Fig. 2 is a left side view of the blood sugar reducing electric rice cooker shown in fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a right side view of the blood sugar reducing electric rice cooker shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the electric rice cooker for lowering blood sugar of the embodiment comprises an inner pot 100, a screen 200 placed in the inner pot, an inner pot water drainage component, an inner pot water replenishing component, a temperature sensor, and a control unit electrically connected with the temperature sensor, the inner pot water drainage component and the inner pot water replenishing component. The drain valve opening and closing driving mechanism 320 includes an electric telescopic rod 321 electrically connected to the control unit, and a connection curved rod 323 connected between the electric telescopic rod 321 and the valve core of the drain valve 310. The electric telescopic rod 321 may be disposed below the inner pot 100, and the connecting curved rod 323 may be pressed against the valve core of the drain valve 310.
The inner pot water supplement assembly may include a clean water tank 410, a water supplement pipeline 420 communicating between the clean water tank 410 and the cavity of the inner pot 100, and a water pump 430 electrically connected with the control unit. The water replenishing pipeline 420 comprises a water pump inlet pipe 421, and one end of the water pump inlet pipe 421, which is far away from the water pump 430, extends into the clean water tank 410. The water inlet pipe of the water pump is sealed with the clean water tank 410 by a water inlet pipe sealing ring 423. The clean water tank 410 may be provided at the rear of the rice cooker, and may be drawn out from the rear of the rice cooker.
The sugar-reducing electric rice cooker may further include a steam pipe 500 communicated between the clean water tank 410 and the cavity of the inner pot 100.
The blood sugar reducing electric rice cooker may further include an inner cover 600 covering the inner pot 100 and closing the inner pot cavity. The inner lid 600 may include an upper lid plate 610, a thermal insulating lid plate 620, and a pot opening sealing ring 630. The inner pot 100 is sealed with the heat-insulating cover plate 620 through the pot mouth sealing ring 630.
The clean water tank 410 is located outside the inner pot 100 and the inner lid 600. The outlet of the steam pipe 500 extends into the clean water tank 410 and the inlet passes through the inner lid 600 into the cavity of the inner pot 100. The outlet of the steam line 500 is sealed from the clean water tank 410 with a steam outlet seal 510. The inlet of the steam pipeline 500 passes through the inner cover 600 to communicate with the cavity of the inner pot 100, and the inlet of the steam pipeline and the inner cover are sealed by a steam inlet sealing ring 520.
The water pump 430 may be installed on the upper surface of the inner cover 600. The water replenishing pipeline 420 comprises a water pump outlet pipe 425, and the water pump outlet pipe 425 penetrates through the inner cover 600 to be communicated with the cavity of the inner pot 100. The water outlet pipe of the water pump is sealed with the inner cover 600 through a water outlet pipe sealing ring 427.
The water replenishing pipe 420 and the steam pipe 500 may be installed as an assembly on the inner lid 600. The two pipes may be fixed to one base 700 on the inner lid 600, and may be movable components.
As a preferred embodiment, when the blood sugar reducing electric rice cooker works, after a heating period is finished, the control unit controls the electric telescopic rod to drive the curved rod to extend out to push the valve core of the water discharge valve at the bottom of the inner pot open, water in the inner pot is discharged, and rice is left on the discriminator to realize primary desugaring; after the set time is long, the control unit controls the electric telescopic rod to drive the curved rod to retract, and the valve core of the drain valve returns; and starting the water pump to pump water from the clear water tank, sending the water in the clear water tank into the cavity space of the inner pot, and stopping the water replenishing work of the water pump after the set time is finished. At the moment, a second heating period is started, and after the second heating period is finished, the second desugaring is started to drain part of water, so that the purpose of reducing blood sugar is achieved. Then, the rice steaming mode is started to steam the rice. On the other hand, steam in the cooking cavity is sent into the clear water tank through the steam pipeline, and the steam is prevented from being discharged outside the pot body, so that steam-free cooking is realized, and user experience is improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a control method of the blood sugar reducing electric rice cooker according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the first cooking is turned on, the detected temperature is acquired and it is determined whether the detected temperature reaches the first set temperature T1 at step S410.
In step S420, when the detected temperature reaches the first set temperature T1, the first cooking is stopped, the inner pot water discharge assembly is controlled to start discharging water until the first set water discharge amount is discharged, the inner pot water supplement assembly is controlled to start water supplement, and the inner pot water supplement assembly is closed until the set water supplement amount is supplemented.
In step S430, the second cooking is started, the detected temperature is acquired and it is determined whether the detected temperature reaches the second set temperature T2.
