Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于牵引机液压升降器的控制阀的节流锁紧阀(10),其阀体(20)和锁紧螺钉(30)设置在阀体(20)内。作为一种改进,本申请的节流锁紧阀(10)包括中心孔(21)、螺纹(23)和至少一个螺纹部(32),其中锁紧螺钉(30)设置在阀体(20)内,螺纹(23)设置在中心孔(21)的壁上,螺纹部(32)设置在锁紧螺钉(30)上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于控制牵引机的液压升降器升降功能的控制阀的节流锁紧阀。
背景技术
在牵引机中,通常在牵引机的后部设置有液压升降器,并且有控制阀来控制液压升降器的升降功能。
在控制阀操作过程中,升降运动的开始和在空档位置(neutral position)的保持是非常重要的。尤其是下降运动应以可控方式来实现。如果以不可控和快速的方式来进行下降运动,所携带的物品可能会掉落,并且这种运动方式可能会导致安全问题的产生。
为了控制下降运动,控制阀内设置有节流锁紧阀。在下降过程中,节流锁紧阀控制从油缸流向下降阀的液体量。为了实现这一点,节流锁紧阀以可调节的方式提供,节流锁紧阀通过变窄和加宽流量横截面,改变流速,从而改变下降速度。在节流锁紧阀中,阀体内有一个可移动的销。为了防止从阀体上拆卸销,使用的是螺旋销或者槽销。但是,操作人员施加的外力或操作条件可能会导致销发生断裂,并发生严重的问题。
因此,由于上述问题的存在,需要对相关技术领域进行改进。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种节流锁紧阀,用于消除上述缺点,为相关技术领域带来新的优势。
本发明的目的是提供一种阻力增大的节流锁紧阀。
为了实现所有上述的目标本发明提供一种用于牵引机液压升降器的控制阀的节流锁紧阀,其阀体和锁紧螺钉设置在阀体内。因此,本发明的节流锁紧阀包括一个中心孔、螺纹和至少一个螺纹部,其中锁紧螺钉放置在阀体内,以及螺纹设置在中心孔壁上,螺纹部设置在锁紧螺钉上。因此,锁紧螺钉是可旋转的,其可以沿着中心轴线的方向移动。此外,当锁紧螺钉以预定量旋转时,螺纹部被停止到螺纹的末端,并且防止锁紧螺钉的进一步移动。即使用户尝试进一步旋转,也不会发生移动。另一方面,由于不使用脆弱和易碎的部件进行限定运动,节流锁紧阀的阻力增大。
在本发明的优选实施例中,所述锁紧螺钉包括至少一个从所述阀体的一侧向外延伸的手柄部。因此,锁紧螺钉可以容易地从阀体外部进行旋转。
在本发明的优选实施例中,在锁紧螺钉的手柄部一侧的外壁上设置有至少一个外部通道,并且在所述外部通道内设置至少一个密封元件。因此,防止诸如粉末之类的异物从手柄部的一侧进入阀体内部,换言之,也就是防止诸如粉末之类的异物从节流锁紧阀的外侧进入阀体内部。
在本发明的优选实施例中,锁紧螺钉包括至少一个从阀体的一侧向外延伸的销部。
在本发明的优选实施例中,在销部上提供至少一个阀塞。因此,节流功能可以在控制阀中实现,其中控制阀用在节流锁紧阀上。
在本发明的优选实施例中,所述阀塞包括设置在其孔洞处的至少一个内部通道,其中所述销部放置在所述孔洞内,并且在所述内部通道内设置有至少一个第一弹性元件。因此,在使用节流锁紧阀期间,阻止了流体或污垢进入阀体。
在本发明的优选实施例中,在阀塞的外壁上设置至少一个外部通道,并且在所述外部通道内设置至少一个第二弹性元件。因此,在使用节流锁紧阀期间防止流体进入阀体。
在本发明的优选实施例中,提供形成中心孔的第一部分和第二部分。
在本发明的优选实施例中,在直径大于第二部分的第一部分和第二部分之间设置有至少一个台阶。

具体实施例方式
以下参考示例来解释本发明所述的节流锁紧阀(10),示例仅为了更容易理解本发明的主题,并不对本发明构成任何限制。
节流锁紧阀(10)具有阀体(20)。所述阀体(20)固定在使用节流锁紧阀(10)的控制阀阀体上。阀体(20)基本上是圆柱形的形状。有一个沿阀体(20)的中心轴线(a)延伸的中心孔(21)。中心孔(21)包括第一部分(22)和第二部分(24)。第一部分(22)和第二部分(24)通过台阶(25)彼此分离。第一部分(22)的直径大于第二部分(24)的直径。换言之,中心孔(21)的设置使得在第一部分(22)侧的直径大于在第二部分(24)侧的直径。因此,中心孔(21)在台阶(25)部分变窄。并设置有螺纹(23),其中螺纹(23)至少部分地沿着第一部分(22)的壁延伸。
