Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于植物提取物加工的切片装置,具体涉及植物提取物加工技术领域,包括箱体,所述箱体内部设有电机,所述电机与箱体固定连接,所述电机输出轴外部设有转动杆,所述转动杆与电机固定连接,所述转动杆一端设有连接杆,所述连接杆与转动杆铰接,所述连接杆一端设有切片刀,所述切片刀与连接杆铰接,所述切片刀两侧均设有滑块,所述滑块与切片刀固定连接。本发明通过切片刀往复移动带动伸缩杆往复移动,从而带动刮板往复移动,同时由于箱体底部设置为倾斜状,刮板移动时,伸缩杆在弹簧的弹力作用下不断伸缩,使刮板一直紧贴箱体底部,从而刮去粘在箱体底部的物料,使物料从出料口排出。

技术领域
本发明涉及植物提取物加工技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种用于植物提取物加工的切片装置。
背景技术
植物提取物是以植物为原料,按照对提取的最终产品的用途的需要,经过物理化学提取分离过程,定向获取和浓集植物中的某一种或多种有效成分,而不改变其有效成分结构而形成的产品。按照提取植物的成份不同,形成甙、酸、多酚、多糖、萜类、黄酮、生物碱等;按照性状不同,可分为植物油、浸膏、粉、晶状体等。在进行植物提取物的提取过程中,在粉碎原料前通常会对植物原料进行切片处理。
现有的切片装置在将物料切片后,物料容易粘在切片装置底部,导致切片装置堵塞。
因此,发明一种用于植物提取物加工的切片装置来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明的实施例提供一种用于植物提取物加工的切片装置,通过转动杆转动,从而带动连接杆一端转动,连接杆一端转动带动另一端往复移动,从而带动切片刀往复移动,切片刀往复移动不断的将从进料斗内部进入箱体内部的物料切片,然后被切片的物料落到箱体底部,切片刀往复移动带动伸缩杆往复移动,从而带动刮板往复移动,同时由于箱体底部设置为倾斜状,刮板移动时,伸缩杆在弹簧的弹力作用下不断伸缩,使刮板一直紧贴箱体底部,从而刮去粘在箱体底部的物料,使物料从出料口排出。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于植物提取物加工的切片装置,包括箱体,所述箱体内部设有电机,所述电机与箱体固定连接,所述电机输出轴外部设有转动杆,所述转动杆与电机固定连接,所述转动杆一端设有连接杆,所述连接杆与转动杆铰接,所述连接杆一端设有切片刀,所述切片刀与连接杆铰接,所述切片刀两侧均设有滑块,所述滑块与切片刀固定连接,所述箱体内壁两侧均开设有滑槽,所述滑块设在滑槽内部,所述滑块与滑槽相匹配,所述切片刀底部设有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆与切片刀固定连接,所述伸缩杆底端设有刮板,所述刮板与伸缩杆固定连接,所述伸缩杆外部套设有弹簧,所述弹簧两端分别与切片刀和刮板固定连接。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述箱体底部设有支撑腿,所述支撑腿与箱体固定连接,所述支撑腿数量设置为多个。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述箱体顶部设有进料斗,所述进料斗与箱体固定连接。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述箱体一侧开设有出料口。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述箱体底部设置为倾斜状,所述刮板与箱体底部相匹配。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
通过转动杆转动,从而带动连接杆一端转动,连接杆一端转动带动另一端往复移动,从而带动切片刀往复移动,切片刀往复移动不断的将从进料斗内部进入箱体内部的物料切片,然后被切片的物料落到箱体底部,切片刀往复移动带动伸缩杆往复移动,从而带动刮板往复移动,同时由于箱体底部设置为倾斜状,刮板移动时,伸缩杆在弹簧的弹力作用下不断伸缩,使刮板一直紧贴箱体底部,从而刮去粘在箱体底部的物料,使物料从出料口排出。

