Abstract

本发明涉及一种无铬皮膜剂、金属件及其表面皮膜化处理方法。皮膜剂包括:0.2‑4g/L氟锆酸,3‑20g/L植酸,0.01‑0.3g/L氟化镍,0.2‑5g/L硅溶胶。此无铬皮膜剂在金属表面形成浅黄色的耐腐蚀钝化层,该皮膜剂不含损害环境的铬离子,提供涂装处理底层和防腐处理,是一种绿色环保产品钝化皮膜,此钝化皮膜与涂装漆膜等的结合能力良好、耐腐蚀能力强。
