Abstract
The invention relates to the field of electric power, in particular to a method and a system for detecting and alarming non-operation area intrusion of a transformer substation, which comprise the following steps: dividing a transformer substation area into: a working area and a non-working area; acquiring positioning information of an operator through a positioning system arranged in a transformer substation, and displaying a motion track on an electronic map according to the positioning information; when the positioning system detects that an operator invades a non-operation area, the alarm system arranged in the transformer substation sends alarm information, the video acquisition system arranged in the transformer substation acquires videos of an invasion place, the videos of the invasion place are played through the display, and the motion track of the corresponding operator is displayed through the electronic map, so that the monitoring of an operation site of the transformer substation is realized.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electric power, in particular to a method and a system for intrusion detection and alarm of a non-operation area of a transformer substation.
Background
The safety measures arranged in the transformer substation mainly isolate the operation area from the live operation area of equipment in the transformer substation in the modes of padlock, blocking, signboard setting, safety warning belt and the like, and prevent the harm to human bodies and power grid equipment caused by the fact that field operation personnel mistakenly enter the equipment operation area. acquiring positioning information of an operator through a positioning system arranged in a transformer substation, and displaying a motion track on an electronic map according to the positioning information;
when the positioning system detects that the operating personnel invades the non-operating area, the alarm system arranged in the transformer substation sends alarm information, the video acquisition system arranged in the transformer substation acquires videos of the invasion site, the videos of the invasion site are played through the display, and the movement track of the corresponding operating personnel is displayed through the electronic map.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for detecting and alarming intrusion in a non-operating area of a transformer substation, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
s1: dividing a transformer substation area into: a working area and a non-working area;
s2: acquiring positioning information of an operator through a positioning system arranged in a transformer substation, and displaying a motion track on an electronic map according to the positioning information;
s3: when the positioning system detects that the operating personnel invades the non-operating area, the alarm system arranged in the transformer substation sends alarm information, the video acquisition system arranged in the transformer substation acquires videos of the invasion site, the videos of the invasion site are played through the display, and the movement track of the corresponding operating personnel is displayed through the electronic map.
According to actual operation needs, the area of the transformer substation is divided into an operation area and a non-operation area. The operator can only perform work in a predetermined work area and cannot enter a non-work area. Due to the division of the operation area and the non-operation area, accidents caused by the fact that operators enter the non-operation area are avoided.
And the transformer substation is provided with a positioning system, and the positioning system can position the related operating personnel according to the labels carried by the operating personnel. The positioning system acquires the positioning information of the operator at intervals, connects the positioning information of two adjacent time points to obtain a motion track, displays the motion track on the electronic map, and can monitor the motion path of the operator.
After the working area and the non-working area are divided, the working area and the non-working area are respectively positioned by corresponding coordinates. Therefore, the positioning system can determine whether the operator is in the working area or the non-working area based on the positioning information of the operator. When the positioning system detects that the operating personnel invades the non-operation area, the alarm system arranged in the transformer substation sends alarm information, the video acquisition system arranged in the transformer substation acquires videos of an invasion place, the videos of the invasion place are played through the display, the movement track of the corresponding operating personnel is displayed through the electronic map, the monitoring of the operating personnel is realized, the alarm can be timely when the operating personnel enters the non-operation area, and the subsequent treatment is convenient for displaying the current condition.
In one embodiment, to further monitor the non-working area, the non-working area is divided into: alarm area, early warning area and shielding area. The alarm area and the early warning area are distinguished by adopting alarm modes of different degrees, and the shielding area is an area which is manually set and allows operators to temporarily enter.
In a defense deployment state, when a positioning system detects that an operator invades an alarm area, an alarm event is immediately uploaded, an area interface of the defense area on a comprehensive management platform flashes, if the defense area is configured with related alarm output and video recording functions, corresponding functions are immediately carried out, and a video which is being recorded is popped up; after the alarm of the target in the warning area is recovered, generating a log according to the motion track of the operating personnel and the corresponding video, and performing playback checking, wherein during the playback checking, the video and the motion track are played in two pictures simultaneously; and in the disarming state, no processing is performed, and the motion trail is displayed.
In the defense deployment state, when the positioning system detects that an operator invades the early warning area, the early warning reminding event is immediately uploaded, if the early warning area is configured with associated alarm output, the loudspeaker can be linked to play a record to warn the intruder to leave, but the video popup function is not performed, and the video is not stored. After the target alarm in the early warning area is recovered, the track is not subjected to playback processing; and in the disarming state, no processing is performed, and the motion trail is displayed.
In the defense deployment state, when the positioning system detects that the operating personnel invades the shielding area, the alarm system arranged in the transformer substation does not send alarm information, and the video acquisition system arranged in the transformer substation does not acquire videos of the invasion place.
