背景技术
箱包是用来装东西的各种包包的统称,包括一般的购物袋、手提包、手拿包、钱包、背包、单肩包、挎包、腰包和多种拉杆箱等。现有的箱包面料大部分为织物面料,这种面料轻便、舒适,但是缺乏防水性,水浸湿箱包后也难以清理,造成了使用的不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种复合型箱包防水面料,克服了现有技术的不足,使箱包具有较好的防水性能。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种复合型箱包防水面料,所述防水面料包括织物基层、粘合在织物基层表面的防水层、设置在防水层表面的防水涂层,所述防水层通过粘合胶连接在织物基层上;
所述防水涂层包括以下重量份的原料:
防水浓缩液树脂20-42份、聚氨酯树脂30-55份、纳米二氧化硅5-16份、偶联剂1-6份、交联剂2-10份、引发剂0.2-0.5份、增塑剂2-8份、消泡剂1-3份和稳定剂0.6-2.4份;所述防水浓缩液树脂由质量分数为18%的水性氟碳树脂和80%的去离子水组成。
进一步,所述防水涂层包括以下重量份的原料:
防水浓缩液树脂22-40份、聚氨酯树脂31-54份、纳米二氧化硅6-15份、偶联剂2-5份、交联剂3-9份、引发剂0.3-0.4份、增塑剂3-7份、消泡剂1.2-2.8份和稳定剂0.8-2.2份;所述防水浓缩液树脂由质量分数为18%的水性氟碳树脂和80%的去离子水组成。
进一步,所述防水涂层包括以下重量份的原料:
防水浓缩液树脂31份、聚氨酯树脂42.5份、纳米二氧化硅10.5份、偶联剂3.5份、交联剂6份、引发剂0.35份、增塑剂5份、消泡剂2份和稳定剂1.5份;所述防水浓缩液树脂由质量分数为18%的水性氟碳树脂和80%的去离子水组成。
进一步,所述防水层采用氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶制成,所述防水层的厚度为0.6-1cm,所述防水层的表面光滑。
进一步,所述粘合胶包括以下重量份的原料:
聚酰胺树脂40-60份、硬脂酸钡12-18份、间苯二酚3-9份、己内酰胺2-15份、己二胺6-12份、加氢松香甘油酯4-9份、抗氧剂3-6份和白炭黑1-3份。
一种生产如上述的复合型箱包防水面料的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,根据防水涂层的配方称取原料,向反应釜中加入防水浓缩液树脂、聚氨酯树脂、纳米二氧化硅、偶联剂、交联剂和引发剂,控制温度在100-120℃,搅拌20-40min后再加入增塑剂、消泡剂和稳定剂,继续混合10-15min,制得防水涂层;
步骤二,根据粘合胶的配方称取原料,向反应釜内加入聚酰胺树脂、硬脂酸钡、间苯二酚、己内酰胺、己二胺、加氢松香甘油酯、抗氧剂和白炭黑,在80-85℃条件下搅拌混合20min后放料,制得粘合胶;
步骤三,取织物基层和防水层,在织物基层表面单面涂覆一层粘合胶,然后将防水层紧密贴合在织物基层上,进行加热使粘合胶融化后冷却而粘接一起;
步骤四,在防水层表面均匀的涂覆一层防水涂层,自然干燥后充分洗涤,然后在烘干干燥,即得复合型箱包防水面料。
进一步,所述步骤四中洗涤分为热水洗和冷水洗,首先用60℃的热水洗涤2-3次,待自然冷却后再用冷水洗涤2次。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
1、本发明在织物基层表面设置防水层,提高箱包的防水性能,防水层的表面涂覆有防水涂料,进一步提高箱包面料的防水性,延缓防水层的老化。
2、本发明织物基层与防水层之间使用热熔型粘合胶连接,使连接更加紧密,耐剥离程度高。

实施例1
一种生产如上述的复合型箱包防水面料的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,根据防水涂层的配方称取原料,向反应釜中加入防水浓缩液树脂20Kg、聚氨酯树脂30Kg、纳米二氧化硅5Kg、偶联剂1Kg、交联剂2Kg、引发剂0.2Kg,控制温度在100℃,搅拌20-40min后再加入增塑剂2Kg、消泡剂1Kg和稳定剂0.6Kg,继续混合10-15min,制得防水涂层;
步骤二,根据粘合胶的配方称取原料,向反应釜内加入聚酰胺树脂40Kg、硬脂酸钡12Kg、间苯二酚3Kg、己内酰胺2Kg、己二胺6Kg、加氢松香甘油酯4Kg、抗氧剂3Kg和白炭黑1Kg,在80-85℃条件下搅拌混合20min后放料,制得粘合胶;
步骤三,取织物基层和防水层,在织物基层表面单面涂覆一层粘合胶,然后将防水层紧密贴合在织物基层上,进行加热使粘合胶融化后冷却而粘接一起;

步骤二,根据粘合胶的配方称取原料,向反应釜内加入聚酰胺树脂50Kg、硬脂酸钡15Kg、间苯二酚6Kg、己内酰胺8.5Kg、己二胺9Kg、加氢松香甘油酯6.5Kg、抗氧剂4.5Kg和白炭黑2Kg,在80-85℃条件下搅拌混合20min后放料,制得粘合胶;
步骤三,取织物基层和防水层,在织物基层表面单面涂覆一层粘合胶,然后将防水层紧密贴合在织物基层上,进行加热使粘合胶融化后冷却而粘接一起;
步骤四,在防水层表面均匀的涂覆一层防水涂层,自然干燥后充分洗涤,然后在烘干干燥,即得复合型箱包防水面料。

