(1) pulverizing folium Camelliae sinensis, herba Andrographitis, and horseradish, mixing, adding sodium carbonate 0.05% of total weight of folium Camelliae sinensis, herba Andrographitis, and horseradish, adding 3 times of ethanol, heating to 50 deg.C, extracting to obtain extractive solution 1 and residue;
(2) adding 2 times of ethanol into the residue, extracting for 1h, adding citric acid 0.01% of the residue, heating to 50 deg.C, and extracting for 1h to obtain extractive solution 2;
(3) mixing the extract 1 and the extract 2, adding 0.5% of sorbitol and 0.3% of VE into the residue by mass, and concentrating to obtain mixed extract of tea, common andrographis herb and horseradish;
(4) adding caulis et folium Gaultheriae Yunnanensis into 3 times of methanol, ultrasonic extracting at 80Hz and power of 200W, extracting with ethyl acetate, concentrating, dissolving in methanol, and recrystallizing to obtain herba Speranskiae Tuberculatae extract;
(5) mixing the mixed extract of folium Camelliae sinensis, herba Andrographitis and horseradish with the extract of herba Speranskiae Tuberculatae, and decolorizing to obtain antibacterial agent C.
The preparation method of the brush wire in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing plant fiber, cellulose and polyethylene glycol terephthalate to obtain a mixture 1;
(2) adding the antibacterial agent C and the silane coupling agent into 30% ethanol aqueous solution with the concentration 4 times of the total mass of the antibacterial agent C and the silane coupling agent to obtain a mixture 2;
(3) adding the mixture 2 into the mixture 1, stirring and concentrating at 5 ℃, extruding solid particles through a screw machine, and drying the solid particles at 60 ℃ for 12 hours;
(4) and (3) putting the dried solid particles into a melt spinning machine for spinning at 200 ℃, and finally cooling and forming at-5 ℃ for 1h to prepare the antibacterial bristles.
The preparation method of the antibacterial toothbrush in this embodiment includes the following preparation steps:
(1) injecting polypropylene, polycarbonate and polyurethane into a mold, adding color master and an antibacterial agent A, and performing injection molding to form a brush handle and a brush head; wherein the particle size and the mesh number of the antibacterial agent A are 5000 meshes;
(2) dissolving potassium sorbate, calcium propionate and sodium benzoate in water, adding a water-based curing agent, adding color master into silica gel, stirring and dispersing, and curing the silica gel with the water-based curing agent to form a rubber sleeve;
(3) and then the toothbrush bristles are fixed on the brush head.

The antibacterial toothbrush comprises a toothbrush handle and a toothbrush head, wherein a rubber sleeve is sleeved on the toothbrush handle, and brush filaments are planted on the toothbrush head;
the toothbrush handle of the toothbrush in the embodiment comprises 95% of mixed plastic, 3% of color master batch and 2% of antibacterial agent A;
wherein the mixed plastic is prepared from a mixture of polypropylene, polycarbonate and polyurethane in a mass ratio of 5:2: 1;
the antibacterial agent A is a mixture of zinc oxide, copper oxide and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate in a mass ratio of 3:2: 1;
the rubber sleeve of the toothbrush comprises 95 percent of rubber material, 3 percent of color master batch and 2 percent of antibacterial agent B;
wherein the sizing material is silica gel, and the curing agent used by the silica gel is a water-based curing agent;
the antibacterial agent B is a mixture of potassium sorbate, calcium propionate and sodium benzoate in a mass ratio of 3:2: 2;
the brush filaments of the toothbrush comprise 97.5 percent of main material, 0.5 percent of coupling agent and 2 percent of antibacterial agent C;
wherein the brush filaments are made of a mixture of plant fibers, cellulose and polyethylene glycol terephthalate in a mass ratio of 5:4: 2;
the antibacterial agent C is prepared from extracts of folium Camelliae sinensis, herba Andrographitis, herba Solani Nigri, and caulis et folium Gaultheriae Yunnanensis;
according to the parts by weight, the tea, the common andrographis herb, the horseradish and the garden balsam stem are respectively as follows: 5 parts of tea, 7 parts of common andrographis herb, 10 parts of horseradish and 9 parts of garden balsam stem;
the preparation method of the antibacterial agent C comprises the following steps;
(1) pulverizing folium Camelliae sinensis, herba Andrographitis, and horseradish, mixing, adding sodium carbonate 0.2% of total weight of folium Camelliae sinensis, herba Andrographitis, and horseradish, adding 5 times of ethanol, heating to 50 deg.C, extracting to obtain extractive solution 1 and residue;
(2) adding 4 times of ethanol into the residue, extracting for 2h, adding citric acid 0.05% of the residue, heating to 50 deg.C, and extracting for 2h to obtain extractive solution 2;
(3) mixing the extracting solution 1 and the extracting solution 2, adding 1% of sorbitol and 0.6% of VE into the residue by mass, and concentrating to obtain a mixed extract of tea, common andrographis herb and horseradish;

(5) mixing the mixed extract of folium Camelliae sinensis, herba Andrographitis and horseradish with the extract of herba Speranskiae Tuberculatae, and decolorizing to obtain antibacterial agent C.

