The cross section of the glove rack 49 is in a kidney-shaped hole shape.
The glove rack 49 is a straight sleeve structure, the cross section is a waist-shaped hole shape, and the upper end surface of the glove rack 49 is provided with a movable hole 46 for the movement of the hand massage head 48.
The working principle of the massage glove is as follows:
the palm is straightened and extended into the glove rack 49, and the back of the hand or the palm is upward; the first longitudinal motor 51 drives the first gear 52 to rotate, the first gear 52 moves on the first longitudinal guide rail 50 so as to drive the first longitudinal moving bracket 42 to move longitudinally, the first transverse moving motor 41 on the first longitudinal moving bracket 42 rotates so as to drive the first screw rod 47 to rotate so as to drive the first moving bracket 45 to move left and right, and the first air cylinder 44 on the first moving bracket 45 drives the hand massage head 48 to move telescopically; after driven by the driving mechanism, the hand massage heads 48 can move not only longitudinally but also transversely, and can stretch out and draw back, so that the acupuncture points on the back or palm of the hand can be accurately found for massage.
As shown in fig. 12-13, the massage foot cover 14 comprises a foot cover frame 141 placed on the leg rest 11, and a second longitudinal moving bracket 147 is installed on the side of the foot cover frame 141 through a second longitudinal guide rail 148; the second longitudinal movement bracket 147 is provided with a second longitudinal movement motor 150 connected with a fourth gear 151; the fourth gear 151 is meshed with the rack on the second longitudinal guide rail 148; a second traverse motor 146 is arranged on the back surface of the second traverse bracket 147, and a fourth guide rod 142 and a fourth screw rod 143 which are parallel to each other are arranged on the front surface; the fourth screw rod 143 is connected with a second traverse motor 146; the fourth moving bracket 145 is installed on the fourth guide bar 142 and the fourth lead screw 143; the fourth moving bracket 145 is connected with a foot massage head 149 through a fourth air cylinder 144; an opening 152 is arranged on the upper end face of the foot sleeve frame 141, and the end of the foot massage head 149 faces downwards and is vertical to the horizontal plane and is positioned in the opening 152.
The cavity of the foot cover frame 141 is similar to the cavity of the shoe, and the foot part is inserted from the upper port of the foot cover frame 141; an opening 152 is arranged on the upper surface of the front end of the shoe cavity for the movement of the foot massage head 149.
The working principle of the massage foot cover 14 is as follows:
the second longitudinal moving motor 150 rotates to drive the fourth gear 151 to rotate, so as to drive the second longitudinal moving bracket 147 to move longitudinally, the second transverse moving motor 146 on the second longitudinal moving bracket 147 rotates to drive the fourth screw rod 143 to rotate, so as to drive the fourth moving bracket 145 to move transversely, the fourth air cylinder on the fourth moving bracket 145 drives the foot massage head 149 to stretch and retract for massage, and after being driven by the driving mechanism, the foot massage head 149 can move longitudinally and transversely and can stretch and retract up and down, so that acupuncture points on the back of the foot can be found accurately for massage.
As shown in fig. 6-8, the massage ring 6 includes a stationary inner ring 67; a rotatable movable outer ring 70 is sleeved outside the fixed inner ring 67; a second motor 69 connected with a second gear 68 is arranged on the movable outer ring 70; the second gear 68 is meshed with an annular rack on the fixed inner ring 67; the end surface of the movable outer ring 70 is provided with a second guide rod 64 and a second screw rod 62 which are parallel to each other; the second screw rod 62 is connected with a screw rod motor 71 on the movable outer ring 70; the second moving bracket 63 is mounted on a second guide rod 64 and a second screw rod 62; the two moving brackets 63 are connected with an elbow and knee massage head 65 through a second air cylinder 61; the elbow and knee massage head 65 ends face the central axis direction of the massage ring 6.
A concentric annular rack is arranged on the side surface of the fixed inner ring 67; the second gear 68 is engaged with the rest annular rack; the second guide rod 64 and the second lead screw 62 are arranged perpendicular to the end surface of the movable outer ring 70.
The working principle of the massage ring is as follows:
the massage ring 6 is sleeved on an arm or a leg, the second motor 69 rotates to drive the second gear 68 to be meshed with the annular rack for rotation, so that the movable outer ring 70 is driven to rotate, the lead screw motor 71 on the end surface of the movable outer ring 70 rotates to drive the second lead screw 62 to rotate, so that the second movable bracket 63 is driven to move on the second lead screw 62, and the second air cylinder 61 on the second movable bracket 63 drives the elbow massage head 65 to do telescopic motion to massage on the elbow part or the knee part of the leg; after being driven by the driving mechanism, the elbow and knee massage head 65 can rotate around the arm or leg and can also move longitudinally, so that acupuncture points of the elbow, the arm, the knee or the leg can be found for massage.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the massage chair comprises a base 5 at the bottom, a seat 13 is arranged on the base 5, one end of the seat 13 is hinged with an upward-inclined back plate 2 which can adjust the inclination angle and position the angle through a hinge shaft, and the other end is hinged with a downward-inclined leg back plate 11 which can adjust the inclination angle and position the angle through a hinge shaft; the armrest supporting frames 12 are arranged on two sides of the seat plate 13; the upper end of the handrail supporting frame 12 is provided with a handrail plate 3.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to make the use more convenient and comfortable, the leg rest 11 is divided into left and right parts whose inclination angles can be independently adjusted, and the left and right parts are separately hinged with the seat 13.
