As shown in figures 1-5, the efficient hand-protecting detergent disclosed by the invention comprises the main active components, by mass, 10-20 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 10-20 parts of alkyl glycoside, 10-20 parts of dodecyl dimethyl betaine, 5-10 parts of coconut fatty acid diethanolamine, 5-10 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.1-1.5 parts of sodium dimethyl benzene sulfonate, 1-10 parts of propylene glycol, 0.1-1 part of citrus essential oil, 5-10 parts of particle plastic balls, 0.1-1 part of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 0.1-1 part of citric acid and 50-58 parts of deionized water; the preparation method of the efficient hand-protecting liquid detergent comprises the following steps:
s1: adding 50-58 parts of metered deionized water, adding 0.1-1 part of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, and starting stirring until the materials are completely dissolved; the disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate chelates the metal ions in the deionized water, so that the cleaning effect of the detergent is improved;
s2: after the material is completely dissolved in S1; adding 0.1-1.5 parts of sodium dimethyl benzene sulfonate and 1-10 parts of propylene glycol, and continuously stirring until the materials are completely dissolved; mixing the above components;
s3: stirring the added components in S2 until the components are completely dissolved, heating to 40-50 ℃, adding 10-20 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 10-20 parts of alkyl glycoside, 10-20 parts of dodecyl dimethyl betaine, 5-10 parts of coconut fatty acid diethanol amine, 5-10 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.1-1 part of citrus essential oil and 5-10 parts of particle plastic balls, and continuously stirring until the materials are transparent; by adding the citrus essential oil into the liquid detergent, the liquid detergent can calm the central nerve of a human body, relieve the irritability, diminish inflammation and resist bacteria, and improve the mildness of the liquid detergent during use, so that the skin is effectively protected; the friction effect of the detergent with the granular plastic balls during use is utilized, so that the high efficiency and the cleaning quality of the detergent during cleaning are improved;
s4: stirring the added components in S3 until the components are transparent, adjusting the pH value to be approximately equal to 7 by 0.1-1 part of citric acid, continuously stirring to dissolve the components, filtering by a 300-mesh filter screen, and storing in a detergent bottle; by storing the liquid detergent in the liquid detergent bottle, the contact pollution of the liquid detergent and the outside air is reduced, and unnecessary overflow waste can be reduced;
the components of the high-efficiency hand-protecting detergent are described as follows:
sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate: is easy to dissolve in water, has excellent decontamination, wetting, emulsifying, dispersing and foaming performances, good biological interpretation performance and low irritation to skin and eyes.
Alkyl glycoside: can be compounded with various ionic and nonionic surfactants to generate synergistic action, has good foamability, rich, fine and good solubility of foam, good thickening capability and good skin compatibility, obviously improves the mildness of the formula, and is non-toxic, non-irritant and easy to biodegrade.
Dodecyl dimethyl betaine: colorless to light yellow transparent liquid, has excellent stability under acidic and alkaline conditions and good compatibility; has low irritation to skin, good biodegradability, and excellent decontamination, sterilization, softness, antistatic property, hard water resistance and rust resistance.
Coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamine: the foam is a yellowish to amber viscous liquid, is easy to dissolve in water, and has good functions of foaming, foam stabilization, penetration decontamination, hard water resistance and the like.
Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether: the colorless transparent liquid is white paste, and is used as a nonionic surfactant to play roles in emulsifying, foaming and decontaminating.
Sodium dimethyl benzenesulfonate: white crystalline powder, which can be used in liquid detergents, as coupling agent, hydrotrope, leveling agent, dispersant, and to lower cloud point and viscosity.
Propylene glycol: colorless viscous liquid, nearly tasteless, and slightly sweet, can be used for organic synthesis, and can be used as solvent, dehydrating agent, plasticizer, antifreeze, gas chromatography stationary liquid, etc.
Citrus essential oil: the main component is limonene, which has effects of eliminating phlegm, relieving cough, promoting gastrointestinal peristalsis, tranquilizing central nerve, relieving stress, diminishing inflammation and resisting bacteria.
Granular plastic balls: the granular plastic balls with the diameter of 0.1mm-0.5mm can increase the friction effect of solvent flow.
Disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate: is white crystal particle or powder, odorless and tasteless, and is an important chelating agent capable of chelating metal ions in solution.
Citric acid: the colorless crystal contains crystal water, has no odor, strong sour taste, and is easy to dissolve in water, and can be used as sour agent, solubilizer, buffer, and antioxidant.
Deionized water: the purified water from which the impurities in the form of ions have been removed, a colorless clear liquid, odorless, tasteless, and of higher purity than distilled water.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the citrus essential oil is prepared by the following steps:
s1: crushing a citrus peel raw material into fine particles with the particle size of 3-5mm by using a crusher, adding a NaCl solution with the mass fraction of 3%, and soaking for 1-3 h; the extraction rate of the essential oil of the orange peel raw material is improved by soaking the raw materials in a NaCl solution;
s2: crushing the raw materials in S1, putting the raw materials mixed with NaCl solution into a distillation device for extracting essential oil, and collecting fractions;
s3: extracting and collecting the essential oil in S2, placing the essential oil in a high-speed centrifuge for centrifugal separation to remove most impurities in the essential oil, adding absolute ethyl alcohol and sodium sulfate water into the centrifuged essential oil, placing the essential oil in a refrigerator for 24 hours, and performing deep purification to obtain the citrus essential oil; and other impurities in the deeply purified citrus essential oil are reduced, so that the damage or reaction of the impurities to the components of the liquid detergent, which results in the failure of the components of the liquid detergent, is reduced.
As an embodiment of the invention, the high-efficiency hand-care detergent further comprises 10-20 parts of green tea extract, wherein the green tea extract mainly comprises tea polyphenol; the tea polyphenol has the effects of resisting oxidation, scavenging free radicals, resisting bacteria, clearing away toxic materials, etc.; the green tea extract can be combined with other components of the liquid detergent, so that the damage to the skin of a human hand caused by the liquid detergent is reduced while the cleaning effect of the liquid detergent is enhanced, meanwhile, the green tea extract is added, so that the liquid detergent has bitter taste, the mistaken eating of children is reduced, and the safety of the liquid detergent is enhanced.

