进一步地,制备方法为将功效成分及其他辅料称取好,直接混合均匀制成粉末或混合后加入其重量10-20%的浓度为60-85%的乙醇,制成软料后过18目筛制粒;50-60℃,时间为2-4h进行干燥,过14目筛整粒后即得。
所述降糖减脂组合物,原料选用的具体原因如下:
桑叶和苦瓜是传统治疗糖尿病的药食同源原料。其中桑叶的有效成分桑叶多糖可以促进β细胞分泌胰岛素,而胰岛素可以促进细胞对糖的利用、肝糖原合成以及改善糖代谢,最终达到降血糖的效果。文献报道苦瓜皂苷具有降血糖、抗氧化、提高免疫功能、抗肿瘤等活性。尤玲玲、刘金福等以不同浓度纯化后的苦瓜皂苷作用于出现葡萄糖代谢异常的HepG2/IR细胞,发现在一定浓度范围内苦瓜皂苷可以缓解胰岛素抵抗。
白芸豆是天然的淀粉阻断食物,其中的α-淀粉酶抑制剂能抑制肠胃道内唾液、胰淀粉酶的活性,有效阻断高淀粉类食物中淀粉的分解。L-阿拉伯糖能抑制肠内双糖水解,在蔗糖中添加2%的L-阿拉伯糖,可以抑制40%蔗糖的吸收,同时也使血糖值少升高约50%。加入3.5%L-阿拉伯糖,能够抑制人体60%-70%蔗糖的吸收。壳寡糖通过促进胰岛、胰岛β细胞株的增殖来修复受损胰岛组织并促进胰岛素分泌进而降低血糖水平。同时它是自然界中唯一存在的带正电荷的低聚糖,通过带正电荷的碱性氨基结合脂肪,使其不易被机体消化吸收进而被排出体外,还可以降低对胆固醇的吸收量,有效下调某些与肥胖相关的基因表达量,抑制脂肪细胞的分化。燕麦纤维和魔芋粉可以增强饱腹感,促进肠胃蠕动,排除体内毒素和垃圾。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提供了一种降糖减脂组合物,兼具降糖和减脂双重功效。功效成分明确,且有效成分含量较高;在长期修复胰岛细胞,增加胰岛素敏感型的情况下,又能迅速地降低血糖,使血糖不至于过高。同时从阻断碳水化合物吸收、促进脂肪排出,加强肠胃蠕动排出体内垃圾等三方面发挥减脂功效。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
在本实施例中,一种降糖减脂组合物,由以下重量份的原料组成:桑叶提取物15%,苦瓜提取物10%,壳寡糖10%,白芸豆提取物10%,L-阿拉伯糖7%,燕麦纤维10%,魔芋粉10%。
实施例2
在本实施例中,一种降糖减脂组合物,由以下重量份的原料组成:桑叶提取物10%,苦瓜提取物8%,壳寡糖10%,白芸豆提取物10%,L-阿拉伯糖7%,燕麦纤维10%,魔芋粉10%。
实施例3
在本实施例中,一种降糖减脂组合物,由以下重量份的原料组成:桑叶提取物10%,苦瓜提取物5%,壳寡糖12%,白芸豆提取物10%,L-阿拉伯糖10%,燕麦纤维15%,魔芋粉15%。
实施例4
在本实施例中,一种降糖减脂组合物,由以下重量份的原料组成:桑叶提取物8%,苦瓜提取物5%,壳寡糖15%,白芸豆提取物12%,L-阿拉伯糖10%,燕麦纤维15%,魔芋粉15%。
实施例5
按实施例1称取配方中对应原料和27%抗性糊精过筛后,置入槽型混合器,混合30min,得均匀的原料总粉,再加入85%乙醇作为湿润剂,物料与乙醇的比例为5:1,制软材,搅拌时间10min;将所述软材投入摇摆式颗粒机,安装18目筛进行湿法制粒,烘干温度为50±5℃,干燥时间2h,采用14目筛网进行过筛。与1%硬脂酸镁混合后压成0.6g/片的圆形片。
典型病例1
王某,女,55岁,II型糖尿病患者,空腹血糖大于10mmol/L。在停用降糖药后,服用实施例5中的片剂,每次3片,每天3次,随餐服用。5天后,空腹血糖由原来的平均血糖10.5mmol/L,下降到7.5mmol/L。
典型病例2
赵某,男,56岁,重度糖尿病患者,空腹血糖最高达到18.5mmol/L,身体伴有多种糖尿病并发症。同时患有高血压患者,心脏支架两处。服用实施例5中的片剂,每次3片,每天3次,餐前15分服用。同时注意饮食和运动,42天后,空腹血糖5.4mmol/L,餐后2h血糖7.5mmol/L。

1.一种降糖减脂组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物由下列成分组成:桑叶提取物、苦瓜提取物、壳寡糖、白芸豆提取物、L-阿拉伯糖、燕麦纤维、魔芋粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降糖减脂组合物,其特征在于,各有效成分的配比为:桑叶提取物5%-15%,苦瓜提取物5%-15%,壳寡糖5%-15%,白芸豆提取物5%-15%,L-阿拉伯糖5%-15%,燕麦纤维8%-15%,魔芋粉8%-15%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的降糖减脂组合物,其特征在于,各有效成分的配比为:桑叶粉提取物15%,苦瓜提取物10%,壳寡糖10%,白芸豆提取物10%,L-阿拉伯糖7%,燕麦纤维10%,魔芋粉10%。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的降糖减脂组合物,其特征在于,所述桑叶提取物中桑叶多糖含量为15%-25%。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的降糖减脂组合物,其特征在于,所述苦瓜提取物中苦瓜皂苷含量为8%-15%。
6.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的降糖减脂组合物,其特征在于,所述白芸豆提取物中α-淀粉酶抑制剂的酶活为3500-4000fu。
7.一种降糖减脂组合物,可结合抗性糊精、甜味剂、酸味剂或抗结剂等制成片剂、粉剂或颗粒剂。
