Abstract
本发明涉及一种全密封气动平板阀,包括上阀体、进口管、下阀体、气缸和气缸支架,进口管与上阀体的上端连通,进口管与上阀体的连通口下侧设有固定圈,固定圈的上端将进口管与上阀体的连通口包围在内,上阀体的下端与下阀体连通,上阀体与下阀体的连通口上侧设有滑道,气缸通过气缸支架固定在上阀体上,气缸的伸缩杆与摇把的一端铰接,摇把的另一端与转动轴连接,转动轴穿过了上阀体并与平板的一端连接,平板位于固定圈和滑道之间,平板的另一端的横截面大于滑道围成的形状,同时该端的横截面大于固定圈围成的形状,平板紧贴固定圈的下端和滑道的上端,平板能够在滑道上滑动,本发明提供了一种经济实用的全密封气动平板阀。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于粉料或混合物料排放控制的阀门技术领域,特别涉及全密封气动平板阀。
背景技术
目前,我国的插板阀总类繁多,包括手动插板阀、气动插板阀、液压插板阀、电动插板阀。在粉料或混合物料排放控制的气动阀门中,目前常用的气动插板阀,结构过于简单,密封效果不好,不仅影响周围环境,还达不到环保要求。而密封效果理想的,其控制和结构较复杂,成本很高。
因此,目前需要一种经济实用、能够实现全密封的气动平板阀。
发明内容
发明目的
为了克服现有气动插板阀密封效果不好的问题,本发明提供一种全密封气动平板阀。
技术方案
一种全密封气动平板阀,包括上阀体、进口管、下阀体、气缸和气缸支架,进口管与上阀体的上端连通,进口管与上阀体的连通口下侧设有固定圈,固定圈的上端将进口管与上阀体的连通口包围在内,固定圈上端与上阀体上端的内壁固定,上阀体的下端与下阀体连通,上阀体与下阀体的连通口上侧设有滑道,位于上阀体内腔的滑道与下阀体的顶端固定,滑道位于上阀体与下阀体的连通口的上侧外圈一侧的横截面是封闭的,滑道另一侧是弧形滑道,气缸通过气缸支架固定在上阀体上,气缸的伸缩杆与摇把的一端铰接,摇把的另一端与转动轴连接,转动轴穿过了上阀体并与平板的一端连接,平板位于固定圈和滑道之间,平板的另一端的横截面大于滑道围成的形状,同时该端的横截面大于固定圈围成的形状,平板紧贴固定圈的下端和滑道的上端,平板能够在上滑动。
所述固定圈包括环形圈和密封毛毡,密封毛毡位于环形圈的环形空间内,从环形圈侧壁旋入的顶丝将环形圈和密封毛毡固定。
所述摇把为弯曲状。
所述转动轴与摇把通过插入键连接在一起,转动轴设有用于定位摇把的固定垫板和轴套,上轴承座连接于上阀体的上端,下轴承座连接于下阀体的下端,转动轴穿过了上轴承座、上阀体和下轴承座,转动轴被上轴承座和下轴承座固定在了上阀体上。
所述上轴承座和上阀体之间垫有轴承座定位板,下轴承座和下阀体之间垫有轴承座定位板,轴承座定位板内圈设有骨架密封圈。
优点及效果
本发明主要特点是密封效果好,工作稳定,维护简单。在节约成本的情况下,使用后工作环境有了很大改善,符合环保要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明:
如图1-图11所示;一种全密封气动平板阀,包括上阀体1、进口管16、下阀体3、气缸4和气缸支架5,气缸4是宁波索特气动成套设备有限公司生产的型号为SC-63X200的气缸,进口管16与上阀体1的上端连通,进口管16与上阀体1是焊接的,进口管16与上阀体1的连通口下侧设有固定圈14,固定圈14的上端将进口管16与上阀体1的连通口包围在内,固定圈14上端与上阀体1上端的内壁固定,上阀体1的下端与下阀体3连通,上阀体1的下端与下阀体3外圈之间夹有法兰密封垫,并通过法兰连接固定,如图4所示,上阀体1与下阀体3的连通口上侧设有滑道2,位于上阀体1内腔的滑道2与下阀体3的顶端固定,滑道2位于上阀体1与下阀体3的连通口的上侧外圈一侧的横截面是封闭的,滑道2另一侧是弧形滑道,气缸4通过气缸支架5固定在上阀体1上,如图 9所示气缸4的伸缩杆与摇把6的一端铰接,摇把6的另一端与转动轴9连接,转动轴9穿过了上阀体1并与平板12的一端连接,如图7和图8所示,平板12与转动轴9是焊接的,平板12位于固定圈14和滑道2之间,平板12的另一端的横截面大于滑道2围成的形状,同时该端的横截面大于固定圈14围成的形状,平板12可以将固定圈14和滑道2盖住,平板12紧贴固定圈14的下端和滑道2的上端,平板12能够在滑道2上滑动,平板12转动到上阀体1与下阀体3的连通口上方时,可以被上阀体1内壁卡住。
