In this technical scheme, gas channel and environment intercommunication, and gas channel and first cavity or second cavity are linked together. That is, when the gas channel is in the conducting state, one end of the gas channel is communicated with the external atmospheric pressure, and the other end of the gas channel is communicated with the first cavity or the second cavity and the environment, that is, the first cavity and the second cavity are both directly communicated with the external environment, so that the air pressure values in the first cavity and the second cavity are the same as the external environment, the pressure difference between the first cavity and the second cavity is reduced, and the washing of the food to be cooked is finished.
The environment and the first cavity or the second cavity are communicated by the gas channel to release pressure to the first cavity or the second cavity, so that the first cavity or the second cavity is switched and adjusted between negative pressure (or positive pressure) and zero pressure (which can be specifically understood as ambient atmospheric pressure) to repeatedly flush materials.

And on one hand, the control piece is used for controlling the gas channel to be closed, so that the gas leakage in the pressurizing or depressurizing process of the pressure device is reduced, the working energy efficiency of the pressure device can be improved, and the cooking time is saved. On the other hand, in the process that pressure device stops pressurizeing or decompression, accessible control spare makes the gas passage be in the open mode, and like this, the gas passage can balance the pressure differential between first cavity and the second cavity fast for first cavity can more high-efficient flowing back, shortens to cook for a long time, and at the moment of opening the gas passage, can form the quick pressure release effect similar to the flash distillation simultaneously, and like this, the velocity of flow of liquid from the surface of the material in the first cavity is higher, and is better to the scouring effect of material, further promotes the scouring effect.

In any of the above technical solutions, further, the cooking apparatus includes but is not limited to: electric rice cooker, electric pressure cooker, steam cooker.
An embodiment of a second aspect of the present invention provides a control method of a cooking apparatus, which is used for the cooking apparatus in any one of the above technical solutions, and the control method of the cooking apparatus includes: the control pressure device intermittently pressurizes or depressurizes one of the first chamber and the second chamber.
According to the control method of the cooking equipment provided by the implementation of the invention, the pressure device is used for intermittently pressurizing or depressurizing one of the first chamber and the second chamber, so that a liquid inlet process for guiding liquid into the first chamber through air pressure and a liquid discharging process for discharging the liquid from the first chamber through an air channel (such as a normally open air channel or an air channel opened under control) are formed in the cooking pot, and the liquid inlet process and the liquid discharging process are alternated through the intermittent operation of the pressure device, so that the materials in the first chamber can be repeatedly flushed, and a good rice draining cooking effect is generated. Due to the limitation of the method, the controllability of the washing stage in the whole cooking process is higher, the control logic is very simple, the response precision and the control precision can be higher, the working flexibility of the cooking equipment can be better improved, and the cooking taste is improved.
In the above-described aspect, in the step of intermittently pressurizing or depressurizing one of the first chamber and the second chamber by the pressure control device, the control gas passage is in a closed state in a process of pressurizing or depressurizing one of the first chamber and the second chamber by the pressure control device; controlling the gas passage to be in an open state during the pressure device stops pressurizing or depressurizing one of the first and second chambers.
In this scheme, set up pressure device and carry out the in-process that pressurizes or decompress, control gas channel is in the closed condition, can save pressure device's useless power loss like this, promotes pressure device's work efficiency, and makes first cavity feed liquor more high-efficiently, shortens when culinary art. Set up the in-process that pressure device stopped pressurization or decompression, control gas passage is in the open mode, like this, gas passage can the rapid balance first cavity and the second between the cavity differential pressure for first cavity can be drained off liquid more high-efficiently, shorten and cook long, and opening gas passage's moment, can form the quick pressure release effect similar to the flash distillation simultaneously, like this, the velocity of flow of liquid from the surface of the material in the first cavity is higher, and is better to the scouring effect of material, further promotes the scouring effect.
In any of the above solutions, before the step of intermittently pressurizing or depressurizing one of the first chamber and the second chamber by the pressure control device, the method for controlling a cooking apparatus further includes: and controlling a heating device of the cooking equipment to heat the cooking pot.
In any of the above technical solutions, the step of controlling the heating device of the cooking apparatus to heat the cooking pot specifically includes: controlling a heating device of the cooking equipment to heat the cooking pot for a preset time; or controlling a heating device of the cooking device to heat the cooking pot so that the temperature of the medium in the cooking pot rises to a preset temperature threshold value.