As shown in fig. 14, the back massage device 8 includes traverse screws 82 provided at upper and lower ends of the back surface of the back backup plate 2; a transverse sliding seat 84 is arranged on the transverse screw rod 82; a vertical screw rod 85 is arranged between the transverse sliding seats 84; one end of the vertical screw rod 86 is connected with a vertical motor 88; a vertical sliding seat 86 is arranged on the vertical screw rod 85; the vertical sliding seat 86 is provided with a cylinder connected with the back massage head 81; the two traverse screws 82 are connected with each other through a belt pulley mechanism 87, and one traverse screw 82 is connected with a traverse motor 83.
The back massage head 81 is arranged vertical to the back backup plate 2, and the back massage head 81 is connected with the cylinder; the stretching of the back massage head 81 can be controlled by the air cylinder;
the working principle of the back massage device is as follows:
the transverse moving motor 83 rotates, the upper transverse moving screw rod 82 and the lower transverse moving screw rod 82 are simultaneously driven to rotate through the belt pulley mechanism 87, so that the transverse moving slide seat 84 on the transverse moving screw rod 82 is driven to transversely move, the vertical screw rod 85 on the transverse moving slide seat 84 is driven to transversely move, the vertical motor 88 is installed on one transverse moving slide seat 84, the vertical motor 88 drives the vertical screw rod 85 to rotate, so that the vertical slide seat 86 on the vertical screw rod 85 is driven to rotate, and the air cylinder on the vertical slide seat 86 drives the back massage head 81 to do; after being driven by the driving mechanism, the back massage head 81 can move transversely and longitudinally along the plane of the back backup plate 2 and can move telescopically at the same time, so that acupuncture points on the back of a human body can be found accurately for massage.
As shown in fig. 15, in order to optimize the solution and improve the massage effect, the head massage head 110, the hand massage head 48, the foot massage head 149 and the elbow and knee massage head 65 are all in a shape of a circular bump, the vibrator 15 is installed inside, and the small magnet 16 is installed at the front of the end.
Therefore, the massage head can not only carry out the telescopic point-pressing massage, but also can generate vibration when contacting with the acupuncture points of the human body, thereby realizing the vibration type magnetic therapy massage and improving the acupuncture point massage effect. The massage head can be made of elastic silica gel or rubber.
As shown in fig. 3-13, in order to fix the massage component with the human body and prevent the massage component from loosening and falling off, the massage head hoop 1, the massage glove 4, the massage foot cover 14 and the massage ring 6 are all provided with an inflatable air bag for fixing the human body on the side of the inner side surface which is not the massage surface.
Preferably, an arc-shaped air bag 111 is arranged on the inner side surface of the head band bracket 101 and used for fixing the head; the bottom surface of the inner side of the glove frame 49 of the massage glove 4 can be provided with an air bag which is used for propping against the palm surface of the human body, thereby facilitating the massage of the back surface of the hand; the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the foot cover frame 141 of the massage foot cover 14 can be provided with an air bag for supporting the sole surface of a human body, thereby facilitating the massage of the back surface of the foot; the inner side surface of the massage ring 6 is provided with an annular air bag 66 which can fix the arm part or the leg part of the human body, so that the massage ring 6 can keep moving synchronously with the limbs of the human body when the arm or the leg part of the human body moves.
The design idea of the invention is as follows: the massage armchair is provided with a controller chip, and the massage armchair body provides a power supply and a control signal; the movement of the massage heads of all the massage components is controlled, the specific acupuncture points are accurately found, and then the massage is carried out.
The back backup plate 2 and the leg backup plate 11 of the massage chair can adjust the turnover angle; the head is provided with a massage head hoop 1, the massage head hoop 1 is connected with the massage armchair body through a cable, and the massage armchair body provides power supply and control signals; the head massage head 110 in the massage head hoop 1 is controlled to move, a specific acupuncture point is accurately found, and then massage is carried out; when massaging, the head can move freely.
When hands are massaged, the massage glove 4 is worn, the massage glove 4 is connected with the massage chair body through a cable, the massage chair provides power and control signals, the hand massage head 48 in the massage glove 4 is controlled to find a specific acupuncture point, and then the massage is carried out. During massage, the massage gloves 4 are fixed relative to the hands, and the hands can move freely.
The foot massage is the same as the hand massage, when in massage, the massage foot sleeve 14 is worn, the massage foot sleeve 14 provides power and control signals through the massage chair, the foot massage head 149 is driven to massage a plurality of specific acupuncture points, and the foot can move during massage.
The knee position is provided with a massage ring 6 positioned on the leg backup plate 11, the massage ring 6 is connected with the massage chair body through a cable, the massage chair provides power and control signals, and the elbow and knee massage head in the massage ring 6 is controlled to massage a plurality of specific acupuncture points.
The elbow joint and the knee are massaged the same, and the massage ring is arranged on the armrest plate 3.
When the back is massaged, the control program drives the back massage head 81 to find out the specific acupuncture points of the back and massage.
The base 5 plays a supporting role, the back backup plate 2 is connected with the base 5 through a hinge, and the inclination angle of the back backup plate 2 is adjustable