固定圈14包括环形圈18和密封毛毡15,通过环形圈18,密封毛毡15和平板12可以将进口管16与上阀体1的上端连通口密闭。
密封毛毡15位于环形圈18的环形空间内,从环形圈18侧壁旋入的顶丝将环形圈18和密封毛毡15固定。
摇把6为弯曲状。
如图10和图11所示,转动轴9上设有用于键连接的凹槽,转动轴9与摇把6通过插入键连接在一起,转动轴9设有用于定位摇把6的固定垫板7和轴套8,固定垫板7和轴套8用于夹住摇把6,并防止摇把6跑偏,如图5和图6所示,上轴承座10和下轴承座13均为沈阳翔利源传动配件有限公司生产的型号为UCFC206的轴承座,上轴承座10连接于上阀体1的上端,下轴承座13连接于下阀体3的下端,转动轴9穿过了上轴承座10、上阀体1和下轴承座13,转动轴9被上轴承座10和下轴承座13固定在了上阀体1上。
上轴承座10和上阀体1之间垫有轴承座定位板11,下轴承座13和下阀体3之间垫有轴承座定位板11,上轴承座10和下轴承座13通过垫有轴承座定位板11后更加稳定,轴承座定位板11内圈设有骨架密封圈17,骨架密封圈17用于密封转动轴9和上阀体1之间的缝隙。
全密封气动平板阀正常使用时,平板12位于远离上阀体1的下端与下阀体3连接口侧,粉料通过进口管16进入,粉料经过上阀体1和下阀体3,通过与下阀体3连接的法兰排出,需要关闭全密封气动平板阀时,启动气缸4,气缸4的伸缩杆推动摇把6动作,摇把6带动转动轴9转动,转动轴9转动的同时带动平板12在滑道2上滑动,平板12滑到上阀体1的下端与下阀体3连接口上方时,平板12能够通过上阀体1内壁卡住,通过环形圈18和密封毛毡15的密封,实现全密封气动平板阀关闭。
Claims (5)
1.一种全密封气动平板阀,其特征在于:包括上阀体(1)、进口管(16)、下阀体(3)、气缸(4)和气缸支架(5),进口管(16)与上阀体(1)的上端连通,进口管(16)与上阀体(1)的连通口下侧设有固定圈(14),固定圈(14)的上端将进口管(16)与上阀体(1)的连通口包围在内,固定圈(14)上端与上阀体(1)上端的内壁固定,上阀体(1)的下端与下阀体(3)连通,上阀体(1)与下阀体(3)的连通口上侧设有滑道(2),位于上阀体(1)内腔的滑道(2)与下阀体(3)的顶端固定,滑道(2)位于上阀体(1)与下阀体(3)的连通口的上侧外圈一侧的横截面是封闭的,滑道(2)另一侧是弧形滑道,气缸(4)通过气缸支架(5)固定在上阀体(1)上,气缸(4)的伸缩杆与摇把(6)的一端铰接,摇把(6)的另一端与转动轴(9)连接,转动轴(9)穿过了上阀体(1)并与平板(12)的一端连接,平板(12)位于固定圈(14)和滑道(2)之间,平板(12)的另一端的横截面大于滑道(2)围成的形状,同时该端的横截面大于固定圈(14)围成的形状,平板(12)紧贴固定圈(14)的下端和滑道(2)的上端,平板(12)能够在滑道(2)上滑动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全密封气动平板阀,其特征在于:所述固定圈(14)包括环形圈(18)和密封毛毡(15),密封毛毡(15)位于环形圈(18)的环形空间内,从环形圈(18)侧壁旋入的顶丝将环形圈(18)和密封毛毡(15)固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的全密封气动平板阀,其特征在于:所述摇把(6)为弯曲状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的全密封气动平板阀,其特征在于:所述转动轴(9)与摇把(6)通过插入键连接在一起,转动轴(9)设有用于定位摇把(6)的固定垫板(7)和轴套(8),上轴承座(10)连接于上阀体(1)的上端,下轴承座(13)连接于下阀体(3)的下端,转动轴(9)穿过了上轴承座(10)、上阀体(1)和下轴承座(13),转动轴(9)被上轴承座(10)和下轴承座(13)固定在了上阀体(1)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的全密封气动平板阀,其特征在于:所述上轴承座(10)和上阀体(1)之间垫有轴承座定位板(11),下轴承座(13)和下阀体(3)之间垫有轴承座定位板(11),轴承座定位板(11)内圈设有骨架密封圈(17)。
