30~50℃,强力搅拌状态下,依次将4g丁酸乙酯,6g芳樟醇,4g橙花醇,3g柠檬胺,6g 迷迭香油,4g紫罗兰酮,4g松油醇,3g香茅醛,6g二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯溶于10g无水乙醇中,得到组合物二。
30~50℃,强力搅拌状态下,将30g瓜尔胶溶于300g去离子水中,得到组合物三。

30~50℃,强力搅拌状态下,将组合物二与组合物一混合,之后再将组合物三缓慢加入混合物中,保持搅拌30min,停止搅拌,冷却至室温,得到所述复配厨房下水管路疏通清洗剂。
实施例5
本实施例提供了一种功能要素齐全的厨房下水管路疏通清洗剂,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
30~50℃,强力搅拌状态下,依次将20g氨基磺酸,100g乙二胺四乙酸二钠,20g脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,20g脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,20g十二烷基苯磺酸钠,10g苯扎氯胺,10g异噻唑啉酮,10g二氯异氰尿酸钠,15g苯骈三氮唑,15g甲基苯骈三氮唑溶解于350g去离子水中,得到组合物一。
30~50℃,强力搅拌状态下,依次将5g丁酸乙酯,10g芳樟醇,5g橙花醇,5g柠檬胺,8g迷迭香油,6g紫罗兰酮,6g松油醇,5g香茅醛,10g二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯溶于20g无水乙醇中,得到组合物二。
30~50℃,强力搅拌状态下,将20g田菁胶,10g羧甲基纤维素钠溶于300g去离子水中,得到组合物三。
30~50℃,强力搅拌状态下,将组合物二与组合物一混合,之后再将组合物三缓慢加入混合物中,保持搅拌30min,停止搅拌,冷却至室温,得到所述复配厨房下水管路疏通清洗剂。
实施例6
本实施例提供了一种功能要素齐全的厨房下水管路疏通清洗剂,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
30~50℃,强力搅拌状态下,依次将10g氨基磺酸,40g乙二胺四乙酸二钠,10g乙二胺四乙酸,10g脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,10g脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,10g十二烷基苯磺酸钠,10g 苯扎氯胺,10g异噻唑啉酮,10g二氯异氰尿酸钠,15g苯骈三氮唑,15g甲基苯骈三氮唑解于 460g去离子水中,得到组合物一。
30~50℃,强力搅拌状态下,依次将4g丁酸乙酯,6g芳樟醇,4g橙花醇,3g柠檬胺,6g 迷迭香油,4g紫罗兰酮,4g松油醇,3g香茅醛,6g二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯溶于10g无水乙醇中,得到组合物二。
30~50℃,强力搅拌状态下,依次将10g瓜尔胶,10g田菁胶,20g羧甲基纤维素钠溶于 300g去离子水中,得到组合物三。
30~50℃,强力搅拌状态下,将组合物二与组合物一混合,之后再将组合物三缓慢加入混合物中,保持搅拌30min,停止搅拌,冷却至室温,得到所述复配厨房下水管路疏通清洗剂。
实施例7
本实施例提供了一种功能要素齐全的厨房下水管路疏通清洗剂,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
30~50℃,强力搅拌状态下,依次将10g氨基磺酸,10g柠檬酸,10g柠檬酸钠,20g乙二胺四乙酸二钠,10g乙二胺四乙酸,10g脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,20g十二烷基苯磺酸钠,10g苯扎氯胺,10g异噻唑啉酮,10g二氯异氰尿酸钠,15g苯骈三氮唑,15g甲基苯骈三氮唑溶解于460g去离子水中,得到组合物一。
30~50℃,强力搅拌状态下,依次将4g丁酸乙酯,6g芳樟醇,4g橙花醇,3g柠檬胺,6g 迷迭香油,4g紫罗兰酮,4g松油醇,3g香茅醛,6g二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯溶于10g无水乙醇中,得到组合物二。

30~50℃,强力搅拌状态下,将组合物二与组合物一混合,之后再将组合物三缓慢加入混合物中,保持搅拌30min,停止搅拌,冷却至室温,得到所述复配厨房下水管路疏通清洗剂。
实验例
将碳酸钙和硫酸镁按质量比1:1混合均匀,作为模拟无机垢进行实验。取家庭油烟机沉积的污油作为有机垢进行实验。铜片腐蚀按照GB/T5096-1985进行测定,粘度测定按照GB265-2004进行测定。取无机模拟垢2g,有机模拟垢2g,实施例1-7的厨房下水管路疏通清洗剂30mL进行试验,测试结果见表1。

由表1中的数据对比可知,本申请的复配厨房下水管路疏通清洗剂较好的清洗无机垢和有机垢,铜片腐蚀试验合格。加入增稠剂显著提高了清洗剂的粘度,增加其在管道内的驻留时间,有利于其充分发挥作用。
Claims (10)
1.一种厨房下水管路疏通清洗剂,其特征在于,所述清洗剂的成分和质量百分比分别为:无机垢清洗成分10%~15%;有机垢清洗成分6%~10%;杀菌消毒剂1%~3%;增稠剂3%~5%;芳香除臭剂5%~8%;缓蚀剂1%~3%;去离子水56%~74%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的厨房下水管路疏通清洗剂,其特征在于,所述无机垢清洗成分为氨基磺酸、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸二钠中任意两种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的厨房下水管路疏通清洗剂,其特征在于,所述有机垢清洗成分为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠中任意一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的厨房下水管路疏通清洗剂,其特征在于,所述杀菌消毒剂为苯扎氯胺、异噻唑啉酮、二氯异氰尿酸钠中任意一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的厨房下水管路疏通清洗剂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为瓜尔胶、田菁胶及其衍生物、羧甲基纤维素钠中任意一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的厨房下水管路疏通清洗剂,其特征在于,所述芳香除臭剂由丁酸乙酯、芳樟醇、橙花醇、柠檬胺、迷迭香、紫罗兰酮、松油醇、香茅醛和二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯,溶于无水乙醇中制备而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的厨房下水管路疏通清洗剂,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂为苯骈三氮唑和甲基苯骈三氮唑中任意一种或两种。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的厨房下水管路疏通清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)依次将无机垢清洗成分,有机垢清洗成分,杀菌消毒剂,缓蚀剂溶于蒸馏水中,得到组合物一;
2)将芳香除臭剂溶于无水乙醇中,得到组合物二;
3)将增稠剂溶于蒸馏水中,得到组合物三;
4)将组合物一与组合物二混合后逐渐加入组合物三,保持搅拌30min,冷却,得到所述清洗剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法反应温度为30~50℃,反应条件为强力搅拌状态。
10.权利要求1-7任一项所述的厨房下水管路疏通清洗剂的应用,其特征在于,所述清洗剂可应用于由无机垢和有机垢任意一种或两种造成的管路堵塞。
