For example, the alarm is given, including giving an alarm sound, controlling an alarm lamp to be constantly on or flashing, giving a remote alarm signal, and the like. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the method for early warning of near electricity includes the following steps: acquiring environmental information; and judging whether the environmental information meets the preset near-electricity environment early warning condition or not, and if so, giving an alarm. According to the near-electricity early warning method, when the environmental information accords with any one of a plurality of early warning sources, the alarm is given, so that the technical problems that the traditional near-electricity early warning technology can only carry out near-electricity early warning on single equipment and cannot identify the plurality of early warning sources are solved, the approaching warning function of a plurality of electronic fences in a large number of dangerous areas can be realized, a user is safer, the working danger of the user can be reduced, and the near-electricity early warning method is particularly suitable for being used in a line inspection process and large engineering areas. For example, a user carries a near-electricity early warning device with the user, the near-electricity early warning device is provided with a rechargeable battery, the near-electricity early warning device acquires environment information, and an alarm is given when the environment information meets preset near-electricity environment early warning conditions.
That is, the conventional near-electricity early warning technology adopts the method that when the device approaches a specific early warning source, the device performs near-electricity early warning on a single device in the early warning source, but the device performs the warning by respectively dealing with a plurality of early warning sources as long as one early warning source is met, so that various flexible, effective, accurate and safe applications can be realized, and the embodiment is continuously given below for explanation.
For example, obtaining environmental information includes obtaining environmental information via an inductive sensor and/or a video monitor; for example, the environmental information is acquired through an inductance sensor and/or a video monitor which are carried around; for another example, the environmental information is acquired by an inductive sensor, a video monitor and/or a data acquisition unit in a production area or a working area; in another example, the environment information is obtained by the mobile terminal. For example, the mobile terminal includes a mobile phone, an ultrasonic detector, a ground electric wave detector, and/or an infrared detector. For example, the data collector includes an ultrasonic sensor, a ground wave sensor, an infrared sensor, a side temperature sensor and/or a high frequency pulse current (HFCT) sensor. For another example, the acquiring of the environmental information includes acquiring the environmental information in an inductance detection sensing mode, a mobile positioning mode and/or a video online monitoring mobile mode.
For example, after each time the environment information is acquired, the method further comprises the following steps: supplementing the current environment information to a historical environment information database, and generating an action track according to the generated historical environment information database; for example, the near-electricity early warning method further comprises the following steps: sending the action track, for example to a mobile terminal or a server; for example, the near-electricity early warning method further comprises the following steps: and judging whether the action track is in a preset path range or not, and otherwise, alarming.
For example, the environment information comprises wireless signal environment information, and when the wireless signal environment information is acquired, an alarm is given when the wireless signal environment information is judged to meet a preset near-electricity environment early warning condition; for example, polling a plurality of early warning sources in the preset near electricity early warning condition, and when the wireless signal environment information conforms to any early warning source, alarming. For example, the early warning source sends a wireless signal, and the near electric early warning device obtains the wireless signal, that is, the near electric early warning device receives the wireless signal of the early warning source, it can also be understood that the near electric early warning device obtains wireless signal environment information including the wireless signal, polls a plurality of early warning sources in the preset near electric early warning condition, and gives an alarm when the wireless signal environment information conforms to any early warning source.
As another example, the environment information further includes video motion detection environment information, and an alarm is given when the environment information is judged to meet a preset near-electricity environment condition, further including the following steps: and judging whether the video mobile detection environment information is in a non-working area, if so, determining that the environment information accords with a preset near-electricity environment condition, and alarming. For example, a path range is preset according to a working area and a non-working area, and an alarm is given when the video motion detection environment information is judged not to be in the path range. And if the video mobile detection environment information exceeds the boundary of the working area, determining that the environment information meets the preset near-electricity environment condition and giving an alarm. Therefore, when the user enters a non-working area by mistake or exceeds the boundary of the working area, the alarm can be given in time.

For example, when any early warning source is detected, the self information of the user is acquired; and then, alarming when the self information is judged to accord with the preset near-electricity position early warning condition. This has the advantage of saving power consumption and thus better providing longer term safety protection. One example is a near-electricity warning method, which includes the following steps: presetting a path range and a plurality of early warning sources in the path range; acquiring environment information according to a preset path range; alarming when the environment information is judged to accord with the preset near-electricity environment early warning condition; wherein, judge and report to the police when environmental information accords with and presets nearly electric environment condition, specifically include the following step: and polling the plurality of early warning sources in the preset path range, and giving an alarm when the environmental information accords with any early warning source, so that the polling comparison alarm efficiency can be greatly improved, and when the environmental information of a user accords with any early warning source in the preset path range, the alarm can be given in time or even early warning is given in advance, and the method is particularly suitable for fixed path patrol.

