本发明提出了一种钧瓷杯子,由素胎和素胎表面的釉料烧结而成,所述的胎体各组分占胎体总量的质量百分比为:高岭土50%‑70%、牛骨粉3%‑5%、次生粘土10%‑15%、铝钒土5%‑10%、麦饭石5%‑10%;所述的釉料各组分占釉料总量的质量百分比为:黑药60%‑80%、铁矿石5%‑10%、钛铁矿3%‑5%、铜矿石10%‑15%、方解石5%‑10%;上述钧瓷杯子的烧制方法为,利用所述的胎体各组分原料烧制好胎体,然后将胎体浸入到釉料中完成施釉,晾干后再次烧制得到产品。

一种钧瓷杯子及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明属于钧瓷制作领域,具体涉及一种钧瓷杯子及其制作方法。
背景技术
钧瓷,始于唐,盛于宋,在宋代为五大名瓷之一,皇家御用,素有“黄金有价钧无价”、“纵有家财万贯,不如钧瓷一件”的美誉。2000年以来,钧瓷以其厚重的历史文化底蕴和鬼斧神工的丰富窑变,多次以国礼名义跻身重要的国际场所,使钧瓷艺术品的发展空前繁荣;但是作为传统的陈设艺术钧瓷的制造工艺较为复杂,成本较高,而且风格较为古典,因此钧瓷多为装饰品或者收藏;因此需要将钧瓷的发展与生活进行结合,从而使钧瓷受众更广,且有利于钧瓷的推广和延续。
发明内容
针对以上的问题,本发明提供了一种钧瓷杯子及其制作方法,主要是通过以下方式实现;
一种钧瓷杯子,由素胎和素胎表面的釉料烧结而成,所述的胎体各组分占胎体总量的质量百分比为:高岭土50%-70%、牛骨粉3%-5%、次生粘土10%-15%、铝钒土5%-10%、麦饭石5%-10%;
所述的釉料各组分占釉料总量的质量百分比为:黑药60%-80%、铁矿石5%-10%、钛铁矿3%-5%、铜矿石10%-15%、方解石5%-10%。
上述钧瓷杯子的烧制方法为,利用所述的胎体各组分原料烧制好胎体,然后将胎体浸入到釉料中完成施釉,晾干后再次烧制得到产品。
1)按照釉料各组分的配比要求称取釉料原料,将称好的釉料的原料与适量水混合后加入球磨机中研磨,磨出的原料过200目筛,得到釉料料浆;
2)按照胎体各组分原料的配比要求进行配料,将配好的原料加入球磨机中研磨,磨出的原料过100目筛收集,备用;
3)将步骤2)中备用的粉料放入搅拌机内,并加入适量的水,搅拌30-40分钟,形成陶泥;
4)将陶泥灌入模具制作杯子泥坯,杯子泥坯晾干后,将杯子泥坯的边缘修整齐;
5)修好的杯子泥坯送入电窑炉烧成胎体,炉温在6小时从常温均匀升温至980℃,保持30分钟后,自然冷却至常温,制成胎体;
6)挑选出合格的胎体,将胎体浸入到步骤1)制备的釉料料浆中进行施釉,二次入窑烧制,即可得到钧瓷杯子。
(1)预热阶段:炉温在4小时从常温升温至600℃,保持1小时;
(2)高温阶段:炉温以45℃每小时的升温速度升至1225℃,保温12-14小时,自然降温至150℃时,即可出窑。
本发明的有益技术效果:本发明以高岭土、次生粘土为主料,添加牛骨粉、 铝钒土和麦饭石,牛骨粉可以起来助熔、增加热稳定性的作用,麦饭石是一种天然的药物矿石,富含多种微量元素,具有强大的吸附净水能力,能够吸附水中的重金属、有机物、细菌等多种有害物质,将其作为杯子的原料可以调节机体的新陈代谢,有健胃、利尿、保肝和防衰老作用,对人类大有益处。

实施例1
一种钧瓷杯子,由素胎和素胎表面的釉料烧结而成,所述的胎体各组分占胎体总量的质量百分比为:高岭土50%-70%、牛骨粉3%-5%、次生粘土10%-15%、铝钒土5%-10%、麦饭石5%-10%;
所述的釉料各组分占釉料总量的质量百分比为:黑药60%-80%、铁矿石5%-10%、钛铁矿3%-5%、铜矿石10%-15%、方解石5%-10%。
上述钧瓷杯子的烧制方法为,利用所述的胎体各组分原料烧制好胎体,然后将胎体浸入到釉料中完成施釉,晾干后再次烧制得到产品。

1.一种钧瓷杯子,由素胎和素胎表面的釉料烧结而成,其特征在于:所述的胎体各组分占胎体总量的质量百分比为:高岭土50%-70%、牛骨粉3%-5%、次生粘土10%-15%、铝钒土5%-10%、麦饭石5%-10%;
所述的釉料各组分占釉料总量的质量百分比为:黑药60%-80%、铁矿石5%-10%、钛铁矿3%-5%、铜矿石10%-15%、方解石5%-10%;
上述钧瓷杯子的烧制方法为,利用所述的胎体各组分原料烧制好胎体,然后将胎体浸入到釉料中完成施釉,晾干后再次烧制得到产品。
2.如权利要求1所述的钧瓷杯子的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
按照釉料各组分的配比要求称取釉料原料,将称好的釉料的原料与适量水混合后加入球磨机中研磨,磨出的原料过200目筛,得到釉料料浆;
按照胎体各组分原料的配比要求进行配料,将配好的原料加入球磨机中研磨,磨出的原料过100目筛收集,备用;
3)将步骤2)中备用的粉料放入搅拌机内,并加入适量的水,搅拌30-40分钟,形成陶泥;
4)将陶泥灌入模具制作杯子泥坯,杯子泥坯晾干后,将杯子泥坯的边缘修整齐;
5)修好的杯子泥坯送入电窑炉烧成胎体,炉温在6小时从常温均匀升温至980℃,保持30分钟后,自然冷却至常温,制成胎体;
6)挑选出合格的胎体,将胎体浸入到步骤1)制备的釉料料浆中进行施釉,二次入窑烧制,即可得到钧瓷杯子。
3.如权利要求2所述的钧瓷杯子胎体的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤6)中的烧制分为两个阶段:
(1)预热阶段:炉温在4小时从常温升温至600℃,保持1小时;
(2)高温阶段:炉温以45℃每小时的升温速度升至1225℃,保温12-14小时,自然降温至150℃时,即可出窑。
