Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an early warning system according to an embodiment of the present invention. An early warning alarm system comprising: the system comprises early warning equipment and a switch, wherein the switch is connected with a main control unit, a security camera, an RFID device and an LED display screen through a common network cable to form a micro local area network; the switch is connected with the 4G/5G antenna and is connected with the cloud server through the 4G/5G wireless transmission module; the cloud server is in wireless connection with the mobile terminal and the PC client.
The cloud server is accessed by adopting a 4G/5G communication mode, connection is established between the main control unit and the cloud server, the main control unit sends state information of each module, and the cloud server synchronizes operation information and alarm information of each device to mobile phone APP and PC client sides in real time. In the maintenance and debugging stage of the equipment, the equipment research and development technicians can dynamically acquire the operation information and the fault information of the equipment in real time, and the operation information and the fault information of the equipment are protected for the lasting and stable operation of the equipment. In addition, for the situation that the external network can be connected through 4G/5G in the operation process, the PC client, the mobile phone APP end and the WeChat end can subscribe the service of equipment operation state information and alarm information, the equipment operation state and fault information can be checked at any time and any place, and the operator at a station can flexibly and all-weather know and master the condition of the end part of the platform.
The early warning device is accessed into the station comprehensive supervision network through a microwave communication interface, and when the early warning device is accessed into the station comprehensive supervision network, a microwave point-to-point communication mode is adopted, so that the early warning device and the station local area network are successfully networked. Because microwave transmission is not limited by communication cables, the existing operation mechanism of the station platform cannot be influenced, and the microwave transmission system has the factors of high flexibility, low construction cost and short construction period, so that the equipment is flexible and simple to construct, install and deploy, and is easy to realize.
The microwave communication interface and the 4G/5G communication module adopt standardized and modular design, are adapted to different platform environments, and are flexible and convenient to configure and deploy; in the video monitoring, an accurate people number recognition algorithm is adopted, the number of people invading a platform is accurately counted, and an accurate alarm premise is provided for system alarm; the method comprises the steps of integrating the collected information of a security radar, RFID information and security camera video data, accurately analyzing and organizing intruders in a warning area, and forming a triggering system alarm event of an intrusion fact; the device has the functions of recording, storing and inquiring the alarm event linkage video, the associated video is stored in the hard disk of the device, and the terminal can inquire the alarm linkage video locally or remotely. The alarm data is stored in a local hard disk; the system keeps video data of the last three days and keeps video information of the intrusion events occurring in the last three months; the information that the platform staff enters the warning area is stored locally by the system and can be inquired according to the set time period.
The platform anti-intrusion alarm system can independently operate at the end part of the platform, and can also access a local area network or a public network according to a standard access network technology, so that the unified management and the centralized control of the equipment can be realized locally or at the cloud.
The early warning system analyzes the intrusion behavior of the platform in real time through the integration of data of the radar, the camera and the RFID device and makes corresponding actions. When suspected intrusion behaviors exist in the early warning area, the radar focuses on the intruder, meanwhile, the camera performs video recording preparation, the number of people in the video is counted, the integrity of video recording when the intrusion fact occurs is guaranteed, and the RFID reads staff data in the warning area in real time; when the number of intruders detected by the radar in the warning area is more than that of employee data read by the RFID, generating an alarm and recording a video; when the radar detects that the intruder evacuates from the boundary area, the alarm disappears, and the video stops recording; through the cooperative prevention joint control among the radar, the RFID device and the camera, the invasion fact is accurately identified, the sensitivity of the system is increased to the maximum extent, and false alarm and missed alarm are avoided.
In the early warning alarm system, the communication media adopted by the main control unit and other information acquisition units are two types: network cable and serial port cable. The security radar and the acousto-optic alarm are connected with a USB interface of the main control board through a USB switching port line, and the alarm sound box is connected with an audio interface of the main control board through an audio line.
The main control unit, the network camera, the RFID device and the LED are connected with the switch through a common network cable to form a micro local area network, so that the industrial control all-in-one machine can acquire data and control the network equipment through the IP address set by each equipment; the radar is connected with the industrial control all-in-one machine through a USB-to-232 serial port line and sends detected information to the industrial control computer in real time; the sound equipment is directly connected with a USB interface of the industrial personal computer and is used for controlling the voice prompt information of the alarm; the audible and visual alarm is connected with the industrial personal computer through a USB interface, and the alarm whistle is controlled by controlling the on and off of a normally open relay at the alarm whistle.
The cloud server can be used for checking the working state of the front-end equipment of the system in real time and warning data, and can also be used for remote operation and maintenance and technical support. The cloud server software adopts a B/S architecture, and multi-user multi-terminal access to the cloud server is facilitated. The server software functions are: the platform manager or operation and maintenance personnel can know the state information and the alarm information of the intrusion device at the end part of the whole station in real time; the cloud server calls the video monitoring data and can participate in search and rescue actions of emergency personnel; the cloud service login has a user authority management function, different user authorities are set, and the user can maintain corresponding equipment.

Claims (10)

1. An early warning method, comprising the steps of:

the security camera and the security radar collect the movable objects entering the warning area range, and the main control unit identifies the identities and the number of the movable objects; the RFID equipment collects the information of the staff entering the warning area range, and counts the number of the staff;
the main control unit processes the collected information to judge whether illegal invasion exists, if the number of the moving objects is larger than the number of the staff, the security camera collects video information in a warning area range, and the early warning unit sends out early warning or warning signals.
2. The warning method according to claim 1, wherein the security camera monitors the warning area with a double camera without dead angles.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the main control unit has an image recognition function and a display function, the image recognition function identifies whether the platform is a person, a train or an animal, and determines the number of intruders; the display function displays corresponding prompt information in real time; the early warning unit has acousto-optic warning and voice warning functions.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein when a person enters the warning area, a warning prompt is issued; the master control unit simultaneously detects the number of people in the warning area for the data of the RFID equipment, the security camera and the security radar, and if the number of people collected by the security camera or the security radar is larger than the number of people collected by the RFID equipment, an alarm prompt is sent out.
5. An early warning apparatus, characterized in that the early warning method according to any one of claims 1 to 4 is applied, comprising: the RFID equipment (3) is used for identifying staff information entering a set warning area and counting staff number information; the security camera (2), the security camera (2) adopts double cameras to collect image information in the warning area; the security radar (9), the security radar (9) is used for monitoring whether an object enters and moves in a warning area covered by the radar, and identifying an invading object;

the early warning device adopts a double-battery power supply system.

The early warning device according to claim 5, wherein the main control unit (7) is an industrial control all-in-one machine, is provided with a quad-core CPU, a 4G memory, a 256G SSD solid state disk and is provided with an LED display screen (8), the LED display screen (8) is a 10-inch touch screen, and the LED display screen (8) is used for inquiring the working state of each information acquisition terminal, pre-warning or warning arming and disarming, pre-warning or warning prompt information setting and warning area range setting; and meanwhile, configuring parameters of the early warning device.
