Abstract

本发明提供了一种石膏制品表面磷酸钙保护层的制备方法。其做法是在石膏制品表面先后刷涂钙源和磷源,利用钙、磷源之间的化学反应在石膏制品及文物表面制备一层磷酸钙防护层。由于其良好的耐水性和结合力,制备的磷酸钙保护层能赋予石膏制品及文物一定的耐水性,阻止其因吸潮或遇水溶解而导致的性能劣变。

一种石膏制品表面磷酸钙保护层的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种石膏制品表面磷酸钙保护层的制备方法,属于石膏制品表面防护技术领域。
背景技术
石膏材料在建筑及雕塑等行业应用广泛。它可以用于制作装饰石膏线、石膏板材、石膏灯具、石膏像和石膏彩绘等。不过,石膏材料具有易吸潮、遇水溶解的特点,这也是石膏制品怕潮、不耐水的根本原因。传统上,人们通常采用在石膏粉中添加无机或有机改性材料的办法来提高其耐水性。石灰[建筑石膏制品的防水技术,CN87102655]和水泥[石膏耐水粉,CN93101658.4]是常用的无机添加材料。沥青[耐水石膏制品,CN93115359.X;石膏制品阳离子乳化沥青防水剂,CN201310463414.3]、有机硅[一种建筑石膏用有机-无机高效复合防水剂及其应用,CN201510130741.6]和聚合乳液[耐水性石膏,CN201510273533.1]则是常用的憎水性有机添加剂。但在石膏粉中添加改性剂的方法对石膏制品耐水性的提升有限,且不能用于石膏制成品的处理。近年来,人们又尝试采用直接在石膏制品表面刷涂有机憎水剂的方法[一种石膏制品专用的罩光水性漆及其制备方法,CN201810999356.9;一种石膏专用增强耐水剂,CN201811214997.5]提高其耐水性。相比之下,表面刷涂法比添加改性法成本低且耐水性提高更大,但有机憎水剂耐候性差,易降解,作用时间有限。另外,有机憎水剂与石膏制品表面结合力弱,易流失,尤其是遇到水流冲刷时。因而,同时具有良好耐候性与结合力的防护材料及其应用技术将是该领域的重要研究方向。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种石膏制品表面磷酸钙保护层的制备方法。
为此,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
在石膏制品表面先后刷涂钙源和磷源,利用钙磷源之间的化学反应在石膏制品表面制备一层磷酸钙防护层。
所用钙源为氢氧化钙粉体在异丙醇溶剂中的悬浮分散液,其中氢氧化钙的粒度范围为0.05~0.3μm,氢氧化钙在异丙醇溶剂中的悬浮浓度为5-15g/L。
所用磷源为磷酸二氢钙的水溶液,其浓度为0.8%~1.5%;上述磷酸二氢钙的水溶液也可以用浓度相当的可溶钙盐(如氯化钙、硝酸钙)与酸式磷酸盐(如磷酸二氢铵,磷酸二氢钾,磷酸二氢钠)的混合溶液替换,效果相当。
所用钙源与磷源固含量的比例为1∶1.35~1.75。
在表面刷涂作业时,先在干燥的石膏制品表面刷涂氢氧化钙的异丙醇悬浮分散液,刷涂完毕且石膏制品表面异丙醇溶剂挥发完毕后再刷涂磷酸二氢钙或与之浓度相当的可溶钙盐(如氯化钙、硝酸钙)与酸式磷酸盐(如磷酸二氢铵,磷酸二氢钾,磷酸二氢钠)的混合溶液等磷源,刷涂完毕自然晾干即可。
本发明的有益效果在于:制备的磷酸钙保护层具有良好的抗溶蚀性能和结合力,能改善石膏制品的耐水性,阻止石膏制品及文物因吸潮或遇水溶解而导致的性能劣变。

具体实施方式
一种在石膏制品表面制备磷酸钙保护层的方法,利用在石膏制品表面先后刷涂氢氧化钙的异丙醇悬浮分散液和磷酸盐水溶液的方法在石膏制品表面制备具有保护作用的磷酸钙膜层。下面结合具体实例对本发明做一详细说明:
实施例1
利用粒度范围0.2~0.3μm,浓度为5.0g/L的氢氧化钙粉体在异丙醇悬浮分散液对石膏试块进行表面刷涂,待异丙醇挥发后再刷涂0.8%的磷酸二氢钙溶液,然后将之自然晾干。处理后,石膏试块的表面溶蚀率从9.0mg cm-2d-1降至2.6mg cm-2d-1
实施例2
利用粒度范围0.1~0.2μm,浓度为8.0g/L的氢氧化钙异丙醇悬浮分散液对石膏试块进行表面刷涂,待异丙醇挥发后再刷涂1.0%的磷酸二氢钙溶液,然后将之自然晾干。处理后,石膏试块的表面溶蚀率从9.0mg cm-2d-1降至1.5mg cm-2d-1
实施例3
利用粒度范围0.05~0.08μm,浓度为10.0g/L的氢氧化钙异丙醇悬浮分散液对石膏试块进行表面刷涂,待异丙醇挥发后再刷涂1.2%的磷酸二氢钙溶液,然后将之自然晾干。处理后,石膏试块的表面溶蚀率从9.0mg cm-2d-1降至0.9mg cm-2d-1
从上述结果来看,经所述方法处理后,石膏制品的耐水性可以有明显的提高。

Claims (5)

1.一种石膏制品表面磷酸钙保护层的制备方法,其特征在于:在石膏制品表面先后刷涂钙源和磷源,利用钙磷源之间的化学反应在石膏制品表面制备一层磷酸钙防护层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石膏制品表面磷酸钙保护层的制备方法,其特征在于:所用钙源为氢氧化钙粉体在异丙醇溶剂中的悬浮分散液,其中氢氧化钙的粒度范围为0.05~0.3μm,氢氧化钙在异丙醇溶剂中的悬浮浓度为5~15g/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石膏制品表面磷酸钙保护层的制备方法,其特征在于:所用磷源为磷酸二氢钙的水溶液,其浓度为0.8%~1.5%;上述磷酸二氢钙的水溶液也可以用浓度相当的可溶性钙盐(如氯化钙、硝酸钙)与酸式磷酸盐(如磷酸二氢铵,磷酸二氢钾,磷酸二氢钠)的混合溶液替换。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种石膏制品表面磷酸钙保护层的制备方法,其特征在于:所用钙源与磷源固含量的比例为1∶1.35~1.75。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种石膏制品表面磷酸钙保护层的制备方法,其特征在于:先在干燥的石膏制品表面刷涂氢氧化钙的异丙醇悬浮分散液,刷涂完毕且石膏制品表面异丙醇溶剂挥发完毕后再刷涂磷酸二氢钙或与之浓度相当的可溶性钙盐(如氯化钙、硝酸钙)与酸式磷酸盐(如磷酸二氢铵,磷酸二氢钾,磷酸二氢钠)混合物的溶液等磷源,刷涂完毕自然晾干即可。