步骤二,根据粘合胶的配方称取原料,向反应釜内加入聚酰胺树脂60Kg、硬脂酸钡18Kg、间苯二酚9Kg、己内酰胺15Kg、己二胺12Kg、加氢松香甘油酯9Kg、抗氧剂6Kg和白炭黑3Kg,在80-85℃条件下搅拌混合20min后放料,制得粘合胶;
步骤三,取织物基层和防水层,在织物基层表面单面涂覆一层粘合胶,然后将防水层紧密贴合在织物基层上,进行加热使粘合胶融化后冷却而粘接一起;
步骤四,在防水层表面均匀的涂覆一层防水涂层,自然干燥后充分洗涤,然后在烘干干燥,即得复合型箱包防水面料。

深圳某公司生产的防水箱包面料。
将上述实施例与对比例得到的防水面料进行检测,从一定高度和角度以一定的流量向织物试样连续喷水或滴水,观察试样在一定时间后表面的水渍特征,与标准样照对比评级或打分。标准沾水试验等级如下:1级-受淋表面全部润湿;2级-受淋表面一半润湿,即小块润湿表面的总和约为全部面积的一半;3级-受淋表面仅为不连续的小面积润湿;4级-受淋表面没有润湿,但沾有小水珠;5级-受淋表面没有润湿,也无小水珠。这5个等级分别对应于ISO4920-1981(E)的分值为:50、70、80、90、100,参照GB/T4744-1997《纺织织物抗渗水性测定静水压试验》进行测试耐静水压性能;测试其剥离强度,经水洗5次后再测试其剥离强度,得到的结果如表1所示。

通过表1可知,本发明生产的防水面料在防水性、耐剥离强度上都有着很大的提升,满足箱包日常使用的防水需求。

1.一种复合型箱包防水面料,其特征在于:所述防水面料包括织物基层、粘合在织物基层表面的防水层、设置在防水层表面的防水涂层,所述防水层通过粘合胶连接在织物基层上;
所述防水涂层包括以下重量份的原料:
防水浓缩液树脂20-42份、聚氨酯树脂30-55份、纳米二氧化硅5-16份、偶联剂1-6份、交联剂2-10份、引发剂0.2-0.5份、增塑剂2-8份、消泡剂1-3份和稳定剂0.6-2.4份;所述防水浓缩液树脂由质量分数为18%的水性氟碳树脂和80%的去离子水组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型箱包防水面料,其特征在于:所述防水涂层包括以下重量份的原料:
防水浓缩液树脂22-40份、聚氨酯树脂31-54份、纳米二氧化硅6-15份、偶联剂2-5份、交联剂3-9份、引发剂0.3-0.4份、增塑剂3-7份、消泡剂1.2-2.8份和稳定剂0.8-2.2份;所述防水浓缩液树脂由质量分数为18%的水性氟碳树脂和80%的去离子水组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型箱包防水面料,其特征在于:所述防水涂层包括以下重量份的原料:
防水浓缩液树脂31份、聚氨酯树脂42.5份、纳米二氧化硅10.5份、偶联剂3.5份、交联剂6份、引发剂0.35份、增塑剂5份、消泡剂2份和稳定剂1.5份;所述防水浓缩液树脂由质量分数为18%的水性氟碳树脂和80%的去离子水组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型箱包防水面料,其特征在于:所述防水层采用氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶制成,所述防水层的厚度为0.6-1cm,所述防水层的表面光滑。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型箱包防水面料,其特征在于:所述粘合胶包括以下重量份的原料:
聚酰胺树脂40-60份、硬脂酸钡12-18份、间苯二酚3-9份、己内酰胺2-15份、己二胺6-12份、加氢松香甘油酯4-9份、抗氧剂3-6份和白炭黑1-3份。
6.一种生产如权利要求1-5任一项所述的复合型箱包防水面料的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,根据防水涂层的配方称取原料,向反应釜中加入防水浓缩液树脂、聚氨酯树脂、纳米二氧化硅、偶联剂、交联剂和引发剂,控制温度在100-120℃,搅拌20-40min后再加入增塑剂、消泡剂和稳定剂,继续混合10-15min,制得防水涂层;
步骤二,根据粘合胶的配方称取原料,向反应釜内加入聚酰胺树脂、硬脂酸钡、间苯二酚、己内酰胺、己二胺、加氢松香甘油酯、抗氧剂和白炭黑,在80-85℃条件下搅拌混合20min后放料,制得粘合胶;
步骤三,取织物基层和防水层,在织物基层表面单面涂覆一层粘合胶,然后将防水层紧密贴合在织物基层上,进行加热使粘合胶融化后冷却而粘接一起;
步骤四,在防水层表面均匀的涂覆一层防水涂层,自然干燥后充分洗涤,然后在烘干干燥,即得复合型箱包防水面料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种复合型箱包防水面料,其特征在于:所述步骤四中洗涤分为热水洗和冷水洗,首先用60℃的热水洗涤2-3次,待自然冷却后再用冷水洗涤2次。
