The primary extraction residue tank (5), the screw transmission device (3 b), the stirring tank (6), the homogenizer (7), the screw pump (8), the tunnel type countercurrent ultrasonic extraction equipment (4 b), the horizontal centrifuge (9), the secondary residue storage tank (10) and the extraction liquid storage tank (11) are connected in sequence. the primary tunnel type countercurrent ultrasonic extraction system is mainly formed by sequentially connecting a solvent storage tank (1), a raw material tank (2), a spiral transmission device (3 a), tunnel type countercurrent ultrasonic extraction equipment (4 a), a horizontal centrifuge (9) and an extract storage tank (11), wherein materials enter the tunnel type countercurrent ultrasonic extraction equipment through the spiral transmission device, and extract is centrifuged and enters the extract storage tank;
the secondary tunnel type countercurrent ultrasonic-homogeneous combined extraction system is mainly formed by sequentially connecting a primary extraction residue box (5), a screw transmission device (3 b), a stirring tank (6), a homogenizer (7), a screw pump (8), tunnel type countercurrent ultrasonic extraction equipment (4 b), a horizontal centrifuge (9), a secondary residue storage box (10) and an extract storage tank (11), wherein primary extraction residues enter the stirring tank through the screw transmission device, secondary extraction is transmitted through the screw pump after homogenization, and extract centrifugally enters the extract storage tank.
