本发明涉及带胶膜,特别涉及一种PET层压制卡带胶膜。所述PET层压制卡带胶膜,由PET基膜,涂布在PET基膜下表面的附着力增强层,和层压胶层,涂布在PET基膜上表面上的抗静电抗划伤层组成。制备过程中,利用双向拉伸PET薄膜在横拉伸段的高温,使用在线涂布的方法在横拉伸前进行双面在线涂布,由于横拉伸的温度较高,PET薄膜处于半熔融状态,可与在线增强涂层充分融合固化,达到超强的附着力。制备的产品基材为高密度BOPET,耐热,挺括度好,全流程协调配合,最大限度的节约了能耗,综合成本低,能够更好的满足层压制卡行业对快速交货,高性价比产品的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及带胶膜,特别涉及一种PET层压制卡带胶膜。
背景技术
当前用于制卡行业所用的带胶膜多为PVC材质,但由于PVC含有卤素且不耐高温,在高端领域不能满足要求,出口也受到一定的限制。因此,对不含卤素的其它基材进行了研究开发,例如PETG和PC材质,但还存在耐热性较差的问题,并且性价比不高。双向拉伸的PET不含有卤素,耐高温性能较好,并且性价比较高,能够满足使用要求,但由于PET材质比较致密,对其表面进行粘结比较困难,而在制卡行业中使用的带胶膜,除了要跟UV胶印油墨进行粘结外,还要满足烫金,贴签名条,压花等后续工序的要求。
现有技术中,为了改善PET的粘结性通常可以采用电晕处理,离线涂布预处理底涂等方法。但每一种处理方法都有各自的优点和局限性。
发明内容
本发明通过对从PET薄膜生产过程中使用的母料开始进行配方优化,同时结合PET在线涂布和离线涂布的全过程总体考虑,设计制造出符合高端要求的PET层压制卡带胶膜,充分发挥每一个阶段的优势,制造出高性价比的PET层压制卡带胶膜。
本发明提供的PET层压制卡带胶膜具体由PET基膜层,基膜层上表面的抗静电抗划伤层,基膜层下表面的附着力增强层,和层压胶层组成,(具体结构如图1所示)。
PET母料的配方设计,由于PET的模头结构为ABA三层共挤结构,为了增加薄膜的开口性会在表层添加气相二氧化硅,虽然开口性提高了,但雾度也有所增加,对PET层压制卡带胶膜的清澈度有不利影响。故对ABA三层的PET母料做如下配方设计:
PET膜层为ABA三层共挤结构,
芯层(55μm) 普通PET母料
两面表层(10μm) 普通PET母料93%-97%+抗水解剂0.5%-1%+紫外线吸收剂2%-6%,其中,抗水解剂为聚碳化二亚胺。
附着力增强层的配方设计
选用水性磺化聚酯作为底涂剂的主体树脂,根据相似相溶的原理,可以和PET薄膜表面产生优异的层间附着力,且由于具有和基膜类似的折射率从而减少了彩虹纹的产生。
底涂剂的组成如下:

其中,水性交联剂可以是氨基树脂、水性噁唑啉、氮丙啶或聚碳化二亚胺,能够增强耐水性和涂层强度。
底涂剂主体树脂(水性磺化聚酯630(25%))的制备
①水性磺化聚酯630 25份
②乙二醇叔丁醚(ETB) 10份
③去离子水 65份
底涂剂主体树脂中各个组分溶解的顺序为:先往带有冷凝夹套的溶解釜里加入②,③后,在搅拌的状态下加入①,最后升温至90℃左右,一直搅拌直到全部溶解为止,迅速通冷却水降温,出料备用。
抗静电抗划伤层的组成如下:
水性磺化聚酯AA-813(1.5%) 65-80份
水性抗静电剂 20-35份
水性基材润湿剂 0.1-1份
其中,水性抗静电剂为水性聚噻吩或水性碳纳米管,水性基材润湿剂为含氟的基材润湿剂FSO或270。
所述层压胶层为水性聚氨酯胶层,层压胶的组成如下:

