For example, whether the distribution box 100 leaks electricity is judged by judging whether a voltage signal can be collected from the box body of the distribution box 100 and the voltage signal is greater than a preset voltage threshold, if the voltage signal is collected from the box body of the distribution box 100 by the voltage signal collector 102 and the voltage signal is greater than the preset voltage threshold, the controller 103 can judge that the distribution box 100 has the phenomenon of electricity leakage, and the preset voltage threshold can be set according to the maximum voltage that a human body can bear. The voltage signal is obtained simply, complex judgment logic is not needed, the result of the electric leakage phenomenon of the distribution box 100 can be obtained as long as the voltage signal is greater than the preset voltage threshold, and the early warning efficiency of the distribution box 100 can be improved.
In one embodiment, the power distribution box 100 further comprises a temperature sensor 107 and a humidity sensor 108, wherein the temperature sensor 107 and the humidity sensor 108 are both connected to the controller 103,
the temperature sensor 107 is used for acquiring temperature data in the box body of the distribution box 100;
the humidity sensor 108 is used for acquiring humidity data in the box body of the distribution box 100;
and the controller 103 is further configured to regulate and control the working environment in the box body to a target state according to the temperature data and the humidity data, and the target state is used for reducing the risk level of the leakage event.
Wherein, the risk grade of the electric leakage event can be determined according to the magnitude of the voltage signal on the box body of the distribution box 100, and the larger the voltage signal, the higher the risk grade is, which means that the distribution box 100 is more dangerous. For example, the risk level of the leakage event is classified into five levels, the risk level of the five levels is the highest, the four levels are lower than the five levels, and the like. In addition, when an electrical leakage event occurs, the environment in which the electrical distribution box 100 is located may also aggravate or reduce the risk level of the electrical leakage event to some extent.
Illustratively, a temperature sensor 107 and a humidity sensor 108 are further disposed in the distribution box 100 and are respectively used for constantly acquiring temperature data and humidity data in the distribution box 100 to regulate and control a working environment in the box according to the temperature data and the humidity data, for example, when the temperature sensor 107 obtains that the temperature in the distribution box 100 is higher than a preset temperature threshold, the controller 103 may control to turn on a cooling device, such as a fan, in the distribution box 100 to cool the distribution box 100, so as to regulate and control the working environment of the distribution box 100 to a target state, and if the risk level of the leakage event is four levels before the temperature of the distribution box 100 is not lowered, the temperature of the distribution box 100 may be lowered to three levels or two levels. For another example, when the humidity sensor 108 obtains that the humidity in the distribution box 100 is higher than the preset humidity threshold, the controller 103 may control to turn on a dehumidification device in the distribution box 100 to dehumidify the distribution box 100, so as to regulate the working environment of the distribution box 100 to a target state, and if the risk level of the leakage event is four levels before the dehumidification of the distribution box 100 is not performed, the dehumidification of the distribution box 100 may be performed before the leakage event is reduced to three levels or two levels. For example, the locator 109 is, for example, a GPS locating device, which may be disposed inside the distribution box 100 or outside the distribution box 100, and the locator 109 and the controller 103 may perform wired or wireless communication, so that the controller 103 can transmit the position information of the distribution box 100 to the target terminal through the communication antenna after outputting the warning information, so as to prompt the user of the target terminal 300 to perform a maintenance operation on the distribution box 100 according to the position information of the distribution box 100. It should be noted that, as long as the controller 103 determines that the electric leakage phenomenon exists in the distribution box 100, a maintenance request can be sent to the user of the target terminal device 300 without being limited by whether or not the pre-warning object exists.
In one embodiment, a power distribution box early warning method is further provided, and the method includes:
step S202, detecting the opening side of the distribution box to obtain a detection result, and judging whether an early warning object exists on the opening side of the distribution box according to the detection result;
step S204, if an early warning object exists, judging whether the distribution box has an electric leakage phenomenon according to whether a box body of the distribution box is electrified;
and S206, if the distribution box has an electric leakage phenomenon, outputting early warning information, wherein the early warning information is used for prompting an early warning object to be far away from the distribution box.