Examples of effects
The toothbrushes of examples 1 to 3 or comparative examples 1 to 4 are sterilized at 120 ℃ under high pressure, 1mL of 107cfu/mL of bacterial liquid is added, after the action is carried out for 10 hours at 25 ℃, the liquid is sucked for pouring culture, viable bacteria count is carried out, and the sterilization rate is calculated (0 month); further, the toothbrush was immersed in a sucrose solution having a mass concentration of 10% for three minutes every day, taken out and then rinsed with tap water for 1 minute, and after 6 months of the above treatment, the bactericidal rate was also counted for 10 hours, and the results are shown in tables 1 and 2.

Claims (10)
- The antibacterial toothbrush comprises a toothbrush handle and a toothbrush head, wherein a rubber sleeve is sleeved on the toothbrush handle, and brush filaments are planted on the toothbrush head, and the antibacterial toothbrush is characterized in that the toothbrush handle, the rubber sleeve and the brush filaments all contain antibacterial agents, wherein the antibacterial agent in the toothbrush handle is an antibacterial agent A, the antibacterial agent in the rubber sleeve is an antibacterial agent B, and the antibacterial agent in the brush filaments is an antibacterial agent C;the brush handle comprises 93-95% of mixed plastic, 3-4% of color master batch and 2-3% of antibacterial agent A; the rubber sleeve comprises 93-95% of rubber material, 3-4% of color master batch and 2-3% of antibacterial agent B; the brush wire comprises 96-97.5% of main material, 0.5-1% of coupling agent and 2-3% of antibacterial agent C.
- 2. The antibacterial toothbrush of claim 1, wherein said mixed plastic in the handle is prepared from a mixture of polypropylene, polycarbonate and polyurethane; the mass ratio of the polypropylene to the polycarbonate to the polyurethane is 3-5:1-2: 1.
- 3. The antibacterial toothbrush of claim 1, wherein the antibacterial agent a is a mixture of zinc oxide, copper oxide, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate.
- 4. The antibacterial toothbrush of claim 1, wherein the antibacterial agent B is a mixture of potassium sorbate, calcium propionate and sodium benzoate.
- 5. The antibacterial toothbrush according to claim 1, wherein the main material of the filaments is a mixture of plant fiber, cellulose and polyethylene terephthalate.
- 6. The antibacterial toothbrush of claim 1, wherein the antibacterial agent C is prepared from extracts of tea leaves, andrographis paniculata, horseradish and speranskia tuberculata.
- 7. The antibacterial toothbrush according to claim 6, wherein the tea leaves, the common andrographis herb, the horseradish and the garden balsam stem are respectively in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of tea, 2-7 parts of common andrographis herb, 5-10 parts of horseradish and 6-9 parts of garden balsam stem.
- 8. The antibacterial toothbrush according to claim 7, wherein the antibacterial agent C is prepared by a method comprising the steps of;(1) pulverizing folium Camelliae sinensis, herba Andrographitis, and herba horseradish, mixing, adding sodium carbonate, adding ethanol, and heating for extraction to obtain extractive solution 1 and residue;(2) adding ethanol into the residue, extracting for 1-2 hr, adding citric acid, heating, and extracting for 1-2 hr to obtain extractive solution 2;(3) mixing the extract 1 and the extract 2, adding sorbitol and VE, and concentrating to obtain mixed extract of folium Camelliae sinensis, herba Andrographitis and horseradish;(4) adding caulis et folium Gaultheriae Yunnanensis into methanol, ultrasonic extracting, extracting with ethyl acetate, concentrating, dissolving in methanol, and recrystallizing to obtain herba Speranskiae Tuberculatae extract;(5) mixing the mixed extract of folium Camelliae sinensis, herba Andrographitis and horseradish with the extract of herba Speranskiae Tuberculatae, and decolorizing to obtain antibacterial agent C.
- 9. The antibacterial toothbrush according to any of claims 1-7, wherein the filaments are prepared by a method comprising:(1) mixing plant fiber, cellulose and polyethylene glycol terephthalate to obtain a mixture 1;(2) adding the antibacterial agent C and the silane coupling agent into a mixture of ethanol and water to obtain a mixture 2;(3) adding the mixture 2 into the mixture 1, stirring and concentrating, extruding solid particles through a screw machine, and drying the solid particles;(4) and (3) putting the dried solid particles into a melt spinning machine for spinning, and finally cooling and forming to prepare the antibacterial bristles.
- 10, a method of making the antibacterial toothbrush of any of claims 1-9 , comprising the steps of:(1) injecting polypropylene, polycarbonate and polyurethane into a mold, adding color master and an antibacterial agent A, and performing injection molding to form a brush handle and a brush head;(2) dissolving potassium sorbate, calcium propionate and sodium benzoate in water, adding a water-based curing agent, adding color master into silica gel, stirring and dispersing, and curing the silica gel with the water-based curing agent to form a rubber sleeve;(3) and then the toothbrush bristles are fixed on the brush head.
