4. the link removing and hanging device leans against the bottom of the telegraph pole 1, the rotating track 35 is fixed through the track clamping half ring 19, the connecting bolt 20 and the connecting nut 21, and the upper part of the whole link removing and hanging device is fixed on the telegraph pole 1 through the track clamping half ring 19, the connecting bolt 20, the connecting nut 21 and the righting ring 15;
5. after the order picking and hanging device of the telegraph pole is fixed, the pneumatic device is connected, the gas collecting tank 26 is respectively connected to the lifting reversing valve 23 and the rotating reversing valve 30 through two paths of power gas pipes, the lifting reversing valve 23 is connected to a top gas inlet of the cylinder 18 and a gas inlet on the upper side of the rotating track 35 through the power gas pipes, and the up-and-down movement of the picking and hanging support rod 14 is realized; the rotary reversing valve 30 is respectively connected to two air inlets at two sides of the rotary track 35 through two power air pipes to realize the horizontal rotation of the hook-removing support rod 14;
6. when a token is required to be hung, the air compressor 29 is started according to the height of a telegraph pole, the gas collection tank 26 is filled to be more than 0.5 MPa, the operating handle of the lifting reversing valve 23 is operated to enable gas to flow from the cavity P to the cavity B and enter the gas inlet of the rotating track 35 to enable the working piston 17 and the multistage lifting piston 16 to rise, and when the opening and closing knife hook 13 reaches the proper height for hanging the token, the operating handle 33 is operated to stop moving upwards; then the operating handle of the rotary reversing valve 30 is operated to enable the switch knife hook 13 to rotate and contact the arc extinguishing cover 10 of the token, then the operating handle of the lifting reversing valve 23 is operated to enable the switch knife hook 13 to move upwards, and the token can be hung by pushing the arc extinguishing cover 10 through the hook 49;
7. when the order gram needs to be picked, the air compressor 29 is started according to the height of the telegraph pole, the gas collecting tank 26 is filled to be more than 0.5 MPa, the operating handle of the lifting reversing valve 23 is operated to enable gas to flow from the cavity P to the cavity B and enter the gas inlet of the rotating track 35, the working piston 17 and the multistage lifting piston 16 are lifted, and when the opening and closing knife hook 13 reaches the proper height for picking the order gram, the operating handle 33 is operated to stop moving upwards; then the operating handle of the rotary reversing valve 30 is operated to enable the switch knife hook 13 to rotate and contact the arc extinguishing cover 10 of the link sinker, then the operating handle of the lifting reversing valve 23 is operated to enable the switch knife hook 13 to move downwards, and the link sinker can be picked off by pushing the arc extinguishing cover 10 through the hook 46;
8. when the operation of removing the link is finished, firstly, the gas in the gas collecting tank 26 is discharged through the pressure discharge pipeline 37, and then the pneumatic device is removed; then, the rail clamping half rings 19, the connecting bolts 20 and the connecting nuts 21 are removed, and the lifting cylinders and the lifting support seats are removed.
Embodiment 2, the token hanging and removing devices of the invention are different from embodiment 1 in that the top of the hook support rod 14 is fixed with the switch knife hook 13 and the camera 51, and the camera 51 is arranged above the switch knife hook 13, so that the matching between the switch knife hook 13 and the token can be clearly seen when the higher utility pole is operated from the ground.

    the lifting support seat comprises a rotating track (35), a lifting cylinder base (39), a track sliding block (41), a sealing piston (42) and a transmission spring (43), the lifting cylinder base (39) is installed in the rotating track (35), the lifting cylinder base (39) is connected with the track sliding block (41) of the rotating track (35) through a connecting pin (40), and the sealing piston (42) and the transmission spring (43) are installed in an interlayer of the rotating track (35); movably connecting a lifting cylinder base (39) with a rotating track (35);
    the pneumatic device comprises a lifting reversing valve (23), a power air pipe (24), a gas collecting tank (26), an air compressor (29) and a rotary reversing valve (30), wherein the air compressor (29) is connected to the gas collecting tank (26) through the power air pipe (24), the gas collecting tank (26) is respectively connected to the lifting reversing valve (23) and the rotary reversing valve (30) through two paths of power air pipes, and the lifting reversing valve (23) is connected to a top air inlet of an air cylinder (18) and an air inlet on the upper side of a rotary rail (35) through a lifting air inlet pipe (31) to realize the up-and-down movement of a hook picking support rod (14); the rotary reversing valve (30) is respectively connected to two air inlets (35.1) at two sides of the rotary track (35) through two rotary air inlets (32) to realize the horizontal rotation of the hook-removing support rod (14);
    the lifting cylinder base (39) comprises a body (39.1), a lower lifting air inlet (39.2), hemispherical grooves (39.3), an air transmission channel (39.4) and external threads (39.5), wherein a necking part is arranged at the top of the body (39.1), the necking part is provided with the external threads (39.5), the longitudinal air transmission channel (39.4) is arranged in the middle of the inside of the body (39.1), the transverse lower lifting air inlet (39.2) is arranged in the middle of the body (39.1) and is communicated with the air transmission channel (39.4), and the bottom surface of the body (39.1) is provided with a plurality of hemispherical grooves (39.3) for mounting rotary rolling balls (44).
