随着经济的发展和时代的进步,对建筑材料的要求越来越高,原有的建筑材料已不能满足时代发展的需求。很多建筑物都是因为水的侵蚀而减少了使用年限。随着人们对建筑物使用年限的要求越来越高,人们对防水材料质量的要求越来越重视。目前国内弹性体(SBS)改性沥青防水卷材仍是主流产品,尤其是在屋面外露使用时,由于其优越的耐高温性能是其他材料难以代替的。然而,弹性体(SBS)改性沥青防水卷材在施工时需要进行热熔施工,在喷灯烘烤时,明火存在极大的火灾隐患,而烘烤过程中表面PE膜的燃烧以及部分改性沥青胶结料由于加热分解也会产生一些二噁英、烃类物质等,对环境造成严重污染。
基于上述问题,研究人员开发出了众多性能各异的自粘性防水卷材。自粘卷材是一种可常温施工,不需要热熔施工的一种新型防水材料,目前受到市场的青睐,其增长速率远超过弹性体(SBS)改性沥青防水卷材。CN200610127174.X和CN200610200760.2均为自粘防水卷材,但卷材主要包括防水基材和自粘层,相当于在传统卷材的基础上增设了自粘层。复合式自粘性防水卷材虽然解决了施工难的问题,但层与层间的相容性、防水卷材的蠕变性能仍然是限制其性能的重要因素。相比之下,将自粘性防水材料直接涂覆于胎基之上制成防水卷材似乎更有优势。但当气温低于0℃,加上空气潮湿,易结霜形成薄冰。在冻雨、结霜、积雪、结冰等气候条件下,导致防水层表面产生大量的裂纹或裂缝,影响着防水功能和卷材的使用寿命。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是:提供一种缓释型抗凝冰阻燃自粘防水卷材,强度高且不需对基面涂抹水泥或底油,具有优异的缓释抗凝冰功能、防水性和阻燃性,增强了防水层的强度和防水性能,使用寿命长。
本发明所述的缓释型抗凝冰阻燃自粘防水卷材,从上至下依次为上保护膜、缓释型抗凝冰层、上SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层、胎基层、下SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层、下保护膜;其中,所述的上SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层和下SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层均由以下重量份数的原料制成:
本发明所述的缓释型抗凝冰阻燃自粘防水卷材,包括胎基层,胎基层上表面浸渍有上SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层,上SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层上方覆有缓释型抗凝冰层,缓释型抗凝冰层上方覆有上保护膜,胎基层下表面浸渍有下SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层,下SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层下方覆有下保护膜。
所述的胎基层由聚酯胎或玻纤胎构成。
所述的上SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层和下SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层的制备方法如下:先将I型防水卷材沥青和乙烯焦油升温至190-200℃,然后加入环烷油和氯化石蜡搅拌均匀后降温至185±5℃,再加入SBS升温至190-200℃,控制温度,搅拌1.5h,再加入增粘树脂和废胶粉继续在该温度下搅拌0.5h,最后加入硅藻土搅拌0.5h,即得产品。
所述的SBS的熔融指数为0.03-0.10g/min。
所述的废胶粉的目数40-100目。
所述的增粘树脂包括古马隆树脂、萜烯树脂和碳九树脂。
优选地,所述的增粘树脂由以下重量份数的原料制成:古马隆树脂为10-30份,萜烯树脂10-30份,碳九树脂为10-30份。
所述的氯化石蜡的含氯量为70%。
所述的硅藻土的密度为2.0-2.2g/cm3,孔体积为0.56-0.80cm3/g。
所述的缓释型抗凝冰层由有机硅橡胶乳液、多官能团硅橡胶类交联剂和冰点抑制剂构成,三者之间的质量比为3:1:2。
所述的多官能团硅橡胶类交联剂为低聚硅氧烷。
所述的冰点抑制剂为3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷疏水改性的二氧化硅/醋酸钙镁,其制备方法如下:(1)将电石渣、氧化镁加入去离子水中溶解,再加入冰醋酸,搅拌反应,过滤得滤液;
(2)将二氧化硅粉末加入滤液中,搅拌10~20min,再加入3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷,超声分散30~60min后,蒸发至干,研磨过100目筛,得到冰点抑制剂。
优选地,所述的冰点抑制剂的制备方法如下:
(1)将电石渣、氧化镁加入去离子水中溶解,再加入冰醋酸,搅拌反应,过滤得滤液;其中,电石渣、氧化镁、冰醋酸的质量比为5:1:6;
(2)取电石渣质量20-60%的二氧化硅粉末加入滤液中,搅拌10~20min,再加入电石渣质量5~15%的3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷,超声分散30~60min后,装入旋转蒸发仪中蒸发至干,研磨过100目筛,得到冰点抑制剂。
所述的胎基层的厚度为5-8毫米,所述的缓释型抗凝冰层的厚度是3-5毫米,所述的上SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层和下SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层的厚度均为3-5毫米,所述的上保护膜和下保护膜的厚度均为2-3毫米。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明采用的冰点抑制剂为多孔材料吸附,包裹在多孔材料孔隙中,形成冰点抑制剂复合粉体。降雪时,冰点抑制剂自行释放,降低雪水冰点,延缓卷材结冰,降低冰层对卷材的粘附力,达到融雪化冰的长效、缓释效果。该卷材具有优异的缓释抗凝冰功能,防水性和阻燃性。制造简单,增强了防水层的强度和防水性能,使用寿命长。
2、本发明添加了氯化石蜡,氯化石蜡在高温条件下产生相对密度比空气大的卤化物,阻隔空气,使被燃物窒息,起到了很好的阻燃作用。
3、本发明还加入硅藻土,硅藻土的生物成因使其具有独特的纳米孔结构,具有抗老化性能好、导热系数低、吸附性强、稳定性好的优点。
4、本发明提供了一种强度高且不需对基面涂抹水泥或底油的缓释型抗凝冰阻燃自粘防水卷材。
5、本发明的缓释型抗凝冰阻燃自粘防水卷材能适用于工业及民用建筑屋面、墙体、厨卫间、地下室、游泳池以及道桥、地铁、水库等工程的防水防渗,也适用于金属容器和管道防腐保护。特别适用于不宜动用明火的工程防水施工,也适用于潮湿基面施工。