所述PET层压制卡带胶膜的制备方法为:先采用双向拉伸生产抗水解耐紫外线BOPET基膜,再将薄膜在横拉伸涂布前进行电晕;然后配制附着力增强层和抗静电划伤层的在线涂布胶水,在进入横拉伸之前利用在线涂布机在线涂布附着增强层和抗静电抗划伤层,进行横拉伸,并烘干,最后离线涂布层压胶层,收卷。
本发明制备PET层压制卡带胶膜的具体工艺是:生产抗水解耐紫外线BOPET基膜→配制在线涂布胶水→薄膜在横拉伸涂布前进行电晕→利用在线涂布机涂布→横拉伸段烘干→离线涂布→收卷。
配制在线涂布胶水,控制固含量在10%左右;
电晕后的达因值大于36;
在线涂布机的湿涂布量6μ左右;通过D-BAR类型的在线涂布机两套供料系统分别在膜的两面涂布抗静电抗划伤层和附着力增强层。
横拉伸定型段的温度230℃至245℃之间。
有益效果:
现有技术中,PET带胶膜研发往往从已拉伸制造的基膜开始研究怎么使用适当的胶水来进行研究开发,这样做会导致很难平衡附着力,耐高温高湿和后续制卡工艺的要求。而本发明利用双向拉伸PET薄膜在横拉伸段的高温,使用在线涂布的方法在横拉伸前进行双面在线涂布,一面涂布抗静电抗划伤层,另一面涂布后续层压胶水附着力增强层,由于横拉伸的温度高达230℃至245℃之间,在这温度下PET薄膜处于半熔融状态,可与在线增强涂层充分融合固化,达到超强的附着力。同时因为使用的是横拉伸段的能量,能耗低,减少了离线涂布过程反复收放卷带来的低效率和涂布良率的下降。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明进行详细的说明。
实施例1
PET膜层配方:
芯层(55μm) 辽化PET普通切片
两面表层(10μm) 辽化PET母料97%+抗水解剂(聚碳化二亚胺)1%+紫外线吸收剂2%
通过拉膜制备75μ透明PET,分别进行耐水解实验和耐紫外线实验,符合层压制卡带胶膜对基膜的要求,PCT实验达到48小时。耐紫外线实验(90Mw/cm╳800hrsΔYI(黄色度变化量≤50)。
将芯层的PET切片在170℃的温度下真空干燥5小时,然后供给到主挤出机,在280℃的温度熔融挤出后,使用30μ过滤器进行过滤,然后送入模头挤出复合,另一方面,将两表层的物料在170℃的温度下真空干燥5小时,然后供给到副挤出机,在280℃的温度熔融挤出后,使用30μ过滤器进行过滤,然后送入模头挤出复合,在复合模头内,使用副挤出机挤出的表层A层叠在使用主挤出机挤出的芯层B的两表层上,以ABA的方式复合在一起。
PET在线底涂剂的配方如下:
水性磺化聚酯630(25%)32,氨基树脂303 2.0,润湿剂270 0.2,水65.8,固含量10%。
PET抗静电抗划伤层的配方如下:
水性磺化聚酯AA-813(1.5%)71,水性聚噻吩抗静电剂(1.5%)28.8,氟素润湿剂FSO 0.2。
层压胶配方

层压胶配制过程:
先加入水性聚氨酯分散体和水性微凝胶聚氨酯,再加入水性消泡剂,水性无泡基材润湿剂,水性纳米二氧化硅,用PH值调节剂调节PH值7~8,过滤除去杂质颗粒和泡沫,得到水性胶水。涂布前加入占水性聚氨酯分散体质量5%的水性异氰酸酯固化剂,用水稀释到涂布粘度17秒左右(涂4杯),即可使用。
PET带胶膜的制备工艺如下:
先采用双向拉伸生产抗水解耐紫外线BOPET基膜,再将薄膜在横拉伸涂布前进行电晕,电晕后的达因值大于36;
然后配制附着力增强层和抗静电划伤层的在线涂布胶水,控制固含量在10%左右;
在进入横拉伸之前利用在线涂布机在线涂布附着增强层和抗静电抗划伤层在线涂布机的湿涂布量6μ左右;进行横拉伸,并烘干,(横拉伸定型段的温度230度至245度之间)
最后离线涂布层压胶层,将水性PET带胶膜胶水用精密微凹涂布生产线涂布在PET在线预涂膜上,网纹辊目数选用120目,经过温度120℃的烘道中烘干,时间60秒,下线后60℃烘房再熟化24小时,然后冷却至室温进行性能测试。
实施例2
PET膜层配方:
芯层(55μm) 江苏仪征PET普通切片
两面表层(10μm) 江苏仪征PET母料95%+聚碳化二亚胺抗水解剂0.5%+紫外线吸收剂4.5%。
通过拉膜制备75μ透明PET,分别进行耐水解实验和耐紫外线实验,符合层压制卡带胶膜对基膜的要求,PCT实验达到48小时。耐紫外线实验(90Mw/cm╳800hrsΔYI(黄色度变化量≤50)。
PET在线底涂剂的配方如下:
水性磺化聚酯630(25%)36,聚碳化二亚胺2.5,Wet 270 0.2,水61.3,固含量10%。
PET抗静电抗划伤层的配方如下:
水性磺化聚酯AA-813(1.5%)65,水性碳纳米管(0.1%)34.8,润湿剂2700.2
层压胶配方

实施例3
PET膜层配方:
芯层(55μm) 辽化PET普通切片
两面表层(10μm) 辽化PET母料96%+抗水解剂(聚碳化二亚胺)0.7%+紫外线吸收剂3.3%。
通过拉膜制备75μ透明PET,分别进行耐水解实验和耐紫外线实验,符合层压制卡带胶膜对基膜的要求,PCT实验达到48小时。耐紫外线实验(90Mw/cm╳800hrsΔYI(黄色度变化量≤50)。
PET在线底涂剂的配方如下:
水性磺化聚酯630(25%)32,水性噁唑啉交联剂WS-700 2.0,润湿剂2700.2,水65.8,固含量10%。
PET抗静电抗划伤层的配方如下:
水性磺化聚酯AA-813(1.5%)76,水性聚噻吩抗静电剂(1.5%)23.8,氟素润湿剂FSO 0.2。

