The intelligent electric power security system can comprehensively control the situation that irrelevant personnel, small animals and foreign matters enter a substation switch yard in real time, timely inform on-duty personnel or monitoring personnel to drive away the personnel or the monitoring personnel, effectively protect equipment and a power grid to safely and stably operate, reduce the expenditure of manpower cost, and simultaneously remotely monitor the operation range of the switch yard operation personnel in real time, ensure that the operation personnel are in a safe operation area and ensure the personal safety of the operation personnel.

When external personnel, animals and foreign matters enter a switching field of the transformer substation, the safety and the reliability of the human body and main equipment are seriously endangered, the field condition can be known only after an accident occurs, and the advance prejudgment on the switching field condition cannot be carried out. On the other hand, in a switch yard, the situation that an operator leaves an operation area without permission and enters a live area occurs, which brings great hidden danger to the personal safety and the equipment safety, but is limited by the quality of the field personnel and the device, and cannot be effectively prevented in time. Meanwhile, the abnormal operation of the equipment, such as temperature rise, cannot be perceived through video images. Therefore, the current transformer substation video monitoring equipment carries out image monitoring on important equipment, is only limited to sense and stop at the known state, and can not remotely carry out prejudgment and warning on conditions such as small animal invasion, equipment temperature abnormity, working personnel entering a charged area beyond the working range and the like.

The intelligent electric power security system comprises a camera which is arranged on the site of the transformer substation and connected with the remote monitoring end.
The on-site monitoring system is an infrared detector, the infrared detector is connected with an encoder capable of compressing and encoding infrared images, the encoder is in wireless communication with the server center, and the server center is provided with a DSP decoder for decoding and processing the infrared images.
The remote monitoring end is provided with a control unit, a memory, a database unit and a display screen, wherein the database unit and the display screen are respectively connected with the memory, and an animal form model and a human form model are prestored in the database unit.
The on-site monitoring system also comprises a sensor which senses the temperature of the local point of the power converter.
The remote monitoring terminal is provided with a short message module, the short message module is connected with the control unit, and the short message module is in wireless communication with the mobile phone client.
The on-site monitoring system is an access control system.
The on-site monitoring system is a rainfall detector.
The intelligent electric power security system can comprehensively control the situation that irrelevant personnel, small animals and foreign matters enter a substation switch yard in real time, timely inform on-duty personnel or monitoring personnel to drive away the personnel, effectively protect equipment and a power grid to operate safely and stably, and reduce the expenditure of labor cost. Meanwhile, the working range of the switching field operators is monitored remotely in real time, so that the operators can not leave respective working areas without permission, and the personal safety of the operators is ensured.

As shown in fig. 2, the on-site monitoring system of the present invention can be a pulse electronic fence, the substation site is provided with a camera connected to the remote monitoring end, the enclosure of the substation switch yard is provided with a pulse electronic fence to prohibit outsiders from crossing the enclosure and animals from intruding at any time so as to ensure the safe operation of equipment in the area, when a person illegally climbs over the enclosure or is damaged or an animal approaches, the pulse electronic fence host actively finishes transmission immediately after receiving a signal sent by the front end, the front-end signal is transmitted to the remote monitoring end through the server center, the remote monitoring end controls the camera on the site to be rapidly adjusted to a preset position, and the LED lamp arranged on the camera is linked to illuminate the invaded area, so that the clear warning picture can be transmitted to the remote monitoring end of the sentry box even at dark night, meanwhile, the remote monitoring end controls the on-site warning lamp to immediately emit warning light and sound to drive. The camera and the remote monitoring terminal can be connected in a wired or wireless communication mode. In this case, the field detection system may also be an access control system that warns of foreign persons who are unauthorized to enter by the access control.
In the field operation of the transformer substation, operators in a switch yard sometimes leave a safe operation area without permission and enter a live area, and great hidden dangers are brought to personal safety and equipment safety. In the invention, a virtual electronic fence can be set in the camera background system as a safe working area, the boundary of the area is the virtual electronic fence, when a worker crosses the virtual electronic fence, the worker can be warned by a warning lamp in a voice mode, and the worker can be effectively prevented from entering the electrified area by mistake. In the invention, an electrified area can be defined around the equipment through the virtual electronic fence, workers work outside the electrified area, and when the virtual electronic fence is crossed and enters the electrified area, the voice warning is generated by the warning lamp, so that the bidirectional warning can be realized by crossing the virtual electronic fence.
As shown in fig. 3, the on-site monitoring system of the present invention is an infrared detector, the infrared detector is connected with an encoder, the encoder is in wireless communication with a server center, and the server center is provided with a DSP decoder. When people or animals move in a switch yard of the transformer substation, the difference between the heat radiation of an invader and the heat radiation of a monitoring area is formed into an infrared image through an infrared detector, the infrared image is compressed and encoded through an encoder, and is transmitted to a server center through a wireless communication network, the infrared image decoding processing is completed through a DSP decoder by adopting a DSP technology, and the infrared image is restored and presented at a remote monitoring end in real time. The remote monitoring end of the invention is provided with a control unit, a memory, a database unit connected with the memory and a display screen connected with the memory, the decoded infrared image is stored in the memory, and comparing and analyzing the infrared image with the data model pixel prestored in the database unit, intelligently identifying the shot infrared image as a small animal or a human body, wherein the data model prestored in the database unit is various animal shape models and human body shape models, when the infrared image is identified as a person, the information is filtered without alarming, when the infrared image is identified as an animal, the control unit of the remote monitoring end controls the alarm lamp on site to make the alarm lamp emit alarm light and sound within 800ms for driving, such as high-frequency electric wave for driving animals, therefore, the power grid outage and equipment damage events caused by the fact that small animals break into the live equipment (the main transformer and the switch cabinet) are avoided. As shown in fig. 4, the on-site monitoring system of the present invention may further include a sensor, the infrared detector photographs the power station environment, the sensor senses the temperature of the local point of the power converter, the infrared image and the sensor data are compressed and encoded by the encoder, and transmitted to the server center through the wireless communication network, the DSP technology is adopted to complete the decoding process of the infrared image by the DSP decoder, and the remote monitoring end restores and presents the infrared image in real time, and performs the picture analysis and comparison of microclimate around the power converter, including: temperature, humidity, smog, other hot point sources such as intelligent recognition equipment generate heat or spark, and the temperature difference sensitivity is within about 0.3 degree, surpasss the temperature value and carries out the early warning and notifies the watch man to monitor the maintenance, accomplishes early warning in advance and handles. The field detection system of the invention can also comprise a rainfall detector which monitors the rainfall in the switch yard so as to make early warning judgment.

In addition, the intelligent electric power security system can also realize cross-region remote control and hierarchical management, so that a plurality of controlled sites and superior management departments form a closely-connected system, and unified command and unified management are facilitated.
The intelligent electric power security system can comprehensively control the situation that irrelevant personnel, small animals and foreign matters enter a substation switch yard in real time, timely inform on-duty personnel or monitoring personnel to drive away the personnel, effectively protect equipment and a power grid to operate safely and stably, and reduce the expenditure of labor cost.
