Abstract
本发明提供了一种抗菌杀菌日用陶瓷的制备方法,为达到抗菌杀菌的目的,通过在日用陶瓷的上釉工艺中,在釉液中添加一定比例的电气石粉,并烧制成型,使电气石粉在陶瓷表面吸附的釉液中均匀分布,该方法制备的日用陶瓷,由于电气石粉产生的远红外线可以释放形成正级微电场,正级微电场可影响细菌生存繁殖的所需的负电场使细菌死亡,进而达到抗菌杀菌的作用,另外,通过该方法制备的日用陶瓷可以小分子化水的作用,改变饮用水及食中水的分子团结构,使人更容易吸收食物的营养。同时该方法制备的陶瓷还可通过物理抗菌的作用可保持陶瓷表面的卫生程度,提高人类的饮食健康水平,该方法能进一步提高居民的健康,具有非常积极的应用和推广价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用陶瓷技术领域,特别是一种抗菌杀菌日用陶瓷的制备方法。
背景技术
日用陶瓷中无论是水杯还是餐具,都是人们生活中最常用的物品,但是目前常用的餐具虽然随着技术的改进,结构和图案越来越美观,但是随着人们生活水平的提高,人们不单单注重餐具的美观性,更加注重其功能性和安全性,如普通的餐具放置的时间长,很容易滋生细菌,无论是在使用时,还是待用时,都可能因为各种原因残留或生长细菌,因此,设计一种可以自动杀菌的陶瓷就很有必要和迫切,本发明针对当前日用陶瓷中存在的问题,设计了一种新的制备方法,通过该方法可以实现释放远红外线,通过远红外线的能量将杯或碗中的水分子振荡引发大分子团解裂形成小分子水。对人有很好的保健作用,以及通过远红外线的释放形成正级微电场影响细菌生存繁殖的负电场,使之死亡,起到抗菌杀菌的作用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种可以产生远红外线能量的日用陶瓷,通过远红外线的能量实现抗菌杀菌的功能。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种抗菌杀菌日用陶瓷的制备方法,由以下制备步骤:
(1)将以下材料按重量份的原料配比,长石12-15、石英16-20、龙岩8-12、宁村10-16、滑石子26-29、大同土15-18、碱石17-19、高岭土4-5、介牌土8-12,将这些放入搅拌机中搅拌。
(2)将步骤(1)制得的搅拌物并放入400℃的马弗炉中加热30分钟,然后从马弗炉中取出待温度降至常温。
(3)就步骤(2)中得到的搅拌物然后将远离放入球磨机中研磨成粉末,并将粉末通过200目的筛网过滤。
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的经过过滤的粉末加入5%的去离子水并充分搅拌,将搅拌的产物放入陶瓷压机的模具中挤压,模具压力为200MPa。完成成型后放入室内晾8-10小时。
(5)将步骤(4)得到的陶瓷毛坯用刮刀抛光表面,待用
(6)将以下材料按重量份的原料配比,高州土10-12,滑石16-18、硼砂15-20、石英14-16、东湖泥30-34、电气石粉3-5,按上述比例称取原料,并加入水以1:1的比例放入球磨机中球磨,时间为72小时。
(7)将步骤(6)经过球磨的液体通过60目筛的过筛,并用釉缸装好备用。
(8)将步骤(5)经过表面抛光后的日用陶瓷毛坯放入步骤(7)得到的釉缸中浸泡。
(9)将步骤(8)中经过浸泡的毛坯放入1355℃的加热炉中加热2小时,完成制备。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述一种抗菌杀菌日用陶瓷的制备方法,为达到抗菌杀菌的目的,通过在日用陶瓷的上釉工艺中的釉液中添加一定比例的电气石粉,并均匀搅拌和过筛,并将日用陶瓷毛坯表面涂釉,使电气石粉在陶瓷表面吸附的釉液中均匀分布,带干燥高温烧制后,由于电气石粉依旧保持了其功能性,具有如下功能,首先,经过了该方法制备的日用陶瓷由于表面具有一层含有电气石粉的釉层,使制成陶瓷表面的电气石粉能产生一定量远红外线并持续释放,远红外线的能量可以将杯或碗中水的大分子团使其产生水振荡,引发大分子团解裂形成小分子水,而小水分子水对人有很好的保健作用。其次,该方法制备的日用陶瓷,由于电气石粉产生的远红外线可以释放形成正级微电场,正级微电场可影响细菌生存繁殖的所需的负电场,使细菌死亡,进而达到抗菌杀菌的作用。总之,本发明提供的一种抗菌杀菌日用陶瓷的制备方法,通过该方法制备的日用陶瓷可以小分子化水的作用,改变饮用水及食中水的分子团结构,使人更容易吸收食物的营养。其次通过物理抗菌的作用可保持陶瓷表面的卫生程度,提高人类的饮食健康水平,该方法能进一步提高居民的健康,具有非常积极的应用和推广价值。

具体实施方式
一种抗菌杀菌日用陶瓷的制备方法,由以下制备步骤:
(1)将以下材料按重量份的原料配比,长石12-15、石英16-20、龙岩8-12、宁村10-16、滑石子26-29、大同土15-18、碱石17-19、高岭土4-5、介牌土8-12,将这些放入搅拌机中搅拌。
(2)将步骤(1)制得的搅拌物并放入400℃的马弗炉中加热30分钟,然后从马弗炉中取出待温度降至常温。
(3)就步骤(2)中得到的搅拌物然后将远离放入球磨机中研磨成粉末,并将粉末通过200目的筛网过滤。

1.一种抗菌杀菌日用陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将以下材料按重量份的原料配比,长石12-15、石英16-20、龙岩8-12、宁村10-16、滑石子26-29、大同土15-18、碱石17-19、高岭土4-5、介牌土8-12,将这些放入搅拌机中搅拌。
(2)将步骤(1)制得的搅拌物并放入400℃的马弗炉中加热30分钟,然后从马弗炉中取出待温度降至常温。
(3)就步骤(2)中得到的搅拌物然后将远离放入球磨机中研磨成粉末,并将粉末通过200目的筛网过滤。
