Abstract

Description

室内空气净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的室内空气净化器。
背景技术
最近,人们已经越来越意识到不同建筑中的空气质量和必要的质量要求。越来越多的人在学校、幼儿园、办公室和其他公共设施出现症状,这些症状由空气中的杂质(例如霉菌、灰尘、花粉,甚至氡)引起。这些问题可能是由于个人对某些物质的严重过敏,或是由于所用设施的一般结构缺陷和损坏。无论如何,找出原因并修复结构不会很快完成,而是很容易成为一个持续数年的问题。因此,必须经常使用临时设施。
多种高效的空气净化器已经为这些问题提供了永久或临时的解决方案,这些空气净化器是独立的,并且是与结构分离的,因此可以快速部署(deployable),即只需将其提升到所讨论的空间的地面上,并可连接到插座。空气净化器由一个箱型(case-type)结构和一个风扇形成,该箱型结构容纳一个或多个不同类型过滤器,该风扇使空气从正在被清洁的空间流过过滤器,并在被净化后返回该空间。净化程度取决于所用过滤器的类型、质量和数量。至少一些设置有活性炭过滤器的空气净化器工作得非常好,例如能几乎完全去除空气中的霉菌孢子和氡。
为了使空气净化器的效率越来越高,即为了产生更大的、更快的气流,必须使设备变得更大,并设置有更大的风扇。这既增加了风扇旋转产生的电机噪声,也增加了由结构的流动阻力引起的气流的嗖嗖(swishing,旋转)声。因此,随着效率的提高,缺点也在增加,因为在诸如教室和办公室等原本平静和安静的环境中,持续不断的空气的嗡嗡声和嗖嗖声在许多情况下相当令人烦恼。
发明目的
本发明的目的是弥补上述现有技术的缺陷。具体地说,本发明的目的是公开一种新的室内空气净化器,该室内空气净化器体积小、重量轻,即易于运输和移动,而且其效率和安静程度足以使其几乎不引人注意地在任何设施中运行。
发明内容
根据本发明的室内空气净化器包括框架外壳(frame case),例如由合适的木板制成。框架外壳的形状可自由选择,以满足所讨论的布置(decor);然而,从制造角度来看,矩形平行六面体在大多数情况下是最优选的。在框架外壳内部容纳有风扇和用于旋转风扇的电动机,以及至少一个过滤器。此外,框架外壳设有空气入口和出口,借此风扇被布置成产生从入口经由过滤器流到出口的气流,即从入口向框架外壳内部吸入空气并从出口吹送出过滤后的空气。根据本发明,在入口和出口之间的气流中,在框架外壳内部设置有主动降噪装置。优选地,在入口和出口之间的气流中设置两个主动降噪装置,其中一个在风扇之前,另一个在风扇之后,每个主动降噪装置包括麦克风和扬声器,并且麦克风和相应的扬声器位于在风扇之前和风扇之后的过滤器的不同侧。
在本发明的一个实施例中,在框架外壳内部设置有两个主动降噪装置,一个在风扇之前,另一个在风扇之后。优选地,主动降噪装置包括设置在气流中用于检测主要(prevailing,当前的)噪声的麦克风和用于形成抗噪声以补偿检测到的噪声的扬声器。因此,主动降噪装置基于空气净化器产生的噪声持续地改变所产生的抗噪声。
优选地,净化器包括多于一个的过滤器,使得在风扇之前存在至少一个过滤器,并且在风扇之后存在至少一个过滤器。在本发明的一个实施例中,净化器包括例如在风扇之前的活性炭过滤器,加上例如在风扇之后的高效微粒空气(HEPA)过滤器。更优选地,在入口和活性炭过滤器之间,设置有预过滤器,用于去除随气流夹带的较大杂质,例如碎片、昆虫和花粉。
在本发明的一个实施例中,麦克风和相应的扬声器在穿过净化器的气流中位于过滤器的不同侧。在本发明的另一个实施例中,麦克风和相应的扬声器在穿过净化器的气流中基本上彼此邻近地并排地定位。在这种情况下,麦克风和扬声器可以例如设置在风扇之前和/或风扇之后紧靠风扇。
在本发明的一个实施例中,对麦克风和相应的扬声器的控制设置有与麦克风和扬声器之间的距离成比例的延迟。因此,在某一位置检测到的噪声会在到达另一位置的瞬间在该另一位置处得到补偿。
发明实现的优点
与现有技术相比,根据本发明的室内空气净化器具有显著的优点。根据本发明的室内空气净化器能够使空气几乎没有噪声地被净化。此外,由于净化器本身可以集成到被处理空间的家具(furniture)中,本发明使得空气能够被不引人注意且不打扰人地完全净化。只有从空间内干净新鲜的空气中才能注意到它。