根据图1-3所示的一种用于植物提取物加工的切片装置,包括箱体1,所述箱体1内部设有电机2,所述电机2与箱体1固定连接,所述电机2输出轴外部设有转动杆3,所述转动杆3与电机2固定连接,所述转动杆3一端设有连接杆4,所述连接杆4与转动杆3铰接,所述连接杆4一端设有切片刀5,所述切片刀5与连接杆4铰接,所述切片刀5两侧均设有滑块6,所述滑块6与切片刀5固定连接,所述箱体1内壁两侧均开设有滑槽7,所述滑块6设在滑槽7内部,所述滑块6与滑槽7相匹配,所述切片刀5底部设有伸缩杆8,所述伸缩杆8与切片刀5固定连接,所述伸缩杆8底端设有刮板9,所述刮板9与伸缩杆8固定连接,所述伸缩杆8外部套设有弹簧10,所述弹簧10两端分别与切片刀5和刮板9固定连接;
进一步的,所述箱体1底部设有支撑腿11,所述支撑腿11与箱体1固定连接,所述支撑腿11数量设置为多个;
进一步的,所述箱体1顶部设有进料斗12,所述进料斗12与箱体1固定连接;
进一步的,所述箱体1一侧开设有出料口13;
进一步的,所述箱体1底部设置为倾斜状,所述刮板9与箱体1底部相匹配。
本发明工作原理:
参照说明书附图1-3,本发明使用时,首先启动电机2,然后将物料放入进料斗12内部,电机2输出轴带动转动杆3转动,从而带动连接杆4一端转动,连接杆4一端转动带动另一端往复移动,从而带动切片刀5往复移动,切片刀5往复移动不断的将从进料斗12内部进入箱体1内部的物料切片,通过设有滑块6和滑槽7,限位切片刀5,使切片刀5沿滑槽7往复运动,然后被切片的物料落到箱体1底部,切片刀5往复移动带动伸缩杆8往复移动,从而带动刮板9往复移动,同时由于箱体1底部设置为倾斜状,刮板9移动时,伸缩杆8在弹簧10的弹力作用下不断伸缩,使刮板9一直紧贴箱体1底部,从而刮去粘在箱体1底部的物料,使物料从出料口13排出。
最后应说明的几点是:首先,在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,可以是机械连接或电连接,也可以是两个元件内部的连通,可以是直接相连,“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变,则相对位置关系可能发生改变;
其次:本发明公开实施例附图中,只涉及到与本公开实施例涉及到的结构,其他结构可参考通常设计,在不冲突情况下,本发明同一实施例及不同实施例可以相互组合;

1.一种用于植物提取物加工的切片装置,包括箱体(1),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)内部设有电机(2),所述电机(2)与箱体(1)固定连接,所述电机(2)输出轴外部设有转动杆(3),所述转动杆(3)与电机(2)固定连接,所述转动杆(3)一端设有连接杆(4),所述连接杆(4)与转动杆(3)铰接,所述连接杆(4)一端设有切片刀(5),所述切片刀(5)与连接杆(4)铰接,所述切片刀(5)两侧均设有滑块(6),所述滑块(6)与切片刀(5)固定连接,所述箱体(1)内壁两侧均开设有滑槽(7),所述滑块(6)设在滑槽(7)内部,所述滑块(6)与滑槽(7)相匹配,所述切片刀(5)底部设有伸缩杆(8),所述伸缩杆(8)与切片刀(5)固定连接,所述伸缩杆(8)底端设有刮板(9),所述刮板(9)与伸缩杆(8)固定连接,所述伸缩杆(8)外部套设有弹簧(10),所述弹簧(10)两端分别与切片刀(5)和刮板(9)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于植物提取物加工的切片装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)底部设有支撑腿(11),所述支撑腿(11)与箱体(1)固定连接,所述支撑腿(11)数量设置为多个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于植物提取物加工的切片装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)顶部设有进料斗(12),所述进料斗(12)与箱体(1)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于植物提取物加工的切片装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)一侧开设有出料口(13)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于植物提取物加工的切片装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)底部设置为倾斜状,所述刮板(9)与箱体(1)底部相匹配。