上述所有组分之和等于100%。

实施例4
PET膜层配方:
芯层(55μm) 江苏仪征PET普通切片
两面表层(10μm) 江苏仪征PET母料95%+聚碳化二亚胺抗水解剂1%+紫外线吸收剂4%。
通过拉膜制备75μ透明PET,分别进行耐水解实验和耐紫外线实验,符合层压制卡带胶膜对基膜的要求,PCT实验达到48小时。耐紫外线实验(90Mw/cm╳800hrsΔYI(黄色度变化量≤50)。
PET在线底涂剂的配方如下:
水性磺化聚酯630(25%)36,水性交联剂氮丙啶CX-100 2.5,Wet 270 0.2,水61.3,固含量10%
PET抗静电抗划伤层的配方如下:
水性磺化聚酯AA-813(1.5%)69,水性碳纳米管(0.1%)30.8,润湿剂2700.2。

将PET在线底涂剂用离线的方式涂布,配方如下:
水性磺化聚酯630(25%)32,氨基树脂303 2.0,润湿剂270 0.2,水65.8,固含量10%。
将PET抗静电抗划伤层用离线的方式涂布,配方如下:
水性磺化聚酯AA-813(1.5%)71,水性聚噻吩抗静电剂(1.5%)28.8,氟素润湿剂FSO 0.2。
层压胶配方同实施例1。
涂布干燥工艺如下:
将上述水性增强底涂剂和抗静电抗划伤底涂剂用双涂精密微凹涂布生产线分别涂布在PET膜上,网纹辊目数选用160目,经过温度120℃的烘道中烘干,时间60秒,然后冷却至室温进行性能测试。
再将层压胶胶水用精密微凹涂布生产线涂布在涂布了底涂剂和抗静电抗划伤底涂剂的PET膜上,网纹辊目数选用120目,经过温度120℃的烘道中烘干,时间60秒,下线后60℃烘房再熟化24小时,然后冷却至室温进行性能测试。
对比实施例2
将PET在线底涂剂、抗静电划伤层用离线的方式涂布液组成同实施例2。
层压胶配方同实施例2。
涂布干燥工艺如下:
将上述水性增强底涂剂和抗静电抗划伤底涂剂用双涂精密微凹涂布生产线分别涂布在PET膜上,网纹辊目数选用160目,经过温度120℃的烘道中烘干,时间60秒,然后冷却至室温进行性能测试。
再将层压胶胶水用精密微凹涂布生产线涂布在涂布了底涂剂和抗静电抗划伤底涂剂的PET膜上,网纹辊目数选用120目,经过温度120℃的烘道中烘干,时间60秒,下线后60℃烘房再熟化24小时,然后冷却至室温进行性能测试。
对比实施例3
抗静电划伤层和层压胶配方同实施例3。
PET带胶膜的具体制备工艺:
首先对PET基膜进行电晕处理,电晕后的达因值大于36,增强附着力;然后配制抗静电划伤层的在线涂布胶水,控制固含量在10%左右;在进入横拉伸之前利用在线涂布机在线涂布抗静电抗划伤层,在线涂布机的湿涂布量6μ左右;进行横拉伸,并烘干,(横拉伸定型段的温度230度至245度之间)
最后离线涂布层压胶层,将水性PET带胶膜胶水用精密微凹涂布生产线涂布在PET在线预涂膜上,网纹辊目数选用120目,经过温度120℃的烘道中烘干,时间60秒,下线后60℃烘房再熟化24小时,然后冷却至室温进行性能测试。

Claims (5)

1.一种PET层压制卡带胶膜,其特征在于,所述PET层压制卡带胶膜由PET基膜层,基膜层上表面的抗静电抗划伤层,基膜层下表面的附着力增强层,和层压胶层组成;
所述附着力增强层由水性磺化聚酯、水性交联剂、润湿剂和水组成;
所述抗静电抗划伤层由水性磺化聚酯、水性抗静电剂和水性基材润湿剂组成;
所述的PET层压制卡带胶膜的制备方法为:生产抗水解耐紫外线BOPET基膜→配制在线涂布胶水→薄膜在横拉伸涂布前进行电晕→利用在线涂布机涂布→横拉伸段烘干→离线涂布→收卷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PET层压制卡带胶膜,其特征在于,所述PET基膜层的结构为ABA三层共挤结构,芯层B为普通聚酯母料,两表层A均添加有紫外线吸收剂和抗水解剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PET层压制卡带胶膜,其特征在于,所述层压胶层为水性聚氨酯胶层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PET层压制卡带胶膜,其特征在于,所述水性交联剂为氨基树脂、水性噁唑啉、氮丙啶或聚碳化二亚胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PET层压制卡带胶膜,其特征在于,所述水性抗静电剂为水性聚噻吩或水性碳纳米管,水性基材润湿剂为含氟的基材润湿剂FSO或270。