For another example, before obtaining the self-information of the user, the near-electricity early warning method further includes the steps of: the method comprises the following steps that a safety helmet and an identity card are respectively provided with a near-electricity early warning device, wherein the near-electricity early warning device comprises a controller, a near-electricity early warning chip and an ultra-wideband (UWB) chip, and the near-electricity early warning chip and the UWB chip are connected with the controller; the method comprises the steps of acquiring self information of a user, specifically acquiring the self information of the user through a near-electricity early warning device of a safety helmet and a near-electricity early warning device of an identity card respectively; for another example, before obtaining the self-information of the user, the near-electricity early warning method further includes the steps of: arranging a near-electricity early warning device on the mobile phone; the method for acquiring the self information of the user further comprises the step of acquiring the self information of the user through a near-electricity early warning device of the mobile phone. For example, the near-electricity early warning device or the mobile phone has a rechargeable battery, and the near-electricity early warning device acquires environmental information and gives an alarm when the environmental information meets preset near-electricity environmental early warning conditions.
For example, for overhead line tower construction, the acquiring of the self information of the user includes acquiring the self information of the user through a near-electricity early-warning device of a mobile phone, and specifically includes that a mobile phone sleeve type near-electricity early-warning device is sleeved on the mobile phone and matched with a mobile phone APP and GPS positioning to acquire the self information of the user; for another example, for the work of the transformer substation, the obtaining of the self information of the user includes comparing the multi-dimensional information of the near electric early warning device of the safety helmet, the near electric early warning device of the identity card and the near electric early warning device of the mobile phone through the near electric early warning device of the safety helmet, the near electric early warning device of the identity card and the near electric early warning device of the mobile phone respectively in cooperation with the server and the UWB positioning, so as to obtain the self information of the user.
In one embodiment, the self information further includes current dressing information; after self information of a user is acquired, the near-electricity early warning method further comprises the following steps: alarming when the self information is judged to accord with preset dressing early warning conditions; for example, when the current dressing information in the self information is judged to accord with the preset dressing early warning condition, an alarm is given. Therefore, when the user wears the protective clothing, whether the current dressing meets the dressing requirement can be automatically judged, and when the current dressing does not meet the dressing requirement, namely the current dressing information in the self information meets the preset dressing early warning condition, an alarm is given. For example, the preset dressing warning condition includes whether to activate at least two positioning tag devices, where each positioning tag device is configured to provide positioning tag information; the preset dressing early warning condition further comprises whether the distance between any two positioning label devices is larger than a preset distance threshold value, for example, the preset distance threshold value is 10 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm or 60 cm, the three-point three-dimensional positioning can be well realized through the enough preset distance threshold value, the positioning precision is favorably improved, and the problem that the positioning precision is reduced due to the fact that a single positioning label device is shielded is solved. For another example, the preset dressing early warning condition further includes whether positioning label devices in a plurality of specific positions are worn in place, for example, whether helmets, protective clothing, gloves and/or shoes are worn in place, which is beneficial to further reducing the work risk of users, and multi-point positioning avoids the problem of positioning accuracy reduction caused by shielding, and the density of the positioning base station does not need to be increased. For example, RFID tags are provided on a helmet, an identification card (i.e., a work card), a work suit, and/or a safety belt, respectively.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, a user's safety helmet, work card, work clothes, safety belt, gloves, and insulating shoes are respectively provided with a positioning tag or a proximity sensor for providing positioning tag information, and each positioning base station determines whether the user is located in a safety area outside an electronic fence according to the wireless positioning tag information, and gives an alarm when the user leaves the safety area and enters the electronic fence or crosses the electronic fence.
In one embodiment, the self information further includes current behavior information; after self information of a user is acquired, the near-electricity early warning method further comprises the following steps: alarming when the self information is judged to accord with the preset behavior early warning condition; for example, the current behavior information is obtained by acquiring current sensor information and combining the sensor information; for example, when the current behavior information in the self information is judged to accord with the preset behavior early warning condition, an alarm is given. Therefore, when the user has abnormal behaviors, whether the current behaviors meet the behavior requirements or not can be automatically judged, and when the current behaviors do not meet the behavior requirements, namely the current behavior information in the self information meets the preset dressing early warning conditions, an alarm is given. As an example, the predetermined behavior warning condition may include too fast or too slow speed, abnormal position of the limb, and/or deviation from a predetermined path range, for example, the user may suddenly run fast, the user may suddenly fall down, and/or the user may leave a certain area during working hours. Therefore, when abnormal behaviors occur under the condition that the user voluntarily or involuntarily, the alarm can be given in time, so that the user behaviors are normalized or the user in danger is rescued in time.