至少有一个锁紧螺钉(30)至少部分地放置在阀体(20)中。锁紧螺钉(30)具有阀体部(31)、螺纹部(32)、手柄部(35)和销部(36)。当锁紧螺钉(30)被放入阀体(20)中,而阀体部(31)位于阀体(20)内部时,手柄部(35)和销部(36)从阀体(20)的两侧向外延伸。阀体部(31)以阶梯形式设置,其与第一部分(22)和第二部分(24)兼容。阀体部(31)保持在第一部分(22)内的区域被设置为螺纹部(32)。换言之,在第一部分(22)内部,有与阀体部(31)外壁上的螺纹(23)兼容的螺纹。
在螺纹部(32)和手柄部(35)之间的区域中设置有至少一个外部通道(33)。至少有一个密封元件(34)放置在外部通道(33)中。密封元件(34)至少部分地抵靠在第二部分(24)的壁上。因此,能够防止粉末等异物通过手柄部(35)进入阀体(20)。
至少设置有一个阀塞(40)防止油从销部(36)上设置的控制阀泄漏到外部介质和阀体内部,销部(36)设置在锁紧螺钉(30)的阀体部(31)的一侧上。阀塞(40)一般为圆柱形。阀塞(40)的中心至少设置有一个孔洞(41)。销部(36)位于所述孔洞(41)中。在孔洞(41)的内壁上设置有至少一个内部通道(42)。此外,在阀塞(40)的外壁上设置有至少一个外部通道(43)。在所述内部通道(42)内设置有至少一个第一弹性元件(44)。此外,在所述外部通道(43)内设置有至少一个第二弹性元件(45)。
通过弹性元件(44)的设置防止流体进入阀体(20)内部。
在所述的节流锁紧阀(10)中,将锁定螺钉(30)设置在阀体(20)上,从而首先,使手柄部(35)进入中心孔(21)。推动锁紧螺钉(30),直到螺纹部(32)到达螺纹(23)。然后,旋转锁紧螺钉(30)并将其固定在阀体(20)中。换言之,当节流锁紧阀(10)中的手柄部(35)旋转时,锁定螺钉(30)根据旋转方向在中心轴线(a)的方向上向前和向后移动。当在锁紧螺钉(30)的移动过程中螺纹部(32)停止在螺纹(23)的末端时,锁紧螺钉(30)被固定住。因此,该设计避免了从阀体(20)上移除锁紧螺钉(30)。

1.一种用于控制阀的节流锁紧阀(10),所述控制阀用于牵引机的液压升降器,所述节流锁紧阀(10)包括阀体(20)和设置在所述阀体(20)内的锁紧螺钉(30),所述阀体(20)包括中心孔(21)和螺纹(23),其中,所述锁紧螺钉(30)设置在所述阀体(20)内,所述螺纹(23)设置在所述中心孔(21)的壁上,至少一个螺纹部(32)设置在所述锁紧螺钉(30)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节流锁紧阀(10),其中,所述锁紧螺钉(30)包括从所述阀体(20)的一侧向外延伸的至少一个手柄部(35)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的节流锁紧阀(10),其中,在所述锁紧螺钉(30)的所述手柄部(35)侧部的外壁上设置有至少一个外部通道(33),在所述外部通道(33)内设置有至少一个密封元件(34)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的节流锁紧阀(10),其中,所述锁定螺钉(30)包括从所述阀体(20)的一侧向外延伸的至少一个销部(36)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的节流锁紧阀(10),其中,在所述销部(36)上设置有至少一个阀塞(40)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的节流锁紧阀(10),其中,所述阀塞(40)包括设置在其孔洞处的至少一个内部通道(42),所述销部(36)设置在所述孔洞内,所述内部通道(42)内部设置有至少一个第一弹性元件(44)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的节流锁紧阀(10),其中,在所述阀塞(40)的外壁上设置有至少一个外部通道(43),并且在所述外部通道(43)内部设置有至少一个第二弹性元件(45)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的节流锁紧阀(10),其中,设置有形成所述中心孔(21)的第一部分(22)和第二部分(24)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的节流锁紧阀(10),其中,在所述第二部分(24)和所述第一部分(22)之间设置有至少一个台阶(25),所述第一部分(22)的直径大于所述第二部分(24)的直径。
