Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pig feed, and particularly relates to piglet feed for improving the survival rate.
Background
A piglet, i.e. a piglet, is a piglet from birth to a weight of about 30 kg. The main characteristics are as follows: (1) the pig feed is not resistant to low temperature, has little energy storage in the pig body and insufficient hormone regulation function of energy metabolism, and is extremely sensitive to environmental temperature reduction; (2) the digestive function is incomplete, and although the digestive organs are formed in the embryonic stage, the structure and the function are incomplete; (3) the growth and development are rapid, and the piglets grow fast because of the vigorous metabolism of substances, particularly the protein metabolism and the calcium and phosphorus metabolism are much higher than those of the adult pigs; (4) lack of innate immunity; the factors are important reasons for influencing the survival rate of the piglet.
For example, the suitable temperature is about 30 ℃ when the piglet is born, the whole environment must reach the temperature, and after about one week, the temperature can be reduced to 24-28 ℃ and kept for at least one month, so that the piglet can adapt to the temperature.
In the aspect of diet, the quality of the piglet feed directly influences the growth and the survival rate of piglets. In the prior production, the existing piglet feed contains cottonseed cakes. The cottonseed cake is made from residue left after oil extraction of cottonseed, and is mainly used as feed. The cottonseed cake can affect the absorption of organism to vitamin A, and reduce the survival rate of piglets when the vitamin A deficiency disease is generated by long-term feeding.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a piglet feed capable of improving the survival rate, and solves the problem that the survival rate of piglets is low due to cottonseed cakes in the feed.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the piglet feed for improving the survival rate.
The first technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the piglet feed capable of improving the survival rate comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2.25 to 4.3 percent of wheat bran, 15 to 18 percent of barley, 3.2 to 4.5 percent of fish meal, 4 to 5 percent of brown sugar, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of stone powder, 0.1 to 0.25 percent of salt, 1.35 to 2.35 percent of trace elements, 0.2 to 0.3 percent of additive and the balance of corn flour, wherein the sum of the percentages of the components is 100 percent.
The present invention is characterized in that it comprises,
the microelements mainly comprise oxytetracycline, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, dry yeast, calcium tablet, and cobalt sulfate.
The mass ratio of the terramycin to the ferrous sulfate to the zinc sulfate to the dry yeast to the calcium tablet to the cobalt sulfate is 1:3.2-3.5:2:6-8:3: 0.06-0.065.
The additive is leucine.
The second technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the preparation method of the piglet feed for improving the survival rate comprises the following steps:
step 1, weighing raw materials:
the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2.25 to 4.3 percent of wheat bran, 15 to 18 percent of barley, 3.2 to 4.5 percent of fish meal, 4 to 5 percent of green sugar, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of stone powder, 0.1 to 0.25 percent of salt, 1.35 to 2.35 percent of trace elements, 0.2 to 0.3 percent of additive and the balance of corn flour, wherein the sum of the percentages of the components is 100 percent;
step 2, adding trace elements into boiling water, and stirring and dissolving completely to obtain a trace element solution;
the microelements refer to oxytetracycline, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, dry yeast, calcium tablet, and cobalt sulfate with a mass ratio of 1:3.2-3.5:2:6-8:3: 0.06-0.065;
and 3, adding the trace element solution obtained in the step 2 into the rest raw material components, uniformly stirring, and stacking and fermenting to finish the preparation.
The present invention is also characterized in that,
the fermentation parameters in step 3 are: the temperature is 15-30 ℃, and the time is 2-24 h.
The additive is leucine.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the piglet feed capable of improving the survival rate provides high-quality protein by adding the fish meal, wherein the amino acid proportion is closest to that required by animals, so that the growth of piglets is promoted; by increasing leucine, the intestinal environment of piglets is improved, the nutrient absorption of the piglets can be promoted, diseases caused by dyspepsia of the piglets and the like are avoided, and the survival rate of the piglets is improved.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.
The invention relates to a piglet feed capable of improving survival rate, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2.25 to 4.3 percent of wheat bran, 15 to 18 percent of barley, 3.2 to 4.5 percent of fish meal, 4 to 5 percent of brown sugar, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of stone powder, 0.1 to 0.25 percent of salt, 1.35 to 2.35 percent of trace elements, 0.2 to 0.3 percent of additive and the balance of corn flour, wherein the sum of the percentages of the components is 100 percent.
Wherein the wheat bran contains a large amount of phosphorus and a small amount of calcium; the barley has high protein content and is rich in dietary fiber, vitamins and mineral elements; the fish meal contains high-quality protein, the young animals are in a growth vigorous period, the requirements on the protein and the requirement on the amino acid proportion in the protein are large, and the fish meal is used as animal protein, wherein the amino acid proportion is closest to the amino acid required by the animals; the green sugar has pure sweet taste and fresh fragrance, has the effects of tonifying qi and nourishing blood, invigorating spleen and warming stomach, expelling wind and cold, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and the like, and can enhance the health; the stone powder plays a role in supplementing calcium in animal nutrition; the salt supplements sodium ions, and the trace elements supplement iron, zinc, calcium and other elements.
The microelements mainly comprise oxytetracycline, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, dry yeast, calcium tablet, and cobalt sulfate; and the mass ratio of the oxytetracycline to the ferrous sulfate to the zinc sulfate to the dry yeast to the calcium tablets to the cobalt sulfate is 1:3.2-3.5:2:6-8:3: 0.06-0.065.

the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3% of wheat bran, 16% of barley, 4% of fish meal, 4.5% of brown sugar, 0.4% of stone powder, 0.2% of salt, 2% of trace elements, 0.25% of additive and the balance of corn flour, wherein the sum of the percentages of the components is 100%;
step 2, adding trace elements into boiling water, and stirring and dissolving completely to obtain a trace element solution; the microelements comprise oxytetracycline, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, dry yeast, calcium tablets and cobalt sulfate in a mass ratio of 1:3.4:2:7:3: 0.06;
step 3, adding the trace element solution obtained in the step 2 into the rest raw material components, uniformly stirring, and stacking and fermenting to finish preparation; the fermentation parameters are as follows: the temperature is 20 ℃ and the time is 12 h.
Through detection, the piglet feed prepared in examples 1-3 is fed for 4-5 times at fixed time intervals every day, after one month, the average weight growth rate of the piglets is 483 g/day, and the survival rate is improved by 5%.
The piglet feed capable of improving the survival rate provides high-quality protein by adding the fish meal, wherein the amino acid proportion is closest to that required by animals, so that the growth of piglets is promoted; by increasing leucine, the intestinal environment of piglets is improved, the nutrient absorption of the piglets can be promoted, diseases caused by dyspepsia of the piglets and the like are avoided, and the survival rate of the piglets is improved.
