本发明公开了一种耐臭氧性能的橡胶密封条,它由下列重量份数的原料制成:三元乙丙胶95~105份、炭黑90~100份、芳烃油10~20份、氧化锌5~12份、硬脂酸0.5~2份、UPE粉5~10份、硫磺2~4份、四硫化双戊撑秋兰姆1~3份、N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次黄酰胺1~3份、二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1~3份、微晶石蜡3~5份。

一种耐臭氧性能的橡胶密封条的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1、对橡胶条的组成原料按照各自的质量百分比分别称重。
2、将已称重的各种原料投入到密炼机中混炼,将气压调节至0.5Mpa,温度保持在120℃,混炼持续时间400秒。
3、在开炼机上将混炼胶压片冷却,其中辊间间隙0.2mm,片材厚度10~13mm、宽度100~130mm。
4、设置挤出机温度为螺杆75℃、机头95℃,转速调整到60转/分,按设计模具挤出产品。
5、将挤出产品进行加热硫化,使加热箱温度保持在260℃,持续时间为100秒。
6、将硫化好的产品经冷水槽进行定型。
7、牵引、打盘、包装。
本发明的有益效果是:1、本发明生胶采用三元乙丙橡胶,材料来源广泛,成本低廉,加工方便,能大规模生产。2、本发明所提供的改善耐臭氧性能的橡胶密封条,具有卓越的耐臭氧性能,使产品的耐用性得到了数倍的提升,从而提高橡胶密封条的物理机械性能和使用寿命。
