Background
According to traditional Chinese medicine, a human body is an organic whole, the human body takes the five internal organs as the center, the five internal organs, the five sense organs, the nine parts and the four limbs and bones are mutually connected through the meridian action, essence, qi and blood body fluids form basic substances for maintaining the life activities of the human body, and the basic substances are necessary energy for the physiological activities of the human body. However, its generation and metabolism depend on normal physiological activities of organs such as zang-fu organs and meridians. If the deficiency of physiological organs and the deficiency of qi, blood, yin and yang can cause various chronic debilitation, the traditional Chinese medicine summarizes the chronic debilitation as follows: category of consumptive disease.
The causes of consumptive disease are many, however, essence qi seizing causes the theory of deficiency and excess, the theory of essence qi commenting on deficiency and excess causes the outline of deficiency syndrome, and the theory of fatigue and fatigue includes fatigue, fatigue and weakness of people who do not consider it, deficiency and weakness after illness, fatigue of people who do not consider it, strain of people who do not consider it, congenital, acquired, pockmarked rash, illness and exopathic causes, and medical causes. 'Lianxueyuan-deficiency syndrome with six reasons' summarizing the diseases of viscera qi-blood yin-yang deficiency caused by deficiency of innate essence, malnutrition in the afterdays, weak constitution due to long-term illness, internal injury due to overstrain and chronic insufficiency as main manifestations, all belong to consumptive diseases. Differentiation of syndromes based on the principle of qi, blood, yin and yang, with false five zang organs as the target, the book Su Wen & san Jiu Bian Lun (treatise on Su Wen & san Ji Jiu Bian): "tonifying the deficiency syndrome. So the treatment is basically tonifying.
The syndrome of both qi deficiency and blood deficiency is manifested as dizziness, shortness of breath, disinterest to speak, lung and spleen qi storing, weakness and spontaneous perspiration, pale or sallow complexion, palpitation and insomnia, heart-throb and insomnia, blood deficiency failing to fill veins, pale tongue and tender face, inability to nourish muscles to cause emaciation, thready and weak pulse, and deficiency of both qi and blood due to chronic illness, failure of vital energy to produce blood, or failure of blood to transform qi; liver stores blood and kidney stores essence, which are bred and transformed mutually, so that the liver and kidney are homologous, liver and kidney deficiency is the syndrome of liver blood deficiency and kidney essence deficiency, which is specifically represented by vertigo, tinnitus, white and lusterless face, insufficient blood for stabilizing spirit, night sleep, dreaminess and kidney essence deficiency, alopecia, odontoseisis, foot flaccidity, weakness and weakness, brain marrow, essence deficiency, marrow deficiency, amnesia, absentmindedness, early senility of adults, pale tongue with white fur, deep and thready pulse, deficiency of spleen and kidney, insufficient sources of biochemical origin, insufficient endowment and acquired recuperation loss, and liver blood is injured by chronic diseases to cause liver and kidney deficiency; the heart-spleen deficiency syndrome is the syndrome of heart-blood deficiency and spleen-qi deficiency, the heart governs blood, spleen governs blood, and spleen is the source of qi and blood generation, so the relationship between heart and spleen is close, the spleen functions normally, and the function of blood generation and transformation is vigorous. Blood is abundant, so heart governs. The spleen-qi deficiency and dysfunction of transportation and transformation are manifested as palpitation, severe palpitation, insomnia, dreaminess, vertigo, amnesia, sallow complexion, inappetence, abdominal distension, loose stool, lassitude, hypodynamia or chronic bleeding, pale and tender tongue, thready and weak pulse, heart-spleen deficiency caused by long-term disorder, fatigue, weakness or chronic bleeding.
Nowadays, with the aggravation of life pressure and irregular diet of people, work, study and daily life are seriously affected, and therefore, the five internal organs must be nourished by making the human body strong and full of essence, qi, blood and body fluid.