The method is suitable for the distribution box, and the method is executed for the functional module corresponding to the distribution box, so that the method is not described in detail herein based on the above description of the functions of each functional module of the distribution box.
In one embodiment, there is also provided an electrical box 100 warning system, comprising: the distribution box 100, the control server 400, and the terminal device 300 are connected in communication with each other.
The control server 400 may be implemented by a separate server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers. The terminal device 300 may be a smart phone, a smart band, a smart headset, a personal computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, and a portable wearable device. The distribution box 100 can transmit all the acquired data such as voltage, current, temperature, humidity and images to the control server 400, and the control server 400 can also issue corresponding instructions according to the data uploaded by the distribution box 100 to control the distribution box 100 to perform corresponding operations. The distribution box 100 may also transmit a maintenance request or the like to the terminal device 300, and the user of the terminal device 300 performs an operation such as maintenance of electric leakage to the distribution box 100. This is not limited in this application.

1. An electrical box, characterized in that the electrical box comprises: the human body infrared sensor, the voltage signal collector, the controller and the alarm are all electrically connected with the controller,
the human body infrared sensor is used for carrying out human body infrared detection on the opening side of the distribution box and transmitting a detection result to the controller;
the voltage signal collector is used for collecting a voltage signal on the distribution box body and transmitting a collection result to the controller;
the controller is used for judging whether an early warning object exists on the side of the opening of the distribution box according to the detection result;
the controller is further used for judging whether the distribution box has electric leakage phenomenon or not according to the acquisition result under the condition that the early warning object exists, and outputting early warning information to the alarm under the condition that the distribution box has the electric leakage phenomenon, wherein the early warning information is used for prompting that the early warning object is far away from the distribution box.
2. The electrical box of claim 1, further comprising an image collector coupled to the controller,
the image collector is used for collecting the image on the opening side of the distribution box according to the indication of the controller;
the controller is further used for receiving the image and determining the identity type of the early warning object according to the image.
3. The electrical box of claim 2, further comprising a communications antenna, wherein the controller is further configured to report the identity category to a control server via the communications antenna and to receive a lid operating instruction matching the identity category from the control server, wherein the lid operating instruction is configured to instruct the lid to open or close.
4. The distribution box according to claim 1, wherein the human body infrared sensor is specifically configured to receive an infrared signal with a specific wavelength, and to enhance the infrared signal and focus the enhanced infrared signal on an infrared sensing source to obtain a detection result.
5. The electrical distribution box of claim 4, wherein the controller is specifically configured to determine that an early warning object exists on the open side of the electrical distribution box when the detection result is that the infrared induction source discharges charges outwards.
6. The distribution box of claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to determine that there is a leakage phenomenon in the distribution box when the voltage signal collector collects a voltage signal from the distribution box body and the voltage signal is greater than a preset voltage threshold.
7. The electrical box of claim 3, further comprising a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor, both connected to the controller,
the temperature sensor is used for acquiring temperature data in the distribution box body;
the humidity sensor is used for acquiring humidity data in the distribution box body;
the controller is further used for regulating and controlling the working environment in the box body to a target state according to the temperature data and the humidity data, and the target state is used for reducing the risk level of the electric leakage event.
8. The electrical box of claim 7, further comprising a positioner coupled to the controller,
the positioner is used for acquiring the position information of the distribution box;
the controller is also used for sending a maintenance request to the target terminal equipment through the communication antenna after the early warning information is output, wherein the maintenance request comprises the position information of the distribution box so as to prompt a user of the target terminal equipment to perform maintenance operation on the distribution box according to the position information of the distribution box.
9. A distribution box early warning method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
detecting the opening side of the distribution box to obtain a detection result, and judging whether an early warning object exists on the opening side of the distribution box according to the detection result;
if the early warning object exists, judging whether the distribution box has an electric leakage phenomenon according to whether a box body of the distribution box is electrified;
if the distribution box has the electric leakage phenomenon, early warning information is output and used for prompting that the early warning object is far away from the distribution box.
10. A panelboard warning system, said system comprising: the distribution box, the control server and the terminal equipment are in communication connection.