In this scheme, before controlling the pressure between the first chamber and the second chamber, the cooking pot is heated for a preset time or a medium in the cooking pot is heated to a certain temperature (for example, a preset temperature threshold value, it can be understood that the preset time and/or the preset temperature threshold value is not a specific value, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly set the preset time and/or the preset temperature threshold value according to a specific requirement, a heating requirement of specific food to be heated, and the like, or flexibly select the preset time and/or the preset temperature threshold value via a user), so that a better flushing effect can be formed. For example, it is able to design a preset temperature threshold or preset duration to correspond to the release temperature, specifically, for example, when the preset temperature threshold and/or the preset duration are satisfied, the temperature in the cooking pan is just at the release temperature of substances such as starch to be flushed out from the food to be cooked, and the liquid at the temperature is used to flush the food to be cooked, so that the substances such as starch to be flushed out from the food to be cooked can be flushed out more efficiently and more sufficiently, and the flushing efficiency and effect are further improved. Or if, can design and preset temperature threshold value or preset on the time length corresponds to liquid boiling temperature on, specifically if, when satisfying preset temperature threshold value and/or when presetting time length condition, the culinary art pot will boil soon or just boils or has boiled, utilizes boiling power, can further assist the drive effect of atmospheric pressure for pressure device can drive liquid more high-efficiently and treat the culinary art and eat the material erode, and promote the erode dynamics, thereby further promote erode efficiency and effect.
And the temperature in the cooking pot (such as a preset temperature threshold) and/or the preset time are/is utilized to be matched with the flushing stage regulated and controlled by the pressure device, richer cooking modes, cooking effects and cooking efficiency can be derived according to the requirements, and thus the product can better meet the individual requirements (such as different sugar requirements, cooking time requirements and the like) of different groups.
In any of the above solutions, after the step of intermittently pressurizing or depressurizing one of the first chamber and the second chamber by the pressure control device, the method for controlling a cooking apparatus further includes: and controlling a heating device of the cooking equipment to heat the cooking pot.
In this scheme, after scouring out the completion, control heating device is to the heating of culinary art pot, can realize doing benefit to the food curing to waiting to cook in the first cavity and eat material steam heating process, and whole waterlogging caused by excessive rainfall culinary art process is more orderly, and controllability and precision are better.
It is understood that, in the step of controlling the heating means of the cooking apparatus to heat the cooking pan after the step of controlling the pressure means to intermittently pressurize or depressurize one of the first chamber and the second chamber, the pressure means may be operated or not operated.
For example, according to the requirement, the pressure device can be controlled to be closed, and the purpose of saving energy consumption is achieved.
Or, for example, the pressure device can be controlled to work, so that pressure maintaining (positive pressure or negative pressure) cooking is formed in the cooking pot, and the pressure cooking requirement is met.
Or, the pressure can be controlled by using a pressure device, so that the first cavity is drained by using air pressure in the steam heating stage, and the soaking of food materials in the first cavity is further reduced.
An embodiment of a third aspect of the present invention provides a control device for a cooking apparatus, which is suitable for the cooking apparatus, and includes: a processor; the processor, when executing the computer program, is capable of implementing the steps of the method for controlling a cooking apparatus according to any one of the above-mentioned embodiments.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
A cooking apparatus 100 according to some embodiments of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 11.
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1 and 4, a cooking apparatus 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes: cooking pot 102, material holder 104, pressure device 110, and pressure relief structure 112.
The material containing part 104 is at least partially contained in the cooking pot 102, a first cavity 106 is formed in the material containing part 104, a second cavity 108 is formed between the cooking pot 102 and the material containing part 104, the first cavity 106 can be used for containing food 200 to be cooked, and the second cavity 108 can be used for storing liquid; a liquid conducting structure is formed between the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108, and the liquid conducting structure conducts the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108; a pressure device 110 in communication with the first chamber 106, the pressure device 110 being operable to create a pressure differential between the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108; the pressure relief structure 112 has a gas passage that communicates with at least one of the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108 to reduce a pressure differential between the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108.
Specifically, before starting the cooking, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the food to be cooked 200 is in the first chamber 106 and the liquid is in the second chamber 108, while the liquid in the second chamber 108 is not in contact with the food to be cooked 200, or is in contact with the food to be cooked 200 only a little; as shown in fig. 3 and 6, during cooking, the pressure device 110 is operated to generate a pressure difference between the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108, so that the liquid in the second chamber 108 enters the first chamber 106 under the action of the pressure and is fully contacted with the food 200 to be cooked in the first chamber 106; then, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the pressure difference between the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108 can be reduced or eliminated by communicating the gas passage of the pressure relief structure 112, the liquid in the first chamber 106 can flow out through the liquid communication structure, and the food 200 to be cooked in the first chamber 106 is separated from the liquid.