In one embodiment, the positioning system sends different alarm messages according to the distance of operator intrusion, specifically:
when the positioning system detects that the invasion of the operator into the non-operation area exceeds a first time threshold and the crossing distance is greater than a first distance threshold, the alarm system sends a first-level alarm;
and when the positioning system detects that the operator invades the non-operation area and exceeds the second time threshold and the crossing distance is greater than the second distance threshold, the alarm system sends out a secondary alarm.
Typically, the first time threshold is 10 seconds, the first distance threshold is 30 centimeters, the second time threshold is 30 seconds, and the second distance threshold is 100 centimeters. It is understood that the first time threshold, the first distance threshold, the second time threshold, and the second distance threshold may be reset according to actual needs.
Wherein, the first-level alarm comprises: the alarm system sends out buzzing and illumination alarm signals, meanwhile, the work responsible person prompts the intrusion alarm to happen by individual soldiers, and the intrusion site is displayed through the electronic map.
Wherein, the secondary alarm includes: the alarm system broadcasts the names of the parties in a language, the parties are required to exit a non-operation area, and meanwhile, the working responsible person adds the images traced by the video acquisition system to the individual soldier.
It will be appreciated that the primary and secondary alarms are of different severity. During the secondary alarm, the distance and time of the operator to invade the non-operation area exceed the distance and time of the primary alarm, so accidents are more likely to occur, and the alarm level of the secondary alarm is higher than that of the primary alarm.
In view of the above-mentioned intrusion detection alarm method for a non-operating area of a transformer substation, this embodiment further provides an intrusion detection alarm system for a non-operating area of a transformer substation, as shown in fig. 2, including:
the transformer substation area dividing module is used for dividing a transformer substation area into an operation area and a non-operation area;
the positioning system is arranged on the transformer substation and used for acquiring positioning information of operating personnel;
the electronic map generates and displays a motion track according to the positioning information;
the alarm system is arranged on the transformer substation and used for sending alarm information when the positioning system detects that an operator invades the non-operation area;
the video acquisition system is arranged on the transformer substation and used for acquiring a video of an invasion place when the positioning system detects that an operator invades a non-operation area;
and the display is used for playing the video of the invasion place when the positioning system detects that the operator invades the non-operation area.
Specifically, the transformer substation area is divided into an operation area and a non-operation area by the area dividing module: aiming at the regional area of the transformer substation, arranging an entity safety measure according to the buried safety measure fixed hole and reserving a unique access channel; the method comprises the following steps that operators deploy a movable integrated safety measure boundary positioning device at key points of an entity safety measure corner in sequence; the maintenance personnel deploy movable integrated safety measure access and exit positioning devices at two ends of an exit of the entity safety measure; after deployment is completed, the system automatically generates a working area and a non-working area and takes effect.
In this embodiment, the positioning system employs a UWB positioning system, each worker wears a UWB positioning tag, and the UWB positioning system performs positioning according to the UWB positioning tag. The UWB positioning technology uses TDOA, i.e., the time difference of arrival principle, and measures the time difference of the propagation of the radio signal between the positioning tag and two different positioning base stations using the UWB positioning technology, thereby obtaining the distance difference between the positioning tag and four sets of positioning base stations. By using the TDOA technology, the positioning tags do not need to carry out reciprocating communication with the positioning base stations, and only the positioning tags need to transmit or receive UWB signals, so that higher positioning dynamic and positioning capacity can be achieved.
An Electronic map (digital map) is a map that is digitally stored and referred to using computer technology. In this embodiment, the principle that the electronic map generates and displays the motion trajectory according to the positioning information has been described in the above method embodiment, and thus is not described again.
In the embodiment, the alarm system comprises an audible and visual alarm device. On one hand, the sound-light alarm device can generate buzzing and illumination alarm signals, and on the other hand, the sound-light alarm device can predict and broadcast the front of the party to give an alarm.
In this embodiment, the video collection system includes the intelligent monitoring camera ball machine, when the positioning system detects that the operating personnel invades the non-operation area, sends the positioning information of the invasion event to the intelligent monitoring camera ball machine, and the intelligent monitoring camera ball machine adjusts the angle of shooting according to the positioning information and collects the video of the invasion place simultaneously, realizes video monitoring.

When the positioning system detects that the operating personnel invades the shielding area, the alarm system arranged in the transformer substation does not send alarm information, and the video acquisition system arranged in the transformer substation does not acquire videos of the invasion place.

when the positioning system detects that the operating personnel invades the non-operating area, the alarm system arranged in the transformer substation sends alarm information, the video acquisition system arranged in the transformer substation acquires videos of the invasion site, the videos of the invasion site are played through the display, and the movement track of the corresponding operating personnel is displayed through the electronic map.
