an outer pot body (1) having an accommodation space;
the inner pot body (2) is arranged in the accommodating space;
the retort pot (3) is arranged in the inner pot body (2) and is used for placing rice;
the water supply and drainage device is arranged in the accommodating space and comprises a water inlet mechanism (4) and a drainage mechanism (5), one end of the water inlet mechanism (4) is communicated with a water source, the other end of the water inlet mechanism is communicated with the inner pot body (2) and is used for adding water with a preset water amount into the inner pot body (2) for multiple times, one end of the drainage mechanism (5) is communicated with the inner pot body (2), and the other end of the drainage mechanism extends out of the outer pot body (1) and is used for discharging rice soup generated by steaming rice in the inner pot body (2) at least once.
2. The rice cooker of claim 1,
the water inlet mechanism (4) comprises a water inlet pump (41), a water inlet pipe (42) and a water inlet valve (43), one end of the water inlet pipe (42) is communicated with the water source, the other end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with the inner pot body (2), and the water inlet pump (41) and the water inlet valve (43) are arranged on the water inlet pipe (42).

drainage mechanism (5) include drain pipe (51) and drain valve (52), the one end of drain pipe (51) with interior pot body (2) intercommunication, the other end stretches out outside the outer pot body (1), drain valve (52) set up on drain pipe (51).

s1, starting the water inlet mechanism (4) to add water with a first preset water quantity into the inner pot body (2) and the retort pot (3);
s2, starting a heating mechanism of the electric cooker to heat water, wherein the heating mechanism works for a first preset time to cook the rice into half-cooked rice;
s3, starting a drainage mechanism (5), wherein the drainage mechanism (5) discharges rice water in the inner pot body (2) and the retort pot (3);
s4, the water inlet mechanism (4) is started again to add water with a second preset water quantity into the inner pot body (2) and the retort pot (3);
and S5, starting the heating mechanism again to heat the water, and enabling the heating mechanism to work for a second preset time to cook the half-cooked rice into the full-cooked rice.
7. The method for sugar-reducing steamed rice as claimed in claim 6, further comprising, between step S3 and step S4:
s31, starting the water inlet mechanism (4) to add a third preset water amount into the inner pot body (2) and the retort pot (3), wherein the third preset water amount enters the retort pot (3) and washes amylopectin on the semi-cooked rice;
s32, starting the water discharging mechanism (5), wherein the water discharging mechanism (5) discharges water in the inner pot body (2) and the retort pot (3).
8. The method for steaming rice with reduced sugar according to claim 7,
step S31 and step S32 are looped for a preset number of times.
9. The method for steaming rice with hypoglycemic effect according to claim 6, wherein step S1 comprises the following steps:
opening the water inlet valve (43) and closing the water discharge valve (52);
starting a water inlet pump (41);
the first detection mechanism detects the liquid level in the steamer pot (3), and the water inlet pump (41) and the water inlet valve (43) are closed when the liquid level in the steamer pot (3) reaches a first liquid level.
10. The method for steaming rice with hypoglycemic effect according to claim 6, wherein step S3 comprises the following steps:
opening a drain valve (52);
the second detection mechanism detects the liquid level in the inner pot body (2), and the drain valve (52) is closed when the liquid level in the inner pot body (2) reaches a second liquid level.
