Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the present embodiment further provides a cooking apparatus, which may be, for example, a steam box, an oven, or a steaming and baking integrated box. The cooking utensil comprises a shell and an inner container 100 arranged in the shell, wherein the recovery system is arranged on the bottom wall 110 of the inner container 100.
The cooking utensil of this embodiment is owing to set up above-mentioned recovery system, and the impurity that produces in the inner bag 100 can be collected the discharge by recovery system automatically, need not the manual clearance impurity of user, is favorable to promoting user's use and experiences.
As shown in fig. 5, in a possible embodiment, the bottom wall 110 of the inner container 100 of the present embodiment is provided with a groove 120, and the filter device 200 is installed in the groove 120; the bottom wall 110 of the inner container 100 is inclined from the sidewall 130 of the inner container 100 to one side of the groove 120, thereby facilitating the collection and flow of impurities into the groove 120.

1. A recycling system for mounting on a bottom wall of a liner of a cooking appliance, comprising:
the filtering device comprises a filtering plate and a water collecting tank; the filter plate is arranged along a first direction and is detachably connected with the bottom wall of the inner container, and a plurality of filter holes penetrating through the filter plate along a second direction are formed in the filter plate; the water accumulation groove is connected with the filter plate and is arranged on one side of the filter plate, which is far away from the bottom wall of the inner container, and a drain hole is formed in the side wall of the water accumulation groove; wherein the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other;
the water collecting device is sleeved on the outer side of the filtering device and is connected with the bottom wall of the liner, and a water collecting cavity is formed by the water collecting device and the filtering device in a surrounding mode;
the backwater collecting box is connected with the water collecting cavity through a first drainage pipeline, and a drainage pump is arranged on the first drainage pipeline;
the first water level monitoring device is used for monitoring the water level in the water collecting cavity;
the controller is in communication connection with the drainage pump and the first water level monitoring device and is used for receiving signals sent by the first water level monitoring device and controlling the drainage pump to be opened or closed.

The recycling system according to claim 1, wherein a first connector device is arranged on a side wall of the water collecting device, the first connector device comprises a first main body part arranged along the second direction and a first connecting pipeline and a second connecting pipeline respectively connected to two ends of the first main body part, and the first connecting pipeline and the second connecting pipeline are both communicated with the water collecting cavity;
along the second direction, a plurality of first water level monitoring devices are arranged in the first main body part.
3. The recycling system according to claim 1, wherein a first check valve is provided on the first drain pipe, the first check valve allowing water to flow from the water collection chamber to the return water collection box.

The recycling system according to claim 1, wherein a partition is arranged in the backwater collecting box, the partition divides the inside of the backwater collecting box into a first cavity and a second cavity, the first cavity is communicated with the water collecting cavity through the first water drainage pipeline, the second cavity is used for storing clean water, and the second cavity is further connected with a steam heater.

The recovery system of claim 4, wherein a second communicating device is arranged on the side wall of the backwater collecting box, the second communicating device comprises a second main body part arranged along a second direction, and a third connecting pipeline and a fourth connecting pipeline which are respectively connected to two ends of the second main body part, and the third connecting pipeline and the fourth connecting pipeline are both communicated with the first cavity;
and a second water level monitoring device is arranged in the second main body and is in communication connection with the controller.
6. The recycling system according to claim 4, further comprising a water receiving tank, wherein the water receiving tank is communicated with the first cavity through a second water draining pipeline, and the water receiving tank is detachably connected with the second water draining pipeline;
and a second one-way valve is arranged on the second drainage pipeline, and the second one-way valve can enable water to flow from the first cavity to the water receiving tank.
7. The recycling system according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the water collecting chamber is further provided with a water pressure detecting device, and the water pressure detecting device is in communication connection with the controller.

The recycling system according to claim 1, wherein the water accumulation tank comprises a first water accumulation tank and a second water accumulation tank, and the drain hole comprises a first drain hole provided on a side wall of the first water accumulation tank and a second drain hole provided on a side wall of the second water accumulation tank;
the first water collecting groove is connected with the filter plate and is arranged on one side, away from the bottom wall of the inner container, of the filter plate, an opening is formed in the first water collecting groove, and projections of the plurality of filter holes are located in the projection range of the opening in a plane perpendicular to the second direction;
the second water accumulating tank is connected with the filter plates and sleeved outside the first water accumulating tank, and the distance between the second drain hole and the filter plates is smaller than that between the first drain hole and the filter plates in the second direction.
9. A recycling system according to claim 8, wherein in said second direction, said first drain hole is provided in the middle of said first sump and said second drain hole is provided in the middle of said first drain hole and said filter plate.
10. A cooking appliance comprising an outer shell and an inner container disposed within the outer shell, wherein a bottom wall of the inner container is provided with a recovery system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
