃纤维:2份~5份,木质纤维:1份~3份。本发明提供一种天然环保,高强度、能承受重压和不易破裂的地砖。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其是一种防裂地砖。
背景技术
为方便人们出行和保持城市的美观人们对人行道进行硬化处理,现有的道路的硬化是对其铺设地砖,而现有的地砖一般是由石灰石和沙子混合制成,但这种地砖存在着表面强度不高,容易被重物压裂的问题,因此,怎样制造出一种高强度,能承受重压,不易破裂的地砖是本领域技术人员不断解决的新问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种天然环保,高强度、能承受重压和不易破裂的地砖。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:这种防裂地砖,采用如下重量份的原料制成:
膨润土:16份~19份,石灰石:25份~35份,粘土:12份~14份,重晶石:5份~10份,刺梧桐胶粉:2份~5份,玻璃纤维:2份~5份,木质纤维:1份~3份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的方案还可以是:膨润土:17份,石灰石:30份,粘土:13份,重晶石:8份,刺梧桐胶粉:3份,玻璃纤维:4份,木质纤维:2份。
本发明的石灰石,是一种以氧化钙为主要成分的气硬性无机胶凝材料,其具有良好的均匀分散性和亲水性,在地砖的坯料中,起到骨架作用。
本发明的膨润土,是以蒙脱石为主要矿物成分的非金属矿产,其具有良好的粘结、悬浮和稳定性,在地砖的坯料中,起到填料作用。
本发明的粘土,是有黏性的土壤,主要为氧化硅与氧化铝,具有较好的可塑性;
本发明的重晶石,又称硫酸钡粉,有良好的防辐射作用。
本发明的刺梧桐胶粉,是刺梧桐树的胶,具有良好的增稠、稳定作用。
本发明的金属纤维作为增韧剂,其不但增加了地砖的抗裂性和耐磨性,还使地砖具有良好的导电性。
本发明的木质纤维,增加了地砖的抗裂性和耐磨性。
由于采用上述技术方案 ,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明采用天然原料制成,其配方科学合理,成本低廉,对人体无毒害,使用安全可靠;不但强度高、能承受重压、不易破裂而且有良好的防辐射性能。
具体实施方式
下面用实施例对本发明进一步详述:
实施例1:
这种防裂地砖,采用如下重量的原料制成:
膨润土:16公斤,石灰石:25公斤,粘土:12公斤,重晶石:5公斤,刺梧桐胶粉:2公斤,玻璃纤维:2公斤,木质纤维:1公斤;
包括如下步骤:
A.将重晶石、石灰石、膨润土和粘土分别研磨,再用网孔为70目的筛网过滤,得重晶石粉、石灰粉、膨润土粉和粘土粉,备用;
B.将步骤A制得的重晶石粉、石灰粉、膨润土粉和粘土粉与刺梧桐胶粉、玻璃纤维、木质纤维放入搅拌机中,以3000转/分的速度搅拌8分钟,得混合料;
C.在 步骤B制得的混合料中加入水,以4600转/分的速度搅拌6分钟,其中混合料与水的重量比为12:1,陈腐备用;
D. 将步骤C制得的混合料放入模具压制成初胚;压力1.6兆帕斯卡,堆积密度为480千克/立方米;
E、将初胚置入烧砖机中烧制,即得。
实施例2:
这种防裂地砖,采用如下重量的原料制成:
膨润土:19公斤,石灰石:35公斤,粘土:14公斤,重晶石:10公斤,刺梧桐胶粉:5公斤,玻璃纤维:5公斤,木质纤维:3公斤;
其余与实施例一相同。
实施例3:
这种防裂地砖,采用如下重量的原料制成:
膨润土:17公斤,石灰石:30公斤,粘土:13公斤,重晶石:8公斤,刺梧桐胶粉:3公斤,玻璃纤维:4公斤,木质纤维:2公斤;
其余与实施例一相同。

1.一种防裂地砖,其特征在于:采用如下重量份的原料制成:
膨润土:16份~19份,石灰石:25份~35份,粘土:12份~14份,重晶石:5份~10份,刺梧桐胶粉:2份~5份,玻璃纤维:2份~5份,木质纤维:1份~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防裂地砖,其特征在于:膨润土:17份,石灰石:30份,粘土:13份,重晶石:8份,刺梧桐胶粉:3份,玻璃纤维:4份,木质纤维:2份。