发明详细说明
如图所示,根据本发明的一种空气净化器包括一个形状为矩形平行六面体的框架外壳1,该框架外壳竖立地放置在地面10上。在由框架外壳限定的内部空间中,在竖直方向上大致一半处,有随着电动机一起旋转的风扇2。风扇2被设置在水平的下间隔壁11和上间隔壁12之间的它自己的空间,由此风扇能够通过上间隔壁的开口13吸入空气并将该空气向下吹到下间隔壁的下方。
框架外壳1的上边缘设置有入口6,而框架外壳的下边缘设置有出口7。因此,当风扇工作时,气流通过框架外壳的内部空间循环。此外,在入口6之后紧接着有水平设置的第一过滤器,即预过滤器5,其后是具有柱形表面的活性炭过滤器3。在该实施例中,在风扇2之后还有高效微粒空气过滤器。因此,由风扇2从入口6吸入框架外壳1中的空气在通过出口7返回到净化器外部的空气空间之前,穿过三个不同的过滤器。
在净化器中,在其框架外壳内部,有两个主动降噪装置。这两个主动降噪装置中的第一个被布置在风扇之前,使得靠近入口6有一个麦克风8,通过该麦克风检测该区域中的主要噪声(主要是来自风扇及其电机的噪声)。
然后,通过适当地控制电子设备,将麦克风连接到在风扇之前但在活性炭过滤器之后的空间中的扬声器9,通过该扬声器,抗噪声被引导到这个空间,以补偿由麦克风检测到的噪声。
相应地,在风扇2之后紧接着有另一个扬声器9,其相应的麦克风8位于高效微粒空气过滤器下方靠近出口7。由于净化器所发出的噪声几乎完全通过空气入口6和空气出口7从框架外壳发出,这样,通过两个主动降噪装置,可以补偿从入口和出口发出的声波,从而使净化器几乎无噪声。

Claims (8)

1.一种室内空气净化器,包括:框架外壳(1);在所述框架外壳内部的、与电动机一起旋转的风扇(2)和至少一个过滤器(3、4、5);在所述框架外壳中的空气入口(6)和出口(7);其中,所述风扇被布置成产生气流,所述气流从所述入口经过所述过滤器流到所述出口,其特征在于,在所述框架外壳(1)的内部,在所述入口和所述出口之间的气流中有两个主动降噪装置,所述两个主动降噪装置中的一个在所述风扇(2)之前,另一个在所述风扇(2)之后,所述主动降噪装置中的每个包括麦克风(8)和扬声器(9),所述麦克风(8)和相应的扬声器(9)位于所述风扇之前和之后的所述过滤器(3、4、5)的不同侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的室内空气净化器,其特征在于,所述主动降噪装置包括用于检测主要噪声的麦克风(8)和用于形成抗噪声以补偿检测到的噪声的扬声器(9)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的室内空气净化器,其特征在于,所述净化器包括活性炭过滤器(3)和高效微粒空气过滤器(4)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的室内空气净化器,其特征在于,在所述入口(6)和所述活性炭过滤器(3)之间设有预过滤器(5)。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的室内空气净化器,其特征在于,所述麦克风(8)和相应的扬声器(9)在穿过所述净化器的气流中并位于所述过滤器(3、4、5)的不同侧。
6.根据权利要求1~5中的任一项所述的室内空气净化器,其特征在于,所述麦克风(8)和相应的扬声器(9)在穿过所述净化器的气流中且基本上彼此邻近地并排地定位。
7.根据权利要求6所述的室内空气净化器,其特征在于,所述麦克风(8)和所述扬声器(9)在所述风扇之前和/或之后紧靠所述风扇布置。
8.根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的室内空气净化器,其特征在于,对所述麦克风和相应的扬声器的控制具有与所述麦克风和所述扬声器之间的距离成比例的延迟。