Example 2
Adding 50 g of metered deionized water, adding 0.2 g of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, and starting stirring until the materials are completely dissolved; adding 1 g of sodium dimethyl benzene sulfonate and 4 g of propylene glycol, and continuously stirring until the materials are completely dissolved; heating to 45 ℃, adding 10 g of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 12 g of alkyl glycoside, 14 g of dodecyl dimethyl betaine, 6 g of coconut diethanol amine fatty acid, 8 g of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.2 g of citrus essential oil, 10 g of green tea extract and 6 g of particle plastic balls, and continuously stirring until the materials are transparent; adjusting the pH value to be approximately equal to 7 by 0.3 g of citric acid, and continuously stirring to dissolve; the washing liquid is stored in a washing liquid bottle after being filtered by a 300-mesh filter screen, the same amount of washing liquid is extruded by a pressing nozzle extruding the washing liquid bottle, the same amount of washing liquid is used for cleaning 100 dishes adhered with greasy dirt impurities, the time required for cleaning 100 dishes is calculated, the time for cleaning the dishes is 42 minutes under the condition, the hand stimulation condition is light, and other side effects and adverse reactions are avoided.
Example 3
Adding 50 g of metered deionized water, adding 0.2 g of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, and starting stirring until the materials are completely dissolved; adding 1 g of sodium dimethyl benzene sulfonate and 4 g of propylene glycol, and continuously stirring until the materials are completely dissolved; heating to 45 ℃, adding 10 g of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 12 g of alkyl glycoside, 14 g of dodecyl dimethyl betaine, 6 g of coconut diethanol amine fatty acid, 8 g of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.4 g of citrus essential oil, 10 g of green tea extract and 6 g of particle plastic balls, and continuously stirring until the materials are transparent; adjusting the pH value to be approximately equal to 7 by 0.3 g of citric acid, and continuously stirring to dissolve; the washing liquid is stored in a washing liquid bottle after being filtered by a 300-mesh filter screen, the same amount of washing liquid is extruded by a pressing nozzle extruding the washing liquid bottle, the same amount of washing liquid is used for cleaning 100 dishes adhered with greasy dirt impurities, the time required when 100 dishes are cleaned is calculated, the time for cleaning the dishes is 40 minutes under the condition, the hand stimulation condition is good, and other side effects and adverse reactions are avoided.
Example 4
Adding 50 g of metered deionized water, adding 0.2 g of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, and starting stirring until the materials are completely dissolved; adding 1 g of sodium dimethyl benzene sulfonate and 4 g of propylene glycol, and continuously stirring until the materials are completely dissolved; heating to 45 ℃, adding 10 g of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 12 g of alkyl glycoside, 14 g of dodecyl dimethyl betaine, 6 g of coconut diethanol amine fatty acid, 8 g of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.2 g of citrus essential oil, 12 g of green tea extract and 6 g of particle plastic balls, and continuously stirring until the materials are transparent; adjusting the pH value to be approximately equal to 7 by 0.3 g of citric acid, and continuously stirring to dissolve; the washing liquid is stored in a washing liquid bottle after being filtered by a 300-mesh filter screen, the same amount of washing liquid is extruded by a pressing nozzle of the extrusion washing liquid bottle, the same amount of washing liquid is used for cleaning 100 dishes adhered with greasy dirt impurities, the time required for cleaning 100 dishes is calculated, the cleaning time of the dishes is 41 minutes under the condition, the hand stimulation condition is light, and other side effects and adverse reactions are avoided.

s1: adding 50-58 parts of metered deionized water, adding 0.1-1 part of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, and starting stirring until the materials are completely dissolved;
s2: after the material is completely dissolved in S1; adding 0.1-1.5 parts of sodium dimethyl benzene sulfonate and 1-10 parts of propylene glycol, and continuously stirring until the materials are completely dissolved;
s3: stirring the added components in S2 until the components are completely dissolved, heating to 40-50 ℃, adding 10-20 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 10-20 parts of alkyl glycoside, 10-20 parts of dodecyl dimethyl betaine, 5-10 parts of coconut fatty acid diethanol amine, 5-10 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.1-1 part of citrus essential oil and 5-10 parts of particle plastic balls, and continuously stirring until the materials are transparent;
s4: after the components added in S3 are stirred until the components are transparent, 0.1-1 part of citric acid is used for adjusting the pH value to be approximately equal to 7, the components are continuously stirred to be dissolved, and the components are filtered by a 300-mesh filter screen and stored in a detergent bottle.
2. The efficient hand-protecting detergent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the citrus essential oil is prepared by the following steps:

s3: extracting and collecting the essential oil in S2, centrifuging the essential oil in a high-speed centrifuge to remove most impurities in the essential oil, adding anhydrous ethanol and sodium sulfate water into the centrifuged essential oil, placing in a refrigerator for 24h, and deeply purifying to obtain the citrus essential oil.

The efficient hand-protecting liquid detergent as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the efficient hand-protecting liquid detergent also comprises 10-20 parts of green tea extracts, wherein the green tea extracts mainly comprise tea polyphenol; the tea polyphenols have antioxidant, free radical scavenging, antibacterial, and toxic materials clearing away effects.