In one embodiment, the environment information is acquired when the action is determined to occur, for example, when no change occurs in video monitoring, the step of acquiring the environment information does not need to be executed; for another example, when the sensor is not changed, the step of acquiring the environmental information is not required to be executed; both for the monitoring of the positioning base station and for the monitoring of the user's own equipment, respectively. Therefore, the user does not need to acquire the environmental information when the user is stationary, so that the energy can be saved, the energy consumption can be reduced, and the service life can be prolonged. In one embodiment, the near-electricity early warning method further comprises the following steps: and stopping obtaining the environmental information when the static state lasts for the preset time period. For example, when the static state is determined to continue for a preset time period, the acquisition of the environment information is stopped, and when the motion is determined to occur, the acquisition of the environment information is determined. For example, the preset time period is 5 seconds, 10 seconds, or 30 seconds, and if the still continues for 5 seconds, 10 seconds, or 30 seconds, the acquisition of the environmental information is stopped, and once the operation occurs, the acquisition of the environmental information is started. For example, the motion includes upper and lower limb motion. For another example, the action is implemented by a sensor, for example, the sensor is a vibration sensor, and when the vibration amplitude is greater than a vibration threshold, the action is determined to occur, otherwise, the user is determined to be stationary, that is, the user is in a stationary state. For example, when the static state is determined to continue for a preset time period, the acquisition of the environment information is stopped, the sleep state is entered, and when the action is determined to occur in the sleep state, the environment information is started to acquire.
In one embodiment, the near-electricity early warning method further comprises the following steps: when the wireless charging signal is sensed, charging is carried out. For example, a battery of a related device such as a near-electricity early warning device or a near-electricity early warning device is wirelessly charged through a wireless charging coil structure. Therefore, the maintenance time can be prolonged, and a user does not need to worry about the electric quantity and only needs to directly use the electric quantity. For example, in the near-electricity warning method, the acquiring of the environment information further includes acquiring an environment wireless charging signal, and the near-electricity warning method further includes: and wirelessly charging the battery of the near-electricity early warning device or the near-electricity early warning device by adopting an environment wireless charging signal.
For example, a near-electricity early warning device is implemented by using any one of the above-mentioned near-electricity early warning methods, for example, the near-electricity early warning device includes a functional module for executing any one of the above-mentioned near-electricity early warning methods, and for example, the near-electricity early warning device includes an execution module for executing any one of the above-mentioned near-electricity early warning methods; for example, a near-electricity warning device, comprising: the device comprises an environmental information acquisition unit, a judgment unit and an alarm unit; the environment information acquisition unit is used for acquiring environment information; the judging unit is used for judging whether the environment information meets the preset near-electricity environment early warning condition or not; the alarm unit is used for giving an alarm when the environment information accords with a preset near-electricity environment early warning condition; the judging unit comprises a polling module and a comparing module; the polling module is used for polling a plurality of early warning sources in the preset near-electricity early warning condition; the comparison module is used for comparing the environmental information with each early warning source respectively. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the near-electricity early warning device includes an environmental information acquisition unit, a judgment unit, and an alarm unit; the environment information acquisition unit is used for acquiring environment information; the judgment unit is connected with the environmental information acquisition unit and used for judging whether the environmental information meets the preset near-electricity environment early warning condition or not; the alarm unit is connected with the judgment unit and used for giving an alarm when the environment information accords with a preset near-electricity environment early warning condition; the judging unit comprises a polling module and a comparison module, and the comparison module is respectively connected with the alarm unit, the polling module and the environmental information acquisition unit; the polling module is used for polling a plurality of early warning sources in the preset near-electricity early warning condition; the comparison module is used for comparing the environmental information with each early warning source respectively. For example, the near-electricity early warning device further comprises a self-information acquisition unit, which is used for acquiring self-information of the user; wherein the self information comprises at least two positioning label information; for example, the self information acquiring unit is configured to acquire at least two positioning tag information, for example, acquiring the at least two positioning tag information in an infrared manner or an RFID manner; the judging unit is also used for judging whether the self information meets the pre-set near-electricity position early warning condition; the alarm unit is also used for giving an alarm when the self information accords with the preset near-electricity position early-warning condition. For example,
for example, the near-electricity early warning device or the near-electricity warning device takes the detection of the electric field intensity as a basis to prevent the safety risks of a user entering a live interval, a non-power-off station area and the like by mistake; for another example, the influence of the human body approaching the live equipment on the electric field is also considered, the alarm accuracy and sensitivity of the equipment are improved, and the false alarm is avoided; for example, aiming at the construction operation scene of the overhead line tower of the distribution network, on the basis of utilizing a near-electricity alarm, a working area and a non-working area are divided by combining a video mobile detection alarm technology, so that the comprehensive alarm that a worker enters the non-working area or crosses a boundary is realized; for another example, a field operation safety risk management and control system is developed, field operation safety analysis management and control software is developed, the management and control software is installed on a field centralized processing terminal, operation guides are automatically generated and are in video and voice communication with the rear part, so that workers are guided to gradually carry out work, the completion condition of each step is recorded in the forms of video recording, picture taking and the like, and after all work is completed, a recording file can be exported for checking, standardizing and managing operation behaviors, and illegal operation is avoided.
In another embodiment of the invention, the accuracy of the near-electricity alarm is improved by utilizing a comprehensive near-electricity triggering intelligent alarm device of the technologies of video mobile detection, video voice communication, working area boundary positioning and the like.