实施例中采用的原料:
SBS的熔融指数为0.03-0.10g/min。
废胶粉的目数40-100目。
氯化石蜡的含氯量为70%。
硅藻土的密度为2.0-2.2g/cm3,孔体积为0.56-0.80cm3/g。
实施例中采用的冰点抑制剂的制备方法如下:
(1)将电石渣、氧化镁加入去离子水中溶解,再加入冰醋酸,搅拌反应,过滤得滤液;其中,电石渣、氧化镁、冰醋酸的质量比为5:1:6;
(2)取电石渣质量40%的二氧化硅粉末加入滤液中,搅拌15min,再加入电石渣质量10%的3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷,超声分散45min后,装入旋转蒸发仪中蒸发至干,研磨过100目筛,得到冰点抑制剂。
如图1所示,所述的缓释型抗凝冰阻燃自粘防水卷材,其横截面为层结构,从上至下依次为上保护膜、缓释型抗凝冰层、上SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层、胎基层、下SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层、下保护膜。其中,缓释型抗凝冰层是由有机桂橡胶乳液、多官能团硅橡胶类交联剂、冰点抑制剂构成。所述的上、下SBS自粘防水卷材胶料以重量计其原料组成为:防水卷材沥青(I型)40-45份,乙烯焦油2-5份,SBS4-10份,废胶粉8-15份,环烷油6-10份,增粘树脂3-11份,氯化石蜡4-8份,硅藻土8-20份。所述的增粘树脂包括古马隆树脂、萜烯树脂及碳九树脂,按重量计其原料组成为,古马隆树脂为10-30份,萜烯树脂10-30份,碳九树脂为10-30份。其中所述的胎基层的厚度为5-8毫米,缓释型抗凝冰层的厚度是3-5毫米,所述的上下SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层的厚度均均为3-5毫米,上保护膜和下保护膜的厚度均为2-3毫米。

自粘防水卷材的标准要求:在0.3MPa压力下,120min内需要不透水,耐热性在70℃时无滑动、流淌、滴落,低温柔性≤-20℃,卷材与卷材的剥离强度≥1.0N/mm,卷材与铝板的剥离强度≥1.5N/mm。
从表1数据可以看出:苯乙烯焦油添加量过少卷材与铝板的剥离强度不合格,苯乙烯焦油的添加量过大耐热性不合格。由人工气候加速老化的数据可知,用硅藻土制的自粘卷材的抗老化性能更佳。
由表中数据可知,本发明制备的缓释型抗凝冰阻燃自粘改性沥青防水卷材,低温下融冰效果好,融冰速率快,具有较好的融冰能力,而且抗凝冰剂完全释放需要较长的时间,具有缓释的效果。氧指数为29,说明该卷材具有良好的阻燃性,并且该卷材耐热性和低温柔性好,剥离强度高;综上所述,本发明制备的缓释型抗凝冰阻燃自粘改性沥青防水卷材不仅保持了自粘卷材的优良性能,而且具有了缓释型抗凝冰性能和阻燃的性能,有效的延长使用寿命。

1.一种缓释型抗凝冰阻燃自粘防水卷材,其特征在于:从上至下依次为上保护膜、缓释型抗凝冰层、上SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层、胎基层、下SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层、下保护膜;其中,所述的上SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层和下SBS自粘改性沥青胶料层均由以下重量份数的原料制成:
