Further, the compound additive is prepared by mixing one or more of lycopene, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, nicotinic acid, iron and zinc.
Further, the composite plant concentrated solution is prepared by mixing at least two of aronia melanocarpa, pomegranate, green lemon, yellow lemon, blueberry, blackberry, mulberry, dark plum, acerola cherry, apple, grapefruit, purple grape, kiwi, strawberry, lychee and papaya.
Preferably, the pure water comprises 35 parts of pure water, 25 parts of burdock root concentrated solution, 20 parts of rose concentrated solution, 18 parts of collagen peptide, 14 parts of elastic collagen peptide, 12 parts of concentrated whey protein powder, 7 parts of resistant dextrin, 16 parts of composite plant concentrated solution, 3 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 4 parts of xylo-oligosaccharide, 2 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 1.8 parts of erythritol and 0.5 part of composite additive.
A preparation method of burdock collagen peptide rose beverage comprises the following specific steps:
A. preparing a burdock root concentrated solution: crushing burdock roots, adding the crushed burdock roots into distilled water, and then placing the crushed burdock roots into a distillation pot at the temperature of 50-80 ℃ for distillation for 3-5 hours to complete preparation of a burdock root concentrated solution;

Compared with the prior art, the burdock root polyphenol-containing composite additive is prepared by mixing burdock root concentrated solution, rose concentrated solution, collagen peptide, elastic collagen peptide, concentrated whey protein powder, resistant dextrin, composite plant concentrated solution, fructo-oligosaccharide, xylo-oligosaccharide, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, erythritol and a composite additive, wherein the burdock root polyphenol is a specific bioactive substance of burdock and can stimulate cell activity and remove free radicals in vivo, so that the burdock root polyphenol-containing composite additive has the effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young, delaying senescence and enhancing human immunity. And (3) rose: the rose contains abundant vitamin A, C, B, E, K and tannin, and has effects of promoting blood circulation, caring skin, preventing wrinkle, and preventing cold injury. The compound plant concentrated solution is prepared by mixing aronia melanocarpa, blackberry, mulberry, dark plum, acerola cherry, apple, purple grape and kiwi.

C. adding the burdock root concentrated solution, the rose concentrated solution, the collagen peptide, the elastic collagen peptide, the concentrated whey protein powder, the resistant dextrin, the composite plant concentrated solution, the fructo-oligosaccharide, the xylo-oligosaccharide, the sodium carboxymethylcellulose, the erythritol and the composite additive into purified water according to a certain proportion, and mixing for 0.5h under the environment that the temperature is 80 ℃ and the air pressure is 1.5MPa to obtain the burdock collagen peptide rose beverage.
Example 2: the burdock collagen peptide rose beverage comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of purified water, 20 parts of burdock root concentrated solution, 25 parts of rose concentrated solution, 15 parts of collagen peptide, 16 parts of elastic collagen peptide, 8 parts of concentrated whey protein powder, 9 parts of resistant dextrin, 12 parts of composite plant concentrated solution, 5 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 3 parts of xylo-oligosaccharide, 3 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 1.5 parts of erythritol and 0.8 part of composite additive.
The compound additive is prepared by mixing vitamin E, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, nicotinic acid, iron and zinc.

C. adding the burdock root concentrated solution, the rose concentrated solution, the collagen peptide, the elastic collagen peptide, the concentrated whey protein powder, the resistant dextrin, the composite plant concentrated solution, the fructo-oligosaccharide, the xylo-oligosaccharide, the sodium carboxymethylcellulose, the erythritol and the composite additive into purified water according to a certain proportion, and mixing for 0.5h under the environment that the temperature is 60 ℃ and the air pressure is 2MPa to obtain the burdock collagen peptide rose beverage.
Example 3: the burdock collagen peptide rose beverage comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35 parts of purified water, 25 parts of burdock root concentrated solution, 20 parts of rose concentrated solution, 18 parts of collagen peptide, 14 parts of elastic collagen peptide, 12 parts of concentrated whey protein powder, 7 parts of resistant dextrin, 16 parts of composite plant concentrated solution, 3 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 4 parts of xylo-oligosaccharide, 2 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 1.8 parts of erythritol and 0.5 part of composite additive.

C. adding the burdock root concentrated solution, the rose concentrated solution, the collagen peptide, the elastic collagen peptide, the concentrated whey protein powder, the resistant dextrin, the composite plant concentrated solution, the fructo-oligosaccharide, the xylo-oligosaccharide, the sodium carboxymethylcellulose, the erythritol and the composite additive into purified water according to a certain proportion, and mixing for 0.7h under the environment that the temperature is 75 ℃ and the air pressure is 1.8MPa to obtain the burdock collagen peptide rose beverage.

The burdock collagen peptide rose beverage is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of purified water, 20-30 parts of burdock root concentrated solution, 15-25 parts of rose concentrated solution, 15-20 parts of collagen peptide, 12-16 parts of elastic collagen peptide, 8-14 parts of concentrated whey protein powder, 5-9 parts of resistant dextrin, 12-18 parts of composite plant concentrated solution, 2-5 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 3-6 parts of xylo-oligosaccharide, 1.5-3 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 1.5-3 parts of erythritol and 0.3-0.8 part of composite additive.
2. The burdock collagen peptide rose beverage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the compound additive is prepared by mixing one or more of lycopene, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, nicotinic acid, iron and zinc.

The burdock collagen peptide rose beverage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composite plant concentrate is prepared by mixing at least two of aronia melanocarpa, pomegranate, lime, yellow lemon, blueberry, blackberry, mulberry, dark plum, acerola cherry, apple, grapefruit, purple grape, kiwi, strawberry, lychee and papaya.

The burdock collagen peptide rose beverage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the burdock collagen peptide rose beverage comprises 35 parts of purified water, 25 parts of burdock root concentrated solution, 20 parts of rose concentrated solution, 18 parts of collagen peptide, 14 parts of elastic collagen peptide, 12 parts of concentrated whey protein powder, 7 parts of resistant dextrin, 16 parts of composite plant concentrated solution, 3 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 4 parts of xylo-oligosaccharide, 2 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 1.8 parts of erythritol and 0.5 part of composite additive.
