1. A transformer substation personnel safety management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
generating an electronic map of the transformer substation;
drawing a positioning area on an electronic map, wherein the positioning area comprises a full-range positioning area of a related range of a transformer substation, and a zero-dimensional positioning area is arranged at an entrance and an exit of the full-range positioning area and used for distinguishing whether the transformer substation enters or not and dividing an electronic fence in the full-range positioning area according to the management area grade of the transformer substation;
identifying the face of each person who enters the zero-dimensional positioning area and starts the access control system, finding a positioning tag corresponding to the person after the comparison is successful, establishing a connection with the positioning tag carried by the person on a mobile phone or a safety helmet, displaying the positioning tag on an electronic map, acquiring the management authority level of the person corresponding to the positioning tag, and marking the color on the electronic map according to the management authority level set by the positioning tag;
acquiring management authority of personnel corresponding to the positioning labels, and establishing an electronic fence library of an inaccessible area according to the accessible area and the inaccessible area in the management authority;
the method comprises the steps of tracking a positioning tag entering a full-range positioning area, judging the distance between the position of the positioning tag and the boundary of an electronic fence in an inaccessible area outside a management authority, sending an abnormal alarm when the positioning tag is in an early warning range of the electronic fence in the inaccessible area, and sending the abnormal alarm to a master control room and a handheld terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising calculating the time of the person entering and leaving the full-scope positioning area, and forming a motion trajectory of the person during the time, uploading the motion trajectory to an attendance system and automatically generating an attendance record in an attendance form.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein when there is an abnormal alarm, the identification color of the corresponding electronic tag on the electronic map is converted into an alarm color; and searching a camera at the nearest position of the electronic tag triggering the alarm, and calling a video picture for displaying.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic fence comprises a mouse-and-drag or a touch screen-and-slide on the electronic map to define the electronic fence, and the electronic fence is arbitrarily drawn on the electronic map in an unlimited number.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the electronic fence is provided with access permission levels and limits of the number of persons, the electronic tags in the electronic fence are subjected to permission judgment and screening, the electronic tags in the electronic fence are counted, and when an overtaking alarm and a missing alarm occur, an alarm is triggered.
6. The method according to claim 4, further comprising receiving the inspection task, obtaining personnel information in the inspection task, and modifying the authority range of the positioning tag corresponding to the personnel information in the inspection task according to the electronic fence corresponding to the inspection area in the inspection task;
the routing inspection method comprises the steps of setting an inspection route according to an inspection task, transmitting the inspection task to a handheld terminal of an inspection worker, and displaying the inspection route and the corresponding task;
acquiring the position and the track of the inspection personnel, comparing the position and the track with the inspection route, and sending a warning to a handheld terminal of the inspection personnel deviating from the inspection route and a master control room;
and acquiring the time of the inspection personnel reaching the inspection point, judging the time length, comparing the time length with the average value of the historical data corresponding to the inspection task, and sending out warning to the handheld terminal of the inspection personnel and the master control room.
7. A transformer substation personnel safety management system, characterized in that, this system includes:
the server is used for generating a substation electronic map;
drawing a positioning area on an electronic map, wherein the positioning area comprises a full-range positioning area of a related range of a transformer substation, and a zero-dimensional positioning area is arranged at an entrance and an exit of the full-range positioning area and used for distinguishing whether the transformer substation enters or not and dividing an electronic fence in the full-range positioning area according to the management area grade of the transformer substation;
identifying the face of each person who enters the zero-dimensional positioning area and starts the access control system, finding a positioning tag corresponding to the person after the comparison is successful, establishing a connection with the positioning tag carried by the person on a mobile phone or a safety helmet, displaying the positioning tag on an electronic map, acquiring the management authority level of the person corresponding to the positioning tag, and marking the color on the electronic map according to the management authority level set by the positioning tag;
acquiring management authority of personnel corresponding to the positioning labels, and establishing an electronic fence library of an inaccessible area according to the accessible area and the inaccessible area in the management authority;
tracking a positioning tag entering a full-range positioning area, judging the distance between the position of the positioning tag and the boundary of the electronic fence of the inaccessible area outside the management authority, and sending an abnormal alarm when the positioning tag is within the early warning range of the electronic fence of the inaccessible area;
the system comprises a plurality of positioning base stations, a server and a plurality of positioning base stations, wherein the positioning base stations cover a full-range positioning area, a zero-dimensional positioning area and an electronic fence, and the positioning base stations are communicated with each other;
and the positioning label acquires the information of the positioning label through the positioning base station.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the server counts the time of a person entering and leaving the full-scope positioning area, and forms a motion trajectory of the person during the time, and transmits the motion trajectory to the attendance system and automatically generates an attendance record in the attendance table.
9. The system of claim 7, further comprising a display system, wherein when an abnormal alarm occurs, the identification color of the corresponding electronic tag on the electronic map is converted into a warning color; the server searches for the camera closest to the electronic tag triggering the alarm, and calls a video picture to be displayed on the display system.
10. The system of claim 7, wherein the server is further configured to set an access permission level and a limit of the number of people for the electronic fence, determine and screen the permission of the electronic tags in the electronic fence, count the electronic tags in the electronic fence, and trigger an alarm when an overtime alarm or a short-of-person alarm occurs.
