the table shows that the moisturizing and activating day cream has obvious water outlet, quick absorption, refreshing and non-greasy skin, the SPF value is about 20, the moisturizing and activating day cream also has a good protective effect on tourists who frequently perform outdoor activities, the PH value is weak acid, the skin is safe to use, and the moisturizing and activating day cream can be used at ease.

step three: adding the phase A liquid into the phase B liquid, mixing and homogenizing to obtain phase C liquid;
step four: adding an acrylic acid copolymer into the phase C liquid, continuing homogenizing for 2-3 minutes, and beginning cooling;
step five: when the temperature of the solution obtained in the fourth step is reduced to 42-50 ℃, sequentially adding glucan, panthenol, the honey extract, phospholipid, the silicone skin-feel optimizing liposome and the brown rice fermentation filtrate, and continuing stirring;