That is, through the cooperation of the pressure device 110 and the pressure release structure 112, especially through the gas channel of the pressure release structure 112, the user can select whether the liquid in the first chamber 106 is in contact with the liquid according to the actual situation, and can select the specific time, the washing frequency and the washing duration of the liquid for washing the food 200 to be cooked in the first chamber 106, thereby improving the working flexibility of the cooking apparatus 100 and the cooking taste.
Specifically, the pressure device 110 may form a negative pressure in the first chamber 106, so that the liquid in the second chamber 108 is drawn by the negative pressure and enters the first chamber 106 through the liquid conducting structure, so as to flush the food 200 to be cooked in the first chamber 106.
Example two:
a cooking apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes: a cooking pan, a material container, a pressure device and a pressure release structure (this embodiment is not shown in the figures).
The cooking pot is characterized in that at least part of the material containing piece is contained in the cooking pot, a first cavity is formed in the material containing piece, a second cavity is formed between the cooking pot and the material containing piece, food to be cooked can be placed in the first cavity, and liquid can be stored in the second cavity; a liquid conducting structure is formed between the first chamber and the second chamber and conducts the first chamber and the second chamber; the pressure device is communicated with the second chamber, and the pressure device works to generate pressure difference between the first chamber and the second chamber; the pressure relief structure has a gas passage connected to at least one of the first chamber and the second chamber to reduce a pressure differential between the first chamber and the second chamber.
That is, this embodiment differs from the first embodiment in the connection position of the pressure means. In this embodiment, pressure device is connected with the second cavity, and can form high pressure in the second cavity, and then makes the liquid that must be located in the second cavity crowd down at highly compressed row, enters into first cavity through liquid conducting structure in order to wash away the food of treating cooking in the first cavity.
Example three:
as shown in fig. 1 and 4, a cooking apparatus 100 according to a third embodiment of the present invention includes: cooking pot 102, material holder 104, pressure device 110, and pressure relief structure 112.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the material containing part 104 is at least partially accommodated in the cooking pot 102, a first cavity 106 is formed in the material containing part 104, a second cavity 108 is formed between the cooking pot 102 and the material containing part 104, the first cavity 106 can be used for accommodating food 200 to be cooked, and the second cavity 108 can be used for storing liquid; a liquid conducting structure is formed between the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108, and the liquid conducting structure conducts the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108; as shown in fig. 3 and 6, the pressure device 110 is in communication with the first chamber 106 or the second chamber 108, and the pressure device 110 is operable to generate a pressure differential between the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108; the pressure relief structure 112 has a gas passage, and the gas passage is connected to the external environment.
Specifically, the gas passage is in communication with the environment, and the gas passage is in communication with the first chamber 106 or the second chamber 108. When the gas channel is in a conducting state, one end of the gas channel is communicated with the external atmosphere, and the other end of the gas channel is communicated with the first chamber 106 or the second chamber 108 and the environment, that is, the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108 are both directly communicated with the external environment, so that the pressure values in the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108 are the same as the external environment, the pressure difference between the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108 is reduced, and the washing of the food to be cooked 200 is finished.
Example four:
a cooking apparatus according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention includes: a cooking pan, a material container, a pressure device and a pressure release structure (this embodiment is not shown in the figures).
The cooking pot is characterized in that at least part of the material containing piece is contained in the cooking pot, a first cavity is formed in the material containing piece, a second cavity is formed between the cooking pot and the material containing piece, food to be cooked can be placed in the first cavity, and liquid can be stored in the second cavity; a liquid conducting structure is formed between the first chamber and the second chamber and conducts the first chamber and the second chamber; the pressure device is communicated with the first chamber or the second chamber, and the pressure device works to generate pressure difference between the first chamber and the second chamber; the pressure relief structure is connected to the first chamber and the second chamber, respectively.

That is, the amount of gas that is increased or vented per unit time by the pressure device 110 is greater than the amount of gas that leaks or increases through the gas passages, ensuring that a pressure differential is created between the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108, and that the created pressure differential is sufficient to allow the liquid in the second chamber 108 to enter the first chamber 106.
