本发明公开了一种阻燃耐火砖的制备方法,包括称量组分,搅拌,球磨,成型,烧结,保温冷却。本发明一种阻燃耐火砖的制备方法简单清晰,可操作性强,通过对各组分搅拌球磨、成型烧结最终制得阻燃耐火砖,各组分均匀稳定,其中合成树脂与三氧化二硼起到了良好的阻燃性能,具有广泛的应用价值。

技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃耐火砖的制备方法。
背景技术
现有耐火砖虽能承受较高温度,但由于其不具备阻燃性,所以导致耐火砖的使用寿命较短,对于隔火效果也不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种阻燃耐火砖的制备方法,实现了耐火砖的阻燃效果。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种阻燃耐火砖的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤实施:
步骤1、按照质量比称量以下组分备用,包括黏土30%-45%、刚玉粉15%-20%、合成树脂12%-18%、三氧化二硼5%-10%、氧化硅微粉5%-8%、氧化铬微粉2%-6%、红柱石微粉5%-8%、增塑剂0.5%-1%、水10%-15%、粘合剂2%-4%,上述各组分的质量百分比之和为100%;
步骤2、将黏土、刚玉粉、三氧化二硼、氧化硅微粉、氧化铬微粉、红柱石微粉加入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,得到初级混合物;
步骤3、将初级混合物与合成树脂、增塑剂、水、粘合剂一起加入到湿式球磨机中进行球磨,得到中级混合物;
步骤4、将中级混合物放入成型模局中压制成型,得到成型砖;
步骤5、将成型砖进行烧结处理,保温后自然冷却,阻燃耐火砖制备完成。
本发明的特点还在于,
搅拌机转速为1200-2000r/min。
球磨机的转速为1600-2000r/min,球磨时间为30-40min。
烧结温度为1800-2400℃,烧结时间为3-5h。
保温时间为2.5-4h。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明一种阻燃耐火砖的制备方法简单清晰,可操作性强,通过对各组分搅拌球磨、成型烧结最终制得阻燃耐火砖,各组分均匀稳定,其中合成树脂与三氧化二硼起到了良好的阻燃性能,具有广泛的应用价值。

本发明一种阻燃耐火砖的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤实施:
步骤1、按照质量比称量以下组分备用,包括黏土30%-45%、刚玉粉15%-20%、合成树脂12%-18%、三氧化二硼5%-10%、氧化硅微粉5%-8%、氧化铬微粉2%-6%、红柱石微粉5%-8%、增塑剂0.5%-1%、水10%-15%、粘合剂2%-4%,上述各组分的质量百分比之和为100%;
步骤2、将黏土、刚玉粉、三氧化二硼、氧化硅微粉、氧化铬微粉、红柱石微粉加入转速为1200-2000r/min的搅拌机中搅拌均匀,得到初级混合物;
步骤3、将初级混合物与合成树脂、增塑剂、水、粘合剂一起加入到转速为1600-2000r/min的湿式球磨机中进行球磨,球磨时间为30-40min,得到中级混合物;
步骤4、将中级混合物放入成型模局中压制成型,得到成型砖;

步骤2、将黏土、刚玉粉、三氧化二硼、氧化硅微粉、氧化铬微粉、红柱石微粉加入转速为2000r/min的搅拌机中搅拌均匀,得到初级混合物;
步骤3、将初级混合物与合成树脂、增塑剂、水、粘合剂一起加入到转速为2000r/min的湿式球磨机中进行球磨,球磨时间为40min,得到中级混合物;
步骤4、将中级混合物放入成型模局中压制成型,得到成型砖;
步骤5、将成型砖进行烧结处理,烧结温度为2400℃,烧结时间为5h,保温2.5h后自然冷却,阻燃耐火砖制备完成。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种阻燃耐火砖的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤实施:
步骤1、按照质量比称量以下组分备用,包括黏土30%、刚玉粉15%、合成树脂17%、三氧化二硼10%、氧化硅微粉5%、氧化铬微粉2%、红柱石微粉8%、增塑剂1%、水10%、粘合剂2%;
步骤2、将黏土、刚玉粉、三氧化二硼、氧化硅微粉、氧化铬微粉、红柱石微粉加入转速为1200r/min的搅拌机中搅拌均匀,得到初级混合物;
步骤3、将初级混合物与合成树脂、增塑剂、水、粘合剂一起加入到转速为1600r/min的湿式球磨机中进行球磨,球磨时间为30min,得到中级混合物;
步骤4、将中级混合物放入成型模局中压制成型,得到成型砖;
步骤5、将成型砖进行烧结处理,烧结温度为1800℃,烧结时间为5h,保温4h后自然冷却,阻燃耐火砖制备完成。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种阻燃耐火砖的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤实施:
步骤1、按照质量比称量以下组分备用,包括黏土35%、刚玉粉16%、合成树脂13%、三氧化二硼6%、氧化硅微粉6%、氧化铬微粉3%、红柱石微粉6.4%、增塑剂0.6%、水12%、粘合剂2%,上述各组分的质量百分比之和为100%;
步骤2、将黏土、刚玉粉、三氧化二硼、氧化硅微粉、氧化铬微粉、红柱石微粉加入转速为1200-2000r/min的搅拌机中搅拌均匀,得到初级混合物;
步骤3、将初级混合物与合成树脂、增塑剂、水、粘合剂一起加入到转速为1600-2000r/min的湿式球磨机中进行球磨,球磨时间为30-40min,得到中级混合物;
步骤4、将中级混合物放入成型模局中压制成型,得到成型砖;
步骤5、将成型砖进行烧结处理,烧结温度为1800-2400℃,烧结时间为3-5h,保温2.5-4h后自然冷却,阻燃耐火砖制备完成。

步骤1、按照质量比称量以下组分备用,包括黏土30%-45%、刚玉粉15%-20%、合成树脂12%-18%、三氧化二硼5%-10%、氧化硅微粉5%-8%、氧化铬微粉2%-6%、红柱石微粉5%-8%、增塑剂0.5%-1%、水10%-15%、粘合剂2%-4%,上述各组分的质量百分比之和为100%;
步骤2、将黏土、刚玉粉、三氧化二硼、氧化硅微粉、氧化铬微粉、红柱石微粉加入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,得到初级混合物;
步骤3、将初级混合物与合成树脂、增塑剂、水、粘合剂一起加入到湿式球磨机中进行球磨,得到中级混合物;
步骤4、将中级混合物放入成型模局中压制成型,得到成型砖;
步骤5、将成型砖进行烧结处理,保温后自然冷却,阻燃耐火砖制备完成。
