The invention discloses a preparation method of a ceramic double-mouth cup, which comprises the following steps: a. pugging; b. blank drawing; c. blank printing: covering the two semi-dried blanks on a mold, performing extrusion molding by using a blank pressing machine, demolding, butting the two demolded cup bodies with the bottoms of slurry feet to feet, and forming more than one small hole at the butt joint position for facilitating air exhaust; d. drying the blank; e. engraving; f. glazing; g. and (3) kiln burning: firstly, placing the ceramic product into a sagger, and firing the sagger in a kiln; h. drawing: drawing pattern picture on the blank body by using underglaze pigment, glazing and firing at high temperature in a kiln. Background

Although the cup in the current market has various styles, different shapes and rich colors, the cup has single functionality and is limited in use mode. When the traditional cup is used for tasting different tea leaves, the taste is seriously influenced.

d. drying the blank: placing the processed and molded blank on a wooden frame for airing, wherein the airing time is 1-3 days;
e. engraving: carving patterns on the dried green body by using a bamboo, bone or iron cutter;
f. glazing: the glaze spraying method is adopted to glaze the cup body, so that the glaze can be sprayed for multiple times to glaze multiple glaze colors, and a thicker glaze layer can be obtained;
g. and (3) kiln burning: firstly, placing the ceramic product into a sagger, and firing the sagger in a kiln;
h. drawing: drawing a pattern picture on the blank body by using the underglaze pigment, glazing and firing at high temperature in a kiln;
i. drawing out of the kiln: after glaze firing, the product is taken out of the kiln, and then is inspected, graded and packaged, and the product percent of pass is 92%.
Furthermore, in the step c, when the bottom of the cup is solid, holes do not need to be formed.
Further, the formula proportion of the glaze in the step f is as follows: 27% of quartz, 24% of feldspar, 27% of alumina, 1.5% of bentonite, 1.5% of talc, 10% of silicon oxide, 5% of majestic knot and 4% of dried alkali.
Further, in the step g, the firing temperature is 1200-1600 ℃, the firing time is 8-40 h, and in the step g, pine or liquefied gas is used for firing the kiln.
Furthermore, in the step h, the baking temperature is 20-1040 ℃, the baking time is 2-18 h, and the baking work is divided into three stages: and (3) a drying stage: the temperature is 20-400 ℃, and the heating rate is 50-100 ℃/hour; and (3) an oxidation stage: the temperature is 400-900 ℃, and the heating rate is 60-90 ℃/hour; and (3) reduction stage: 900-1040 deg.C, and the temp. rising speed is 30-60 deg.C/hr.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the method for firing the tea can bond two independent cup shapes together, integrates the attractiveness, the practicability and the uniqueness, can be used for drinking and drinking tea respectively, does not influence the taste of a user, and has the advantages of low cost of adopted raw materials, low manufacturing cost, reasonable process, high product qualification rate of over 90 percent and capability of realizing large-scale production.