Case 2: the pressure relief structure 112 has a control member 1122, and the control member 1122 includes a first control valve that can control the opening and closing of the gas passage (as shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3).
That is, when the food 200 to be cooked in the first chamber 106 needs to be flushed, the gas channel is cut off by the first control valve, so that sufficient pressure difference is generated between the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108, and the liquid in the second chamber 108 enters the first chamber 106 through the liquid conducting structure to flush the food 200 to be cooked; after the food 200 to be cooked in the first chamber 106 is flushed, the air passage is guided through the first control valve, so that the pressure difference between the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108 can be reduced or eliminated, the liquid in the first chamber 106 flows back to the second chamber 108 through the liquid guiding structure, and the liquid is separated from the food 200 to be cooked.

That is, one of the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108 is connected to both the pressure relief structure 112 and the pressure device 110. The pressure device 110 can pressurize or depressurize the first chamber 106 or the second chamber 108 connected thereto, so that a pressure difference is formed between the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108; the pressure relief structure 112 may relieve pressure in the first chamber 106 or the second chamber 108 connected thereto to reduce a pressure difference between the first chamber 106 and the second chamber 108.
Specifically, the pressure device 110 and the pressure relief structure 112 include, but are not limited to, the following mounting manners: the pressure relief structure 112 and the pressure device 110 are in communication with the first chamber 106 (as shown in fig. 1-6); the pressure relief structure 112 and the pressure device 110 are in communication with the second chamber 108 (not shown).

Example twelve:
as shown in fig. 13, the control method of a cooking apparatus provided in this embodiment is used in the cooking apparatus described in any of the embodiments of the first aspect, and the control method of the cooking apparatus includes the following steps:
in step S1302, the pressure device is controlled to intermittently pressurize or depressurize one of the first chamber and the second chamber.
In certain embodiments, for the aforementioned step of intermittently pressurizing or depressurizing one of the first chamber and the second chamber at the control pressure device, more detail is given by:
the gas passage is controlled to be in a closed state during pressurization or depressurization of one of the first chamber and the second chamber by the pressure device.
Can save pressure device's useless power loss like this, promote pressure device's work efficiency, and make first cavity can feed liquor more high-efficiently, shorten when culinary art.
In certain embodiments, for the aforementioned step of intermittently pressurizing or depressurizing one of the first chamber and the second chamber at the control pressure device, more detail is given by:
the gas passage is controlled to be in an open state in a process in which the pressure device stops pressurizing or depressurizing one of the first chamber and the second chamber.
Like this, the gas passage can balance the pressure differential between first cavity and the second cavity fast for first cavity can be flowing back more high-efficiently, shortens and cooks for long, and opening the moment of gas passage, can form the quick pressure release effect similar to the flash distillation simultaneously, and like this, the velocity of flow of liquid from the surface of the material in first cavity is higher, and is better to the scouring effect of material, further promotes the scouring effect.
It will be appreciated that the embodiments of the two aforementioned aspects may be combined in a non-conflicting manner, for example, by controlling the gas passage to be in a closed state during pressurisation or depressurisation of one of the first and second chambers by the pressure means; and controlling the gas passage to be in an open state during the pressure device stops pressurizing or depressurizing one of the first chamber and the second chamber.
For the specific embodiments of the two aspects, in detail, the pressure release structure of the cooking apparatus has a gas passage and a control member, and the control member controls the on-off of the gas passage.
In more detail, for example, the control member includes a first control valve (e.g., a solenoid valve) that controls opening and closing of the gas passage; or
The pressure release structure further comprises an exhaust valve, the exhaust valve is provided with an exhaust port and a valve core, the exhaust port is formed at least one part of the gas channel, the valve core is suitable for opening or closing the exhaust port, and the control part controls the valve core and enables the valve core to open or close the exhaust port. More specifically, for example, the exhaust valve is a ball valve, the control member is an electromagnetic push rod, and the electromagnetic push rod pushes a ball of the ball valve so that the ball opens or closes the exhaust port.
In the method, the control member is controlled to correspondingly control the gas channel to be opened or closed. So that the control process of the foregoing embodiment can be implemented.
In some embodiments, prior to the step of controlling the pressure device to intermittently pressurize or depressurize one of the first chamber and the second chamber, the method of controlling the cooking apparatus further comprises: and controlling a heating device of the cooking equipment to heat the cooking pot.
The cooking appliance has a heating device for heating the cooking pot. For example, the heating device may be an electromagnetic coil, a heat generating plate, an infrared heating member, or the like.
